I went in to get it done a few days later and she talked me out of what I originally wanted. Once it was done I was left with a dark blonde/muddy grey-ish highlights rather than the all over light grey I wanted plus, the tones were uneven throughout my hair due to the fact that she used two different volumes on different parts of my hair. She reassured me that if I came back in about a week, she would reapply the toner and my color would be closer to what I wanted. I left the salon unhappy and upset. Two days later I washed my hair and almost every bit of the color washed out. As days went on, my hair began to turn brassy, gold, and even blended with my darker color. I asked what she could do to fix it and made it very clear I needed it bleached again, but she insisted on having to charge me again for bleaching it. I then spoke with another hairstylist who advised me that it wasn't bleached light enough to begin with for my desired color and that the stain would not turn out how I wanted. Unable to get to the salon, I text Chelsea about the issue. A WEEK later I received a reply. Still extremely unhappy with how it turned out and her willingness to correct it, I asked for a refund. I was then told she did not give refunds and I had a 7 day period for her to change anything. Had I known her policy beforehand, I would have been more persistent at the salon that it was nowhere near what I wanted. My advice is to stay away. And if you do venture to try this place out, please be 100% confident your stylist knows what you want and that she is confident in what she is doing. I'm now out $130.00, have extremely damaged, nasty brassy hair, and am having to pay for someone to fix the mistakes she made.

Ms Laura got him beat and then some!!! First of all, my hubby gifted me a massage but I upgraded to a deep tissue with face hydration therapy-Best decision! I told her I had hip, IT band, lower back and left shoulder issues- yes Army vet and mom to a toddler so I'm pretty banged up lol! You can tell she read my body to offer the most thoughtful session I've been afforded! She used several techniques such as stretches (ladies may want to shave their lady parts for that one-ha!), cupping, and deep tissue massaging to remove knots and release what felt like years of tension! I have been going to PT 2x/week but I felt even more of a shift after our session! The facial hydration was good. Nice and cool to offer contrast to the warm blankets but followed up with a warm towel. Pleasant experience and didn't mind having my wig pushed back at all lol Do yourself a favor and just do it!!! -just not on the days I'm going back lol jk
