The quote was reasonable with option to do preventative maintenance on the other pipes. The additional work to replace all the 18 year old boots made sense and the additional cost was also reasonable so I decided for the piece of mind to do it all. The day of the job communication was excellent before, during, and after the job. They took pictures before, during, and after the work was done which also gave me piece of mind. Tom guaranteed that if spot still leaked after the job was done that they would come out and fix for free. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely have them quote me on the new roof when it is time for a whole roof replacement. Something to keep in mind is when you put in a new roof you need to make sure it will match the color of your house and people forget that. Nothing worse then getting a new roof and then having to paint the house. Darius made sure we got one that matched the house. They bought out a dumpster on the day they said they would and the work was done in one day and they arrived and completed on the day they said they would. As a landlord and having dealt with a lot of contractors I was pleasantly surprised to see that they cleaned up all the debris from when they removed the old roof material. I got a 10-year warranty on the materials as well as a 10 year warranty on the repair. They are a bit higher, not much, than other places, but considering how easy it was to work with them and what you get for the money in the long run it's well worth it.
