I needed two door handles replaced- an outside door with lock, and a hall door. The tech called to tell me he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. He was friendly, efficient, and worked quickly. My hall doorknob was small (installed in the 1950's). The tech had to make the opening larger so the new one would fit. The outside door had a lever type handle. The tech said he could easily repair the handle for less money than a replacement. I appreciated his honesty. I had already bought a replacement that I liked better than the old one, so I had him use that one. I was charged for 1/2 hour, and the price was not high at all. Both handles work much better than the old ones. I am very pleased with Integrity Locksmith and I would hire them again. read more

Jessie and Jessie are awesome. The thing that sets this company apart from the rest is the customer service. It's hard to find that within this trade and most other trades for that matter. Another thing that sets these guys apart is that they do what they say they're going to do. Due to experiences with other companies, our expectations were low. I didn't even anticipate a return-email from Jessie after speaking with him on the phone. We were quite thrilled when he emailed back when he said he was going to. He also said he'd be at our office at 9:30 on Wednesday. Guess what? He showed up on time. You're hard pressed to get that much out of another locksmith service. These guys did it with a smile. I had Andrew from Integrity Locksmith come to fix my broken apartment unit door lock today when it was impossible to open from the inside but strangely could not lock and prevent people from entering from the outside. He was able to fix it in less than an hour and charged me only $140 when the original quote was $150. He came quicker than other locksmiths I called, charged less, and had spare parts on hand that others said they would have to order and wait a few days.
