Phillip the owner quickly contacted me back to set up my appointment. Zack was the tech who came out. He performed probably the most thorough diagnostic of our HVAC of anyone we have had out. He quickly diagnosed the problem we were currently having as well as an issue which has been plaguing us since the unit was installed and resulted in the replacement of no less than five inducer blowers (@ $600 each.) Zack was courteous, friendly and professional and most importantly knew what he was doing. He also didn't fall off the roof which we greatly appreciated. Hawk is a small business as opposed to a mega company that doesn't care about you long term, who just do what it takes to get you going and move on. Unfortunately I have dealt with a couple of those companies. Just not the same quality of service. I cannot provide a stronger recommendation for a HVAC company than Hawk. They took care of us and I am pleased to support a fellow small business. Two gigantic thumbs up!

He grabbed the part out of his vehicle, did some testing, and confirmed that he was right. The 2 techs proceeded to clean and fix my 26 year old unit. Never once did they try to up sell me with a new unit or tell me it can't be fixed like other companies. It all took about an hour, and they were done. I am updating this review. I can't believe that the Lennox AC system that is less than 4 yrs old…read morehad a coil failure but it did. It was under warranty but that only covered the part. Failure of the part is a Lennox issue and not a failure of All-Air. Labor for the job was $1800 for a job that took one service rep a little more than 3 hours. That beat the $3900 estimate that I got from another hvac company in the area that was sending 2 service reps for the job. Robert arrived on time and was polite and professional. I am thankful that All-Air was able to fix the problem and appreciated the help of Ray who made the initial diagnosis and topped off my coolant so that my AC system actually cooled my home and again for Robert who replaced the coil.

Every other local service told me it would be two days before they could come, but Patrick scheduled me an appointment for the very next morning and came all the way to San Ramon. The technician, Sean, was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He installed a new disconnect box and had the system running again in about two hours. The next day, Sean returned to install a new fan motor, something a few other companies had refused to do, since they only wanted to quote me for a full system replacement. He even showed me the old motor with overheating discoloration and explained how it was using much more power than it should. Also the old fan motor was very noisy, the new one not so much.
