The owner loaned to me a space heater until the job was complete. I only have one request from the company to use drop cloths as not to make a mess on their future projects. The owner, Chris was in touch with me from beginning to end of the project. I appreciated that very much. The two technicians that came over to the house were very polite and helpful. Will I continue doing business with this company? Of course I will and I think you could too. I would like to keep a good relationship with this company.

march 28, 2026 -- buyer beware!!! alpine heat pumps does not stand behind the products they sell…read more 18 months after purchase, major components failure of the compressor and inverter pcb board. best they could do was, we could get out there in maybe 2 weeks, why don't you try calling.....maybe they can help. alpine's representative had the nerve after it was diagnosed by another company as a known c464 failure problem with samsung to say, "well every now and then you get a bad one, but the parts are covered!" 18 months and a major failure, and we're supposed to come up with another $1,500 to $2,000 for labor and freon. so, they don't service what they sell, moreover, don't stand behind the product they recommended. not to mention that as part of mass save had to have our furnace disconnected and we are stll without heat (april 7) in half the house...tonights low expected to be 25 degrees! going on a week and half of 50% heat, not expected to maybe be repaired on the 14th. they were responsive in taking my $28,000 for the system, and now they will not respond! poor customer service! they take your money and move on! shop elsewhere, and go with company that actually services what they sell and stands behind the products they sell. oh, and they no longer sell samsung....no suprise. only 1 star, because can't give zero.

I had…read morea horrible experience with Hurley and David, who tried to claim my furnace was unsafe, they shut it down, and disconnected the gas so I couldn't restart it. it was in January and the temperatures were in the single digits. Countywide came out that same day, also found that Hurley and David had disconnected some wires so I couldn't restart the furnace. Countywide got it restarted did a combustion test that showed the furnace was indeed safe and actually over 90% efficient. Hurley and David was trying to sell me a new furnace when a couple hundred dollar repair got mine fixed. That's the kind of company country wide is; honest and not looking to spend your money needlessly.

I knew of his reputation from a heating help board I had been on in the past and knew he was the guy I wanted for my install. When Gary says he'll be there at 7am you better believe him. He showed up on time and went right to work. His lead plumber came shortly after and drove what I'd call a mobile plumbing shop. These guys don't mess around, they had every tool and fitting imaginable and I couldn't have been more impressed, except for the fact they were heads down all business the whole time they were here. Gary was here from 7am to 6:30pm and spent the time to make sure everything was perfect and that I knew all of the features available before he left. The quality of the work was beyond impressive and we couldn't be happier! Btw, the boiler is a Viessmann and it's awesome, I can monitor it from my phone and on a recent trip I was able to lower the domestic hot water while we were away which saved us gas.
