They lack the ability to make cuts to a specified size. I ordered 90 pieces of 16 gauge 3/4" square tubing at 52" that they charge me over $250 for. There was no consistency in the cuts. That varied 1/2", some less than 52" and some more that 52". Additionally they sold me a thicker material than I wanted. They lack customer service and made no effort to correct my order. They hung up on me. Now I have to recut every piece of metal. I've lost time and money. I will never use them again.

I mean, they coulda at least attempted to post a sign on the door, or something. After you place your order you'll drive into the lumber yard and a forklift will arrive to load you up. The place felt very Unionized, a vibe I appreciate, so if you're a Union shop, RAKS, good on ya. I'm a sucker for supporting local alternatives to big box home improvement stores, but in this particular case, the big box right up the street -- Lowe's -- did a far more exemplary job of complying with a global health crisis than this particular alternative.

Tried to work with Jeremy Marcotte to have a building designed and erected. Jeremy missed every…read moredeadline that he gave me. When I expressed my disappointment about that, he blocked my calls. I reviewed on Google reflecting that. His partner repeatedly called to try to get me to remove my review and tried to state my issue was not getting a good enough price, which is in no way the case. When they didn't get a response they replied to my review stating I was just angry that I didn't get a good enough price on the job that I attempted to hire them for. Not only did Jeremy block my number, but I couldn't even leave a voice mail, which was denied by his partner in response to my negative review. This is one of the most unprofessional places I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I would avoid at all costs. They can't even behave like adults, let alone professionals.
