Payment was easy and no hassle. Upon cleaning day before the start of the window for the maids arrival I received a call from the manager who stated that the maid that was schedule was not able to come. The manager asked if we could reschedule or he would come himself later. The rescheduling was not an option so the manager and 1 other person serviced my property. So the cleaning was just ok. I was really expecting for it to shine and to smell really fresh and it wasn't. I ended up having to go back and wipe the kitchen countertop and the isle before my tenant arrived because I could still see crumbs and residue on the granite. The floor was vacuumed however, the corners were not, so debris still remained against the walls. Also, in the master bathroom they did a wonderful job on the shower door but there was soap scum left on the shower wall that I had to clean before the tenant came. So overall I felt like the cleaning was just sub par. But good luck to the business and maybe if the actual maid would have came the results would have been better but I think I will have to try another provider.

He was proactive in letting me know they would be late and gave me a reasonable time frame. The 3 of them got right to work and covered every corner of my house. They finished quicker than he anticipated but the quality was still there. When he asked me to walk around and do a quality check, I didn't realize I was making shoe marks on the freshly mopped tile. He had no issue re-mopping that area and even had the team sweep off the back patio whoch was full of leaves. They covered service with a smile and they covered quality service. What more can you ask for? I will be calling on their service in the future.

I called the day before, after multiple attempts finally was able to speak to Jerrie the owner to confirm cleaning. She told me don't worry we will be there; you are confirmed! Appt was scheduled for 8AM.,,,8:50AM no one has shown up. I called the owner at 8:50; she said their on their way; sorry about that, they got a late start. Well - no one showed up and Jerrie would not return my call. Very unprofessional; left me in a bind, trying to find someone else and now having to pay more with less than 24 hours notice before the final closing on the sale of home. Recommendation: Don't schedule service with this company if you need your house cleaned chances are they won't show up!

They were VERY friendly and they were hard at work cleaning the window sills and bathroom upstairs. We left and didn't come back until the next day. The kitchen looked amazing and all the counters were great! But the floors weren't swept - AT ALL. And it was rather egregious with dust bunnies and leaves that had blown in, so I don't think they forgot. We also paid an extra $40 for grout cleaning in the master bath, but that wasn't done. It looked like they ran out of time? I had filled out all the information on how many bedrooms and baths needed cleaning, but I don't know how long they had allotted. I came back the next day to sweet and scrub the bathtub and grout myself. I let MyHoustonMaids know and the manager contacted me and refunded just the amount I paid for grout cleaning. I'd use a different company next time - especially for a move-out when you don't have time for them to come back and fix it. You get what you pay for, I think, and this company is quite cheap.

I would not hire this company! I had this company come…read moreclean my house. I was under the impression the the almost $200 service was for a deep clean. I have a 3/2 home. I only asked for 1 bedroom and one bathroom to be cleaned alone with the main rooms of the home. I was also told that I would not be charged until after the service had been preformed. But before they even really got started I got a email that my card had been charged. First they were late for the time we agreed on. Then when they did get here the main lady was super rude. She said they "don't pick anything up, we are house cleaner not house keepers". I was taken aback with her response. I figured she was talking about the couches. I was fine with them not being moved as they are heavy. Then she kept saying how they needed to be out of there as fast as they could. I went into my master to do some work on my laptop. Not even 2 hrs after they arrived they were running out the door saying they were done. I was able to do a quick glance and said thank you and they left. After they left we went around the house checking the work. First thing I noticed was a my antique child's rocking chair was not moved along with the dog food bin. They were not moved and swept and mopped. I moved over to where my dog bed are. The 2 dog beds were not moved and swept and mopped. Then we noticed the only things moved were the coffee table and the bird cage. Absolutely nothing else was moved. They missed a big spot between my couches also. Then we went to check the kitchen. The counter tops were cleaned but not the back splash. They cleaned the front and inside of the microwave but not the sides of it. They left my sink a mess. They did a half ass job through the entire house. She kept telling they don't move anything but yet when I came out of my master my coffee table and bird cage was moved. She also said that if we wanted anything moved I would have to request it. I didn't think I would have to request to have dog beds moved if I wanted that area cleaned. After we checked the house I sent a email explaining what happened and why we were not happy. A few minutes later the main lady called me and left me a really rude voicemail saying she didn't understand why I wasn't happy and that is was my fault for them not doing a good job, She said I could have refused services if I wasn't going to be happy. But how am I suppose to refuse service if you already charged my card before the service was even really started? They offered no apology and no offer to fix the mistake. I then sent another email asking them for a refund because of how they handled the situation. Only then did they offer any type of solution. I told them because of how rude and ugly the main lady was I did not feel safe having her come back to my home. I again asked for a refund. They only offered a 50% refund or to have them come back. I already expect to have to go through my bank to get any sort of refund from them. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
