Cold Brew with Ranger Cacao!
Alden C.

This is a fun set up here as Relevant deals with a coffee shop aspect while the Irrelevant side is a craft brewery! I got two different cold brews from Relevant Coffee and I really liked both. Each option brought it's own unique signature to the cold brew as one would hope and they proved to be good ones. One type was the Ethiopian blend which I have had before as a cold brew and always really liked it. This was no exception at all and I would love to have it again as it's richness just hits the spot on some days. The other cold brew type was a little richer. Different flavor profile for sure but very good and that was the Cold Brew with Ranger Cacao. The richness in this one with the cacao is great! Good, bold cold brews as one should expect!

12 oz vanilla latte.

The coffee at Relevant is what I judge all other coffees on. I order a 12 oz vanilla latte that is PERFECT every time. Maybe it's because they roast their own beans maybe it's because they make their own vanilla syrup? What I do know is 10 out of 10 times my latte always has the perfect balance of milk, sweetener and coffee. The service is always friendly. Don't be intimidated by the signs saying how to order or you better know what you want when you get up to the counter to order, like I was. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The ambiance is trendy clean, and vibrant. A gem of a coffee shop in uptown Vancouver Wa.

Some of the best coffee in the area, was approved by someone who was comparing the cappuccinos to the ones they had in Italy. The service is always friendly and it's a great place to study and work

My latte was carefully made to perfection. In my last week of travels, where I got coffee daily, this was my favorite coffee. Bright atmosphere with lively/loud music and talking. Good vibes. Fair/average prices.

Some of the smoothest, most tasteful coffees I've found. Quick service and delightful staff. Large indoor area with tables and many outside tables as well.

I'm so glad we checked out Relevant! The service was great. We placed our order and it felt like the drinks were out really fast. I had an oakmilk latte and it was the smoothest drink I've had so far this year. The coffee was so well balanced. Hats off to the roasters! The vibe I. Here was nice and chill. Next time we will plane to hang out and enjoy the very well lit space! Great service, great coffee!!!

Relevant coffee is a beautiful coffee shop with a good selection of high quality drinks. I loved how open and inviting the interior was. I came on a Saturday morning so there was a bit of a line, but I only waited about 10 minutes. I got a seasonal iced ginger turmeric drink and a jalapeño cheddar biscuit. The drink was perfectly refreshing and balanced with all the flavors of lemongrass, turmeric, ginger, and coconut milk. The biscuit was also equally enjoyable and had a great buttery texture.

Went here at around 8:30 in the morning on a Tuesday and it was pretty busy with all the tables being taken, there were about 4 people in line ahead of me. There's only really street parking nearby with paying to park starting at 8 am. The service was lovely and quick and it seems like a nice place to work and hang out, it's a corner shop too which could be nice to people watch. Overall it's cute, I thought the coffee was mid but some of the pasties were really good. Iced vanilla latte - 6/10 just ok, lil too sweet for me with not strong vanilla flavor Fruit pop tart - 8/10. Really good, sweet but not too sweet Ham and cheese croissant 5/10. Pretty dry, not a lot of cheese flavor wouldn't recommend Chocolate chip cookies - 6. Pretty sweet, lil too much for me. Lil too salty for me as well but probs just personal preference

Pretty open and spacious urban minimalist vibe coffee shop & in house roaster. We got dark cherry mocha and dry cappuccino. Very good service and beautiful latte art. Strongly recommend. Average noise level, populular, and usually busy. Paid (free on weekend) street parking.

One of their seasonal coffee drinks. The Cottage. Salted maple syrup, espresso, steamed milk, with a dusting of cinnamon graham cracker.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Vancouver, Washington. With great coffee and amazing service. The ambiance is cozy too.

My new favorite coffee shop! The coffee is roasted there on the spot, and has wonderful flavor. Beautiful menu and selection of pastries. Service was very friendly, and welcoming. Ambiance was trendy! I noticed lots of tables and spaces to sit back and enjoy your beverage with room to spread out with a book or even laptop. Tables outside on the sidewalk were a nice added touch! I'll definitely be back.

Love the attention to detail like this cool glass.

Welcoming space, attention to detail, and positive overall vibe. Lots of student types with laptops so it looks like they don't encourage you to free your seat/table. Excellent ice Americano in a very unique glass. However, I was a little surprised at the absence of simple syrup. Unfortunately, the food options didn't appeal to me. Friendly service.

Chasing awesome coffee shops! RLVNT is on point. 7.19.23

Very disappointed in this place. Staff has been rude every time I've gone in. They could use a bit of help in the area of hospitality.

They brew their own coffee and it's absolutely fantastic. Knocked one star for lack of comfortable seating. Everything else is great!

The café offers plenty of seating and feels bright and welcoming, thanks to its corner location with large windows that let in lots of natural light. The owner is from Tanzania, and the mission of the business is to serve the local community with high-quality African coffee beans. Part of the profits go back to Africa to support coffee workers and help improve living conditions in their communities. Their signature drink is the Zanzibar spiced coffee, which I featured in my photo. It's infused with a blend of warm spices that makes it truly unique. The coffee I ordered was a lighter roast, with a pleasant hint of acidity as you sip it. They also have three different food options with African bread. The staff are incredibly friendly and happy to share the story behind the coffee shop, which makes the experience even more meaningful.

The women working were extremely welcoming and shared a great deal about the philosophy of Cariño's. Specifically the desire to create a space for sharing Mexican culture and building community. Being from the SGV in So Cal, it was comforting to see that aspect of my roots being shared here in the PNW. The Drinks: Dirty Horchata: I've been around the block, and this Dirty Horchata is no joke. One sip and I was literally shaking my head; ¡ay, guey, te la volaste! It's the perfect balance of home cooked flavor flavor and a solid caffeine punch. As a So Cal güero loco, I'm telling you, the Dirty Horchata is on point. I'll definitely be ordering this again. Habanero Mexican Mocha: I'll admit, I need to level set my spice expectations now that I live in the PNW. For me, there was only a hint of habanero. I would have enjoyed much more of that smoky, spicy kick. However, the chocolate they use is a massive step up from the "Abuelita" brand familiar from my youth. It was delicious, though next time I'll ask them to up the spice to a level reminiscent of an LA local. Overall, I love the philosophy, the space, and the general acogedora of the shop. It has been hard to find that authentic flavor this far north, but they killed it. As a So Cal güero loco, this place is officially on the map for me. Whenever I'm in downtown Vancouver, I will be sure to stop and kick it for a bit. Almost forgot... I need to try one or two of the pan dulces on my next visit. Maybe a concha or cono de crema/chocolate?
