As soon as I went inside I could tell that it was going to be an amazing experience! She didn't massage the shoulders, or back much at all, and spent a lot of time rubbing the body, my scalp, and putting little effort into anything, The best way to describe it was if someone was just learning to massage, or just decided to give up for the day, but she's clearly been working there for a while given she ran the front desk too. Anyways, won't be coming back, if the business knows who she is, consider firing her because she will ruin your ability to get new customers and cause friction with existing ones. It only takes one bad experience to lose business, especially with so many other options nearby and in SF.
