Met our new handymen (father and son) one morning outside our home when I saw their fancy truck and closed utility trailer---highly painted advertising their services. Very eye-catching! After hearing from "Dad" they had been providing services for my across-the-street neighbor for years, I asked for a card. Several weeks went by and then I had several projects needing attention. They showed up on time, were friendly, explained things so even I could understand! Rates are reasonable for 2 men (charge by hour) and they work pretty fast. Second time I called them to install a delicate handmade Italian glass chandelier that was in pieces, in 2 boxes. This project took them, me and my husband to figure out how it went together as instructions were in Italian! Luckily, I had several photos . It went up and it looks beautiful. Ken and Cody are professional, very knowledgeable and do a great job! We asked them to do a few repairs and to put pulls on all our cupboards and doors. The garage doors were squeaky and unreliable and now they run smooth and quietly. We had tried to fix our outdoor house lights several times and nothing we did worked. Ken and Cody fixed them quickly. We put our patio café lights up and during the summer winds they blew down. Obviously, our 'do it yourself' installation was imperfect! Wowza! If there were a 10 star rating, I would give it! Ken and his son went above and beyond! They came by to hang pictures, and lo and behold, my power went off! The guys checked my entire electric panel, and determined no power was coming from the meter. During this time, the smoke detectors started beeping, and turns out, 1 was old (from 2002) and the other needed batteries. They replaced the bad detector. Turns out, IID had my condo set up on the wrong meter when I moved here, and shut the power down to the wrong meter! Crazy. So Ken and his son definitely, stepped up to the plate and deserve a standing ovation. Hire them and you will get amazing service, Hip, hip, hooray!
