The dogs stay in kennels overnight and there is someone onsite 24/7, which gives you peace of mind. They also charge by night (versus by hour) which has made drop off and pick up very convenient, especially if you have schedule changes and need to adjust the drop off/pickup times. They also don't charge you until after the stay is complete and your pet is safely checked out, which I appreciate. I have heard that they can get busy at certain times through the year, so be sure to book your reservation in advance. They also close once a year during the first or so week in December, so do not travel at that time or you'll end up having to take your pet elsewhere like me :( lol I highly recommend Wags 'n' Wings for your pet's daycare/boarding needs. He was old (20 years old) and had lived a long and happy life, but it was time for him to say goodbye. Though I was already expecting it to happen, I was still crushed. The only thing that made me feel better was knowing that Ric was with him and he made sure to take care of things. Ric went beyond the extra mile to take care of everything, not only for Trekee's sake, but for mine as well.
