Then I had to have rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders, along with a torn bicep tendon, sub scapula and scapula. Lara was recommended to me as an addition to my physical therapy. I have complete motion now on both arms where many of my friends have not been so lucky. I had an extremely tight IT Band that was causing irritation in my knee visible on an MRI.
