Her professionalism, expertise, and wisdom made me feel at ease. I have been to many massage therapists, and I noticed that Jana's massage techniques feel very unique and are of her own design, because she truly cares for people's healing and wellness. I will definitely book more appointments with Jana for later in the year.

During a recent visit, the owner told me he could no longer honor that rate unless the terms were changed to six visits per month. This was unexpected and felt like a fundamental shift to a long-standing agreement. While I understand that businesses evolve, changing the terms of an existing membership without notice or consent crosses an important line for me. I stayed loyal through years of internal changes, staff turnover, and operational instability, choosing to remain focused on my own care and to continue supporting the business in good faith. Ultimately, this experience highlighted a clear difference in values around honoring commitments and long-term client relationships. As a result, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. There are many excellent wellness providers in this area, and I prefer to invest in those that respect established agreements and loyal clients.

Yesterday my mom and I went to use our gift certificate for a salt float and we were greeted by a not overly friendly receptionist. We were almost charged $170 again for the service despite my mom insisting that we had already paid. The receptionist found that we did have a gift card and were good to go and even then was not super apologetic. The float experience was wonderful! However, my mom did find chunks of dirt or something else in her tub, although mine was perfectly clean. I showered directly after the float but am still finding salt in my ears, which still has water in it and has become painful. Overall the experience was slightly tainted by the service and the irritation afterward.

Mark's familiarity with other healing modalities I've been using lately was also very helpful, and I'm especially grateful that he graciously supplemented the acupuncture with Zero Balancing multiple times.
