Owner is very rude and disrespectful!Went into my niece's work, Totally disrespectful and butted into something that wasn't even his business,Says he has a bad experience everytime he goes in there,Well stop going there!Said my niece and her boss were standing there talking,They were talking about something important, Something that did NOT concern him!If your going to go into places with your COMPANY SHIRT ON,At least be respectful, You're representing your company,If that's the way he is,I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! read more

Brian is the best guy ever! We had a terrible rat infestation; in our chicken coop and in our crawl space. He came out ON TIME, got down in the crawl, set some bait traps and charged a little less than quoted. Then, 10 days later, we had a dead rat either in the crawl or in the HVAC. Brian came out again right way, checked everything out, used some deodorizer and left us some extra. Great service! Did I mention that my (typically very handy) husband is under-going chemo treatments and is just unable to do this kind of stuff right now. I just can't have him crawling around under the house, so we especially appreciate the excellent service at this time. But no one at Reliable knew that. Still went above and beyond.
