Charles pointed out the value of this pre-inspection, as I am considering selling in another year or three. That said, now I can begin to prioritize the fixes and plans over a period of time. Charles was thorough and straightforward about his findings, taking photos of each focus area, directing me to the title of the expert who should be contacted to work on each remedy. For instance, he found a little moisture in the basement. Instead of just telling me to look to mold remediation, he pointed out that that expert ought to be a basement sealing specialist. This provided an opportunity to reach out over a period of time, especially considering that the challenge might be drainage above-ground, including eaves, instead of just within the confines of the basement. He knows challenges are often beyond the entry point. Charles was low-key, reports were simple and photos were going to be pertinent for a long time to come.
