Today, when I went in to pick up a delivery, I was advised they didn't receive my Package and to check my delivery address. When I asked Alex for help to look for it in case it was misplaced he told me he was too busy to do that. I only wondered if it was possible that my delivery was assigned to another mailbox by accident, since I've gotten mail from other mailboxes before. I got tracking information that notified me that my delivery came in 3-hrs ago, but when I came to pick it up I was told it was not in their possession. This is within 3-hrs of delivery. Alex said all USPS deliveries were already processed for the day so they did not have it. The delivery update is listed as: "Your item was delivered to the front desk, reception area, or mail room at 2:50 pm on July 1, 2026 in GLENDALE, AZ 85305" but they claim they didn't receive it. It is 5:40pm, the same day of delivery and the package is not here. I've never had a shipment go missing in 10+ yrs until today. I will say that the Owner of this Business has been nothing but kind, honest, and respectful every time we've done business with him. His staff over the years was great and professional. In the past year, that has changed. Alex didn't yell at me but he may not understand how disrespectful he was with his responses today, when he is the one that gets paid to do a job.

My first thought was "30 minutes from when?" People there had been waiting over a half hour already with no one there to reopen. Waste of my time and gas driving over there. If you are short handed, hire more people. If you can't get employees, pay more. You sure charge enough. After I get this return done, I will never use this location again. When I walked in to the shop, the CVS employee told me I just missed him by a few mins. I remembered seeing a UPS truck when I pulled into the CVS driveway, so I quickly exited the store to see if I could catch him. John was about ready to pull away but I yelled loudly and obnoxiously as I'm walking towards him (because let's face it, some of us are not really built to run fast). He waited and was able to take my package for me. He said he tracking might not show up right away because he had scanned all the packages that CVS had for him, so he'd have to scan it at the next pick up stop. I was fine with that. As long as he got it in his truck for that day's pick up, I was good. He was patient with me and waited, again, despite my obnoxious yelling in the parking lot. John deserves a raise.

When I contacted the store for assistance, I specifically requested a duplicate receipt, and staff refused, stating they were unable to provide one. I was also told they could not verify that I dropped the equipment off, and that they have no records to confirm the transaction beyond the single receipt originally given at the counter. Being denied a duplicate receipt and told there is no internal tracking or proof of drop‑off is extremely concerning. With today's technology, a business handling customer returns should have some form of record or verification system. The lack of accountability here puts customers at risk when returning carrier equipment.
