Not a locksmith, they program and cut keys. They do not have the ability to work on cylinders.

I called this afternoon with the need for a key fob reset. Eli was very helpful, responded back with availability within the hour and made it to my home the same evening within 3 hours or the original call. He was very quick and professional. He identified one FOB was reset but due to an issue with battery would not work, took it to his truck and fixed the battery issue as well. Price quoted was price paid. Excellent service, reasonable price! Eli came out in the middle of the April 14 snowstorm and fixed my two broken house locks quickly and properly. His communication was great, texting me when he was on the way. He was able to salvage the existing exterior plates and simply replace the internal mechanisms. I accidentally called a different locksmith the previous evening (because of my inattention to the Google interface) and quickly realized my mistake when it became obvious that that locksmith (www.edinalocksmith.org) was incompetent and generally made a mess of things. Gotta give the biggest shout out to this place. They helped me when I stupidly locked my keys in the trunk of my car - and all the doors automatically locked - when I was home for the weekend. They made it to my house within 30 minutes from when I called which was so unexpectedly quick. Right when the man (wish I could remember his name) pulled up to my house, he explained to me that he would be happy to help - he would open up the front door of the car to pop the trunk - but that even if the trunk wouldn't open, I would still have to pay. I called my dad (whose car I was driving) to make sure the trunk would open once we got the front door of the car to open...he said yes. Once this man got the front door of the car open and the alarm started sounding, we both realized that the button that normally pops the trunk was not working (it sensed that someone was breaking into the car and locked up). I was freaking out since I had a flight in a few hours and my suitcase was in the trunk and the nice man calmed me down and got in the back seat and opened up the middle back seat that led to the trunk and started trying to push the emergency break in the trunk to pop the trunk. When that wasn't working, we decided it might just be easier to try to find the actual key in the trunk and fish the key out. After minutes of searching for the key, we finally found it and he got it out! Thank you Reliable Locksmith. You really went above and beyond and saved the day! 10/10 would recommend. read more

This is the absolute WORST company I've ever dealt with. Locksmith didn't speak a word of English (or Spanish), arrived 20 minutes late, gave me an OUTRAGEOUS QUOTE, $230 to drill a hole in the door. Actually he said it would be $130 and then fraudulently upped the price on his invoice. When I told him I wouldn't do business with his company and paid him for showing up, the guy refused to leave.
