Joy has been an amazing part of my life and I'm so thankful for her. I don't think about Joy as my masseuse or anything, she is a HEALER. She doesn't just lather lotion all over you and make you all soft and good. She takes the time to really understand what is going on with your body, how your life might be affecting it, and many other things that contribute to an altogether healing as well as improvement process through these treatments. From the beginning, Joy has told me I need to drink more and more water. Even after I went snowboarding she could feel all the pain points and took her time working on my different parts. Thee best massage ever!! Im an instructor and experienced her services when she gave back to our school for teacher apprecation. She has years of experience and knowledge as she fully explains everything during the massage. She definitely know what she's talking about. She makes you feel comfortable using aroma therapy, relaxed during the session with the atmosphere, and made me learn a lot. I started to reminisce about my Kinesiology days, when she let me know about specific muscles and parts that I needed specific work on or that I over used. She gave me tips and made me realize how much more I need to do to prep before and after my work out. Even drinking a gallon of water isn't enough for me since I'm so active, so shes very thorough with her massage, technique, and explanations.
