You choose a base for the mattress, and then select a pad to go on top. Then you zip the entire thing together and you have your mattress. This is nice because then you can select different firmness levels for each side. They offer delivery, setup and removal of old mattresses for $85 which is convenient, since getting rid of mattresses correctly isn't always easy. The value of the mattress seemed good too. We only ordered the mattress a week ago, so I'll have to update this to let you know it is.
