The driver was at our truck within 40 minutes on a busy Monday of the Labour day long weekend, had us hitched up and headed back to Kelowna within about 1/2 hour. A second truck came and hauled our RV to their secure compound in Merritt until they had time to bring it to Kelowna the next day. Excellent service - very friendly tow truck drivers - took excellent care of both our truck and RV. Would use them again.

**** USE ANY OTHER TOWING COMPANY **** ***DO NOT LET THESE…read moreGUYS CHANGE YOUR TIRES*** This company was almost responsible for my wheel falling off which could have caused DEATH or serious injury to me and my friend. The Whole Story (if you have time to read, if not just trust me): Grab some popcorn for this one... I had my tire blow out on the highway and did not have the proper bit to take it off my car and put on the spare, It was already jacked up and ready to go. We called (un)reliable towing and got them to change it for us. My wheels are after market so they use a different style lug nut but I also had my spare set of stock lug nuts ready to go that fit my spare wheel perfectly, but he proceeded to put on the aftermarket ones which clearly didn't fit right and then put one stock nut on for good measure... He told us that we would get to Kelowna from Merritt (about an hour down the road) with no problem at all, he also almost tipped the jack over when the car was jacked up but that's another story... Well by the time we got to Kelowna the wheel was about to fall off, one of my lug bolts snapped off on the highway and the rest of the nuts were extremely loose , the wheel was crooked and all the bolts were bent. If we had not stopped because of the noise and drove one block more, the tire would have fallen off and caused severe damage to my car. If it fell off on the highway well... I probably wouldn't be here to write this. I called them back once I got back home and asked if they could return my money, and this is what the Manager of the company said to me... And I Quote: ** "Well our workers are not red seal technicians, so they are not trained to torque lug nuts properly" ** Yes.. He really said that... He also said that based on the pictures (taken in the dark) that his technician did nothing wrong and that It was only done to get me to the next town (which was Kelowna). He also said he will not refund my money, and he did not even seem to care that this could have caused a serious accident. They were too cheap to refund a mere 119 dollar bill, I honestly didn't even care about the money, I just wanted them to take some responsibility for what happened. Awful company do not do business with them, they deserve to be shut down completely. I blame the manager for not training his guys properly and making excuses because they're desperate for the money. I was lucky enough to get everything repaired at "OK Tire" in Kelowna (the Springfield location) they pulled a miracle and sourced everything for my Japanese import, and fixed it within a couple hours, they also torqued all my lug nuts PROPERLY on all wheels and I made it home safe. Check them out they're awesome. Shout out to my boy Alex !

On two occasions they told me that they would send me the receipt "today" and nothing ever came through. Because of this I will be out of pocket for all towing expenses instead of submitting them for reimbursement. This seems like a must if you are ever going to use a tow company. On top of this the driver called me during dinner the day after the tow and asked for me to leave a review which was kind of annoying then and super annoying now. Would recommend using somebody else.

Really frustrating experience with Mariow Towing in Merritt…read more There was very little communication the whole time our truck was being towed. We weren't kept in the loop on what was happening, and it took way too long to even receive the invoice despite us following up multiple times. When the invoice finally came through, it included large parking fees that were never mentioned or approved beforehand. That was especially frustrating because we were actively trying to arrange to move the truck, but since we're not local, we relied on clear communication--which just didn't happen. On top of that, we were originally told the cost would be around $200-$300, but ended up being charged $500 just to move the truck about 8 minutes to a nearby gas station, again without any notice or approval. We only found out after receiving the invoice. Overall, the lack of communication and surprise charges made this a really negative experience. At the very least, customers should be informed and given an estimate before any additional costs are added.

Their service (and coffee machine) was top notch. They tried to patch but the damage was too severe. They did not have a replacement tire in that size available, so helped us with the spare and sent us on our way with no charge. They bailed us out and I didn't expect that at all. Through this positive experience, I made sure that the replacement tire set was purchased and installed at a Kal Tire closer to home after we got back. And the service at the Runnel Drive Coquitlam location is top notch as well!

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience…read more We got a flat tire on Monday night and bought the car in. They were close. So on Tuesday Morning 8am we came right away and was told that they don't have the tire for the Tesla car. The manager at Kal tire went outside and with his note pad he wrote down the tire serial or model number of the tire wheel. Went back inside and typed into the computer and said the tire will be shipped from Vancouver. It will take one to two days and he is not sure exactly when it will come in. Tire shipping from Vancouver to Merritt will take 1 or 2 days. OK! To drive from Merrit to Vancouver is really no more than 5 hours. We left the car at Kal tire. As well we specifically mentioned to him the tire must be a run flat like all the other tires. So on Wednesday we called and was told that it will arrive on Thursday morning. He told us to wait for his call. Thursday afternoon we called and was told that the tire that he ordered was the wrong one and luckily he caught it on time and the new tire is in freight. The manager told us that he is going to call to find out about the ETA of the tire right away. So we waited and waited another hour went by and so we called about the ETA. The manager said he has not called and will call right now. We waited and about 30 mins passed by and he finally called back. We were told that it will arrive sometime on Friday at 10am. The tire is being shipped by DHL. I can not stay one more day and left to Vancouver taking Greyhound and my friend will have to pick up the car himself. On Friday, he came to pick up the tire and found out that the manager made another mistake. The tire is not a run flat. It was not the tire that was ordered according to the invoiced. It fit on the car but he had to leave so he had no choice but to go with the wrong tire. We were very disappointed with Kal Tire and their service. I really believe the tire did come in on Thursday but the manager did not admit to his mistake that he ordered the wrong tire. He must have tried putting the tire on but it won't fit. He went and order the tire again making a second mistake for getting a tire that was not Run Flat. We had said many times that the tire must be run flat. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE WE GOT FROM KAL TIRE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If we knew it will take 4 days and still end up with the wrong tire, we rather go take the greyhound bus back to Vancouver and come back after they really get it right (like on their 3rd try). KAL TIRE ARE DEFINITELY NOT TIRE EXPERTS FROM HOW THEY TRY TO GUESS THE TIRE ON THE TESLA CAR WHEN THE CAR WAS IN THEIR PARKING LOT THE WHOLE TIME.
