The biggest waste of money. I came in excited for my very first head spa treatment and booked the 45-minute "luxury" package. Out of the entire appointment, my head was massaged for maybe 10 minutes--max. The "facial" portion was completely pointless; she applied some oil to my face that felt uncomfortable, and that was it. When I finished, I realized the service had only lasted 30 minutes, even though I'd booked 45. I declined the "rough" blow-dry (which they said would take 15 minutes) but was still expected to pay the full price. To make it worse, there were long pauses during the service where I could clearly hear her texting. If you want the absolute bare minimum of effort, this is your place. There was nothing luxurious about it. I booked this hoping for tension relief for headaches and instead got a so-called "head spa" that was 10 minutes of massage, a bad 5-minute facial, and a lot of wasted time. I left feeling completely disappointed and honestly, robbed. read more

This would be a one-star review, but the massage therapist was great so the extra star is for her. The ownership of this business is a mess. I received a gift card for my birthday that was set to expire in a month. I went online to schedule and was not able to redeem it so i called in twice with no answer. Finally someone returned my call only for the call to be dropped (or hung up on, not sure). I received a text from them asking for a screenshot of the gift card and when it was purchased. I sent the info and was told i was all set for my appointment. After my massage, I went up front to check out only to be told my gift card was not valid due to the ownership change and i was expected to pay the full amount. I explained to the OWNER who was working up front the previous conversation i had and she straight up told me it didnt matter. I told her i would not be paying and whatever issue between ownership change was irrelevant because I had a valid giftcard for her business and confirmed my appointment and giftcard prior to scheduling. After an awkward back and forth and searching through two laptops and a phone she was able to find my gift card information and let me leave. They need to do a much better job a) communicating with their customers and b) figuring out an appropriate resolution to issues that arise from their owner change. Ownership issues and payment problems between current and previous owners shouldn't even be in a customer facing conversation. Unfortunate since they are so close to my house, but i'll have to find a new spa. read more

Angela massage therapist gave me a deep tissue massage in a private room. She was able to allow me to explain the parts of my body that really needed the most attention very relaxing. I would highly recommend her to give a wonderful massage. read more

Called 3 times in a day to ask about prices/trying to make an appointment for a couples massage. Didn't answer once and even got sent to voicemail once after 2 rings. Amazing staff!!! I was in town visiting my sister for a few days and needed some work on my very tense back. I booked the Luxury Package to pamper myself a little. Sarah did a great job with the scalp massage and mini facial. It really helped me relax and get ready for the massage. The masseuse could feel the tension in my back and focused the majority of the service there. He was so great at reading my energy, helping me to breath through the knots and overall compassion for my situation as I had a traumatic life event happen two months ago. I have gone here a couple times and the place is an open spa so no closed off rooms--just curtains. I find it relaxing and a nice atmosphere. Most recently I had the head spa massage and it was great! I usually call or walk in last minute to make appointments and they are very accommodating. If they don't have appointments available or need to move things around, they have texted me later to let me know what is available. I only gave them four stars because the prices seem a little high for not being a private room spa but it is conveniently located so I will definitely continue to come here. read more

I visited this place a couple years ago or more - My son and I had massages- they put us in the same room- a tall white guy- young- worked on me- at the end of the massage he ask me if I wanted my breasts massaged - I never returned- How strange and unprofessional! Moving forward now I see they do head massage in the water etc.. I see this on YouTube so I called them twice and texted and never got response- no way to make an appointment- ?? Tried all week. So I was seen last Thursday 02/09/23 Nancy was great with helping me use my giftcard and getting me set up. She was extremely nice and caring. Stanley did my massage but I did ask for deep pressure and didn't get that. Another thing is it smelt like Body odor very bad. I had taken a shower before going like I normally do and I'm not sure if it was the sheets or what. Went here today expecting it to be similar to other reflexology places I have been to in the valley, since this is close to my house. Really disappointed unfortunately in my experience. First off when I arrived no one was at the front and then the girl working came out and she was wearing sweatpants which seemed a bit unprofessional. I waited a few minutes before being brought back to get started, which was fine. My therapist was nice but seemed a bit nervous (I have a feeling it was maybe her first day?), she started and I closed my eyes to relax but a few minutes in a noticed the front girl come back and she has a little sign to show my therapist that said "slow down, relax!!" I thought maybe as the massage went on it would get better but unfortunately I just feel like she didn't really know what she was doing and was just rubbing the lotion in mostly with no real technique. I asked for more pressure and few times hoping it would help, but not really. I could also hear the other workers talking the whole time which really takes away from the relaxing. The place did seem clean though so two starts for that. read more

I normally dont leave reviews but this place is not worth the price. I got a massage that ended up being $60 dollars but my arms lower back, calfs were not massaged. The person massaging seemed like she didnt want to be there and by the end of the massage I didnt feel relaxed. The shop also is built weird because they're no individual rooms and everything is in one location, while I was getting my massage a lady's hair was being done so you could here the water running and the blow dryer being done on her hair. Seems kind of rude to have a blow dryer running when its suppose to be a relaxing spa. If you saw the place from the inside you'd understand me why they are overpriced , like at the front area which only separates the room by a failed curtain, there was a tiny trashcan overfilling with trash. Maybe take out your trash because when I first walked in I was seriously grossed out. Im sorry this place is not worth the price, not relaxing and down right disgusting. I have never been to a reflexology place before nor have I had an appointment for a head spa treatment but decided to give it a try. It was basically a glorified hair wash, mini facial and a mini massage on my neck and shoulders. They also use cheap products for your hair. I want to say their website specifically states "specialized shampoo catered to your hair's need". Def not. It was over the counter products you could by at the Fry's grocery next door. I would say the price for the pamper me package (most expensive) needs to be half of what they are charging. I even had a discount for mother's day and I still spent over $100 for a 45 min treatment (was supposed to be 60 min). Maybe their other services are better for the price? read more

Very disappointed and most certainly do not recommend. I get massages very frequently and have had many from foot reflexology places. My experience here today was, by far, the most inadequate ever. You're asked to fill out a paper and circle the areas on a figure where you want more attention and indicate the pressure level. I verbally stated what I wanted and also made about 5 circles around my feet, asking for very deep pressure (after all, this is supposed to be a foot reflexology place). What I received was very light touch - so light I wouldn't even call it massage - and the majority of the time was spent on my back. Several times I contemplated ending the massage and leaving, but I thought perhaps she was starting light and would then use deep pressure. She never did. I should have left. It was a waste of money and time. When I was leaving, the front desk clerk didn't bother to ask me how it was. She just asked for my money. When I told her I was disappointed she snickered and started processing my credit card. I stated again that I was disappointed and she responded only with "oh". She didn't ask why I was disappointed. I told her anyway. I said that I marked on the form I wanted the majority of time on my feet and deep pressure, but that I received little attention on my feet and the pressure was minimal. She said she was sorry and that was it. She didn't even offer a discount. I told her I wouldn't be back. Her response was just a "hmm" sigh or noise, then asked me if I wanted a copy of my receipt. On a side note, one has to question how hygienic the place is. The chairs are fabric instead of vinyl or leather which could be sanitized. Also, the floor is artificial grass like the type made for use outside in place of live grass. Since that cannot be vacuumed or mopped with sanitizing solution, one might question what dirt, fungi, bacteria, etc. it harbors? read more

It was my first time and i really wasn't 110% sure on what i should be pinned for so she took the time to chat and ask me where I'm at all around. She targeted my much needed spots. I came here on a date, actually. We had just met for breakfast (a first for me), and spontaneously decided to book foot massages (another first for me). This could have been potentially weird, but was actually a magical experience for both of us. The atmosphere here was laid back. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who guided us to fill out a form to indicate our preferences. I'm pretty new to #TREATYOSELF so I just made mine as generic as possible. Then we went into the back (everything is separated by curtains, but there's no real distracting noise), were told to put all of our belongings into basket, put a towel over our eyes, and lay down for a very relaxing foot massage. A male masseur came over to her (I peeked), and a female masseuse came to me. She gave me a foot bath, and then started in. For my first professional foot massage, I will say that at the time, this was the best professional foot massage I ever have received. Would I do it again? Well, if I was really craving just a foot massage, maybe. But the way they worked my feet made me wish I had asked for a full body massage as well. It really made me forget for an hour that I was on a Tinder date. Amazing. I didn't opt for a second date, but I'm really glad we got foot massages. read more

My parents and I went on Friday and had a terrific experience. We asked for one hour of reflexology, and received a fantastic service. Very relaxing, and we all felt great leaving. When you arrive they will have you answer a few brief questions regarding where you'd like them to focus and how much pressure you'd like. Then they lead you back to a bed. This location does not have curtains or separation between the beds (my dad did not like that, but once they get started I don't find that it matters much). You can pay $20 more for a private room with hot stones. This is a full body massage for $40. Remember to tip generously if you enjoyed your service! I used to work reception at a reflexology place and I know they get much less than $40 for each customer. Reason for the loss of star is 1) They didn't answer their phone. On yelp it said they opened at 9am, and I must have called at least a dozen times between 850 and 11am. Finally we just got in the car and went over there. They were in fact open, and we were able to get right in. 2) The location, right next to the restaurant, isn't great. You can, from time to time, hear what's going on over there, which isn't relaxing. With that being said it was minimal and probably non existent if you went in the morning. read more

This is my new favorite place to go! It's decor and atmosphere is amazing. The interior is so unique and feels like I've been transported to a new spiritual world. They have such great decor! When I walked in the first thing I thought was how amazing everything looked. They have this cool fake grass as a flooring and makes me feel like I'm in a different world. They play soft relaxing music and have nice water fountains to give a great effect. The receptionist was also very kind and helped me with everything I needed it. I got a massage and Moxa for my shoulders and back. It felt so nice and different. I was totally relax and I almost fell asleep within the first few minutes. I met some very nice people there too! Took my partner here for his first massage, mind you it was his birthday. Atmosphere was nice but different. I'm not going to lie, I completely expected to be greeted by an Asian person at the front desk but I was surprised by a nice man with a man bun who let us smell some blends of essential oils. Kind of wish that were pure forms of peppermint or lavender instead of blends. We opted to pay for 10 bucks more for more pressure but received less than par. I told my therapist that my lower back and shoulder area needed extra love and he definitely skipped that extra love part and was more focused on adjusting my towel more than the massage. I really enjoyed my hour relaxation fusion with my therapist named Glen. I've had massages done before, but my therapists were always women. I was a little nervous when I was booked with a man. He did a fantastic job though and put me at ease. Glen is very knowledgeable and was good about answering questions.
