They were careful to protect my floors while transferring the old equipment and installing the new units. They were on time, polite and worked through the oppressive heat and air pollution we experienced today. I was especially pleased that they solved a few cosmetic details that I had concerns about. They were quick to get back to us with the estimate and then scheduled the work as soon as they got the unit. I would highly recommend calling Tempco for your HV/AC needs.

Fact - they claim the service is good for one year - they came to the house once and never fixed the problem. They were contacted numerous times. They never proposed a solution. They will not answer the phone, zero customer service, zero warranty , obviously they DO NOT stand by their work nor do they care about customer satisfaction. Additionally the very sensitive receptionist - so watch what you say. Don't complain or be disappointed after spending $4,600 and your AC is no better than the day before they serviced your unit. The office receptionist is arrogant , short tempered and obnoxious. Probably rudest person I've ever done business with. Of course she hangs up on you. She's a coward. We were dealing with an unexpected A/C failure that appeared to be related to recent lightning and storm activity in the area. The technician (and team) took the time to explain what he was seeing, discussed the likely cause with us, and helped us understand our options. Our particular unit is no longer manufactured and replacement parts can be difficult to find. Rather than simply recommending that we replace the entire system, Aaron's AC took the time to locate a compatible condenser that would work with our existing equipment. That effort allowed us to address the problem without having to undertake a much more extensive and costly full-system replacement. Once the solution was identified, the team handled everything extremely quickly and professionally. Unexpectedly, in order to get the old unit out, they had the extra work involved of having to remove a section of the wall and then replace it. The job took a bit more time and there was no attempt whatsoever to upcharge. The only cost in addition to the original estimate was for a couple of peripheral parts that Drew recommended replacing, where I just paid for the parts, as he did not feel it would be prudent to put back 18 year old used parts on a new unit.
