There were 15 of us in the class, with 5 people at each table. The instructors were clear and gave you all of the information needed to have a successful cake building experience. The cakes turned out honestly so much better than I imagined, as I am no where near an expert! The class was just under two hours, and the girls packed up our cakes for us to travel home with.
