Eddy was very friendly, provided expert advice, and installed the lock with utmost professionalism. We had agreed he'd show up at 9:00am, but just prior to that he called to say he was running about 18 minutes late which was a nice touch. He was there in 17 minutes and set to work. The lock was installed and fully functional in no time even though the existing hole in the door had to be expanded. He provided excellent recommendation for the lock and several helpful tips about how to keep the lock working well for years to come. All this for a price that seemed very fair. Rather than replace the door to replace the door knob, I called Tick Tock who knew exactly what they were doing. They refurbished the mechanism, and they also replaced the dead bolt which was put in more than 30 years ago, incorrectly. They put in a better lock and installed it in a way that makes it more secure. It turned out so good that I had them come over and replace the back door lock. A lot of people had copies of keys to the house. Now I don't have to worry about it anymore with the new locks. This is a Five Star business.
