I stopped him and told him, and he was much lighter for a few minutes. I had to stop him again towards the end of my massage because he put his elbow into my spine, causing pain. He clearly does not know what he's doing at all. When I paid, he asked for a tip. I told him no, and that he hurt me. The lady watched me write it and then said "no" and pointed to a post -it note hidden under a piece of mail on the counter with a tip amount for each hour of service and told me my tip for one hour needed to be $20 (or 1/3 of the service price) and refused to take my receipt until I changed it. I really want to like this place, but I won't be going back any time soon.
