If you have mice, rats, or bugs - that's pest control. If you have squirrels, raccoons, or snakes - that's wildlife removal. Unknown animal gnawing in your attic? Go for wildlife removal since they can handle larger animals as well as mice. My issue ended up being mice, but it was nice to have a trapper ready for whatever was up there rather than needed to call someone else in.

When I emailed to cancel my quarterly service I got a very straightforward response, they didn't even attempt to correct the problem or at the very least understand why I was cancelling.
