I lived in a house with a friend of mine managed by this company. My friend lived in this house for the better part of a lease period having already told them about a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed. After months of not taking care of these issues, right before it was time to sign a new lease all of a sudden they wanted to come and fix everything. The carbon monoxide detector in the rental unit was three years past its expiration I set it out with a note so that they would fix it. I was told by my roommate that they would not replace it, even though it's illegal for us to not have a working one, and they would only come back if we submitted a separate work order for them to come back and fix it even though it was clear clearly not working clearly massively out of date. And they essentially never came back and fixed it and I had to buy my own. When they did come to fix stuff they expected us to leave our house unlocked for the day so that they could come in and out as they pleased. They repaired several things, they painted and didn't ventilate, I came home not knowing what it was I was smelling. And all of this was done in an effort just so that they could raise the rent. They had not done any of the things that they were obligated to do not only by the law but by whatever contract they had with the owner of that property and only so that they could charge us more money. they did appear to care, they did not respond to any requests to fix anything in any sort of a timely manner. To me it was pretty obvious that they only fixed everything because they wanted to charge us more money. Right before the holidays in 2023 they attempted to fix all of these things inside of a week and this was just a week or two before the lease was due to be re-signed. Of course it's way easier to ignore your tenants try to shove everything in at the last minute then to go back to the homeowner and say I'm sorry but I cannot charge these tenants more money because the property is not up to snuff. It's very clear from the way that they behaved during my entire experience that they are more interested in collecting money and being slumlords than to actually take care of problems. The carbon monoxide detector alone is massively illegal. You can clearly see from the first photo that the carbon monoxide detector was made in 2013 they're supposed to be replaced every 5 to 7 years and it was 10 years old, and faulty. And they were made fully aware but said that they would not do anything until we made a work order for it. The law is the law of work order or not. read more

This property management is awful. We live in an HOA community with Reid as the property manager. They do very little for the community. The biggest complaint is the lack of communication, especially Matt Berg. This had irritated neighbors, but no one wants to say anything. I have emailed and called and rarely get a response. I have used the portal to request things regarding pests in the yard and it goes unnoticed. I had 2 incidents with the yard folk damaging my car and then my patio window. I have tried to get a status on my patio window, but nothing. Matt keeps saying he needs to talk to the HOA, but it does not take over a month to do so. Regarding the lack of communication, I needed insurance paperwork for my mortgage company. They failed to send the updated policy. I was on the verge of my insurance increasing because they did not receive it from Matt. I had to call multiple times and the mortgage company had to call before they finally sent it to me. The community fails to abide by rules. They will single you out. If you report things, they do not listen or follow up. You will experience a lot of unnecessary headaches. When I decide to rent my property, I will not be using Reid, unless for someone reason it's mandatory in the community. read more

Didn't really do much to manage property other than take there 10%. Final inspection report after tenant moved out was a joke. They tried to claim everything was normal "wear and tear" like broken stairs, stair railing coming off the wall, and tiles falling out of the shower floor (which they didn't even catch on the inspection). Tile issue made it necessary to replace the entire shower. I suppose if you are a renter and want to keep more of your security deposit this is the company to use. I just called and asked for Ben, our 2nd property manager with this company. We moved in on 12/1/16, Heather( who no longer works there, took over 100 pictures of discrepancies when we met her at the home with new keys. Hot water to washer didn't work, sink faucet dangled, leaking. Garbage disposal leaked under sink, master tub faucet still a joke, windows will not lock, gate is rotten and handing by a twig, driveway is sinking, not to mention the ant and mouse infestation that continues. We have put more of our own time and money into this rental, but Ben is the one who continually dropped the ball in trying to get our items repaired. Today, I found my dog 1/2 mile away from home as she pushed herself through the rotted gate. This is the 3rd time! I even crushed my hand in hate 2 weeks ago trying to prop it up. I was told by Ben all these issues would be addressed....... I called today after last call from Ben 1 month ago. Guess what???? Ben now no longer works there and a girl named Angie replaced him. I told her if these items are not addressed within 14 days we will file to vacate our 1 year lease due to their poor management and non compliance in the lease. Will see if she calls me back in Monday with answers..... if not...... Lived in a home for 5 or so years there will be wear and tear but we did pretty good with the home. Spent about 750$ before leaving to hire a landscaper per my contract to keep the yard maintained to their lofty standards and was mandated by REID PM to hire a steam cleaner from their certified cleaners. Thinking I would get most of my deposit back. Nope. Didn't break even on this. I agree with most of the poor ratings for them. Avoid this company if you can. read more

We lived in a home ran by these guys for 17 months. We had numerous maintenance requests completely ignored, all the wood on the outside of the home is rotten. Jackie, our property manager, was often extremely rude when we called with questions too. We are a married couple, just purchased our first home and are expecting our first child. Despite communicating with Jackie that we wanted out of our lease 1 month early as we'd found our dream home and getting our end of things done and getting the keys to her well over 7 weeks before the end of our lease they still charged us rent for the month. I feel sorry for the owners of the home we rented and would not recommend using Reid PM to anyone. read more

My Wife and I rented an apartment that was managed by Reid and they are terrible! They treated us like cattle! When we were moving in my wife accidently misplaced the apartment keys and we she went to ask for help, they told her it wasn't their problem! It took them almost 2 months to give us our mailbox keys! My wife had to go in and talk with them a couple a times for various reasons and every time she would leave crying! I've worked with REID PM before, and now I am a RETURNING resident to one of their properties. Everytime I've needed help *Ivy* and *Kathy* have been SO helpful especially when corresponding back and forth via email. I basically had a request for an apartment and they helped have it settled in about a week, WOW. Seriously, I have had nothing but smooth sailing with them company. They treat me like human (aren't we all one?) and talk to me like I'm a friend. I would recommend working with them. They've been upfront with me about all policies and changes and have always given me advanced notice if we needed to make arrangements and they've been super flexible. I am so happy to be back. I cannot recommend this property "management" company at all. Not one tiny little bit. We've been enduring them since we moved into our rental, about 7 months ago, and I cannot wait until our lease is up for the sole fact that we will get to ditch this company for good. The "management" of our property is poor, at best. We wait weeks (and sometimes months) for things to be fixed. We submit maintenance requests, wait a month, go in to check on it because we haven't heard a peep, and we are be told it was never submitted (which is an outright lie). So, after putting a request in again, we wait another month for one simple thing to be fixed and are told the hold up is due to "waiting on the owner". Right. I'm sorry, but if I were the owner of a property, I would want broken things fixed and great care taken with my rental property--wouldn't you? We get repeated "comply or else" notices to pay our water bill--yet we never receive an actual bill in our mailbox--ever. Then Reid mails you a $100 water bill and gives you a notice for 10 days to pay or risk eviction notice. Really? Shouldn't I be getting this monthly bill IN MY MAILBOX so that I can actually pay it (like I do all of our other bills)? This particular bill goes to a PO Box of the property manager and not to us, the tenant. We get no notice that a bill is due or that we owe any amount of money. And then we get threatened with eviction for nonpayment? Can anyone tell me how this makes sense? I'm sure we aren't the only tenants dealing with this either. If this wasn't standard practice at their office, then I'm sure it would have been immediately corrected the FIRST time this happened to us and I brought it to their attention. Makes you wonder. The office staff is cold, and our property manager is lazy. They will always blame their inability to file a maintenance request or provide a call back with "owner issues" or "phone issues" or "email issues". It seems this company has quite a lot of.....issues. In sum, I would never recommend this company to any prospective renters OR property owners looking to list their property. Both sides will be jerked around, put on hold for months, and slapped with ridiculous eviction threats over things that are not the fault of the tenant. If I could give zero stars, I most certainly would. What we have here is not a case of slow-to-respond owners, nor is it deadbeat tenants who don't pay bills. I cannot say I have been a Tenant or a Landlord for this company. And I thank God for this! I called on a Monday morning to find out more about a specific property. Left a very friendly voicemail; name, phone number, etc. I didn't hear back, so I called the next day (keeping in mind that the rental market here is very HOT), only to get the receptionist. She said the lady that deals with the property IS there and transferred me to her. The phone rang and then went to voicemail. Needless to say - this happened for 5 more days, with me never receiving a return call. Meanwhile, my husband and I had to drive-by on our own just to get an idea of where and what the house and neighborhood was like. In a last attempt to contact the "lady who deals with the property" , I emailed her -again- only to get a response the next day. VERY curtly, she said it was still available (go figure) and when did I want to see it. She then gave me a time and date, but cancelled. Then again, and cancelled. Finally the third time we got to see the place. It wasn't like the pictures and the square footage was lied about. It wasn't even her who showed it. I tried to get in contact with her to ask a question and make a complaint - NO ANSWER. The lady who showed the house could NOT answer a single question I had!!! "Pets?" - "I don't know." , "Holding deposit?" - "Really couldn't tell you." Etc. Last but not least, I said my very old black lab was just diagnosed with cancer last weekend. She looked at me IN the FACE and said I was a horrible person to even have let him live that long and that I needed to do the right thing and put him down. This dog has been my baby for 13 years - judging isn't appreciated. -Rude-Inconsiderate-Unprofessional- Do not rent here, they already show their true colors just by lack of professionalism. read more

TENANTS BEWARE!!! This company is awful at running things. If something in your house breaks or you have a mold issue or anything hazardous to your health, they won't deal with it promptly AND they will just cover it up. My rental home I was renting is INFESTED with black mold still to this day even after moving out. It was like that for years even when the previous tenant (whom I'm friends with) lived there. They also will try to scam you out of your security deposit. I left my home cleaner than it was when I even moved in and they said I did not weed the front planter area. It was not weeded when I moved in. They were looking for me to give them free landscaping. Nope. Then when I told them it wasn't weeded when I moved in, they pulled out a photo from 2 YEARS BEFORE I EVEN MOVED IN THERE and tried to pass it off as if it was from when I moved in!!!! Wonderful company! Angie and Dorinda have been absolutely amazing. When the first house my wife and I looked at ended up being rented before we could get our applications in, Angie and Dorinda immediately went above and beyond to get us into an even better house. They made sure we had first choice on a home that wasn't even on the rental market yet. When move in day came, the house was clean, well maintained and properly prepared for us as new tenants. OK so, I am giving two stars because I have not been egregiously wronged by this company, but their customer service needs some work, a lot of work. I will not renew my contract to have them list my property when the time comes. 1. Communication: The work hours at this company are incredibly narrow, its hard to imagine how a company stays in business when they work 9-4 only 5 days a week with a long lunch break, and that is only the time when the office is manned by a secretary who is fully capable of transferring your calls to the voicemail system and nothing else. the actual managers are only there from maybe 10-2 but they will rarely answer your phone calls or make an effort to call you back. The typical "Out of the office all day on appointments VM greeting is what you will get." Also the voicemails usually cite a holiday closure that occurred weeks past. For example. on May 1st, the voicemail for one agent still said that she would be out of the office for Presidents day (20 February). 2. Responsiveness: I lived in a building of which I owned a unit. The building manager never answered his phone, and never had availability to make appointments. Over the course of 9 months, I was unable to get biometric access for fiancée also a tenant in the building to. It is pretty unacceptable. Not to mention the email I received from the manager was titled "Assess" I assume it was a typo but it could have been an insult. 3. My level of involvement: I expect as an owner being represented by REID I should have very little involvement if needed in the management of my unit, however, this is not the case. It requires great effort on my end to bring matters to REID's attention, and ask them to solve the issues. They are not proactive, and have done nothing to make me want to keep them as a manager. 4. Some good things: as an owner I have had no issues with receiving timely payment. That's about your only saving grace right now as a company. Some advice to the company or prospective clients. REID offers no monetary incentives for using them, they are the same price for day to day operations, and some of their services cost substantially more then competitors. If you are going to be as unresponsive as you are, then maybe lowering your management cost by a percentage point to give you a monetary edge over the competition should be worth it. This the worst place I've ever had to opportunity to work with or rent from, I was a complete wreck when I lost my home and I needed a place to move into. I came to them in good faith and trust that they would take care of me as a customer and they all pretended to be so kind and friendly to the point that she kept telling me she completely understood what I was going through! What a dump truck load crap these people are because she had me sign a document that I wasn't ready for because we hadn't even chosen a place yet, so when we did find three house that would met my criteria she made it seem like if I didn't put money down now I could loose all of the deals!!!! I panicked she had me put down a deposit of $1,500 to hold the house for me to move in the following month when the property would be ready! I disclosed that I own a pit bull and was denying by the management team and they kept my money! Every penny of it! I was drastically broken! Shame on this place shame on this company! This property management company works for the owners of the houses they rent and if you don't care about getting Your deposit back when you move out then your ok. They do absolutely everything to eat up your deposit and not give it back. I have always had excellent rental history (I'm now a homeowner) and received back my full deposits. I also am a property manager for a non profit organization and this was just disgusting. They charged me for a water splash on the ceiling ( which only needs to be wiped w a water rag) to nit an pick every dollar off the deposit... we even mowed the yard and trimmed the bushes and they STILL charged me $500 for yard mowing. My advice: TAKE A MOVE IN VIDEO AND A MOVE OUT VIDEO AND FILL UP YOUR INSPECTION FORMS. They also have a big overturn in property managers. As a renter, and as someone who as rented from private landlords in Boston and large corporations in San Diego... I have to say Reid property management is the worst company I have ever done business with. 1. The company is unresponsive at best, doesn't keep it's posted business hours and is completely unavailable on weekends. How someone is supposed to view houses mon-fri from 10am-2pm is ridiculous. You are completely at the mercy of Misty Tally's uncompromisingly short work schedule. I have called on several different Fridays and would not hear back until the following Monday, or even Tuesday. 2. The company allows it's property owners to enter your home without your permission and take things while you are not there. No apology or sense of duty to rectify this gross invasion of personal space and violation of the renters agreement. The land lord justified it as "well, we were in town, and couldn't find Reid's phone number. No one was home, so we just let ourselves in and took our ladder." 3. The company is slow to respond to maintenance issues. There was a leak in the roof of our home that took over a month to SCHEDULE the repair. 4. The company doesn't resolve on going issues. The heating unit in the home was malfunctioning. After the first two attempts by one repair company to fix the issue, instead of hiring a more capable company, they send the same incompetent buffoons out 2 more times. I don't know about you, but I like heat in the winter, a/c in the summer but not at the expense of waiting for a technician once a week, EVERY WEEK, for 5 weeks with no resolution. Reid refused to hire a different heating and air company because "these are the people we work with." 5. The company threatened us with eviction because a neighbor complained about our dog. Without discussion of the event or any attempt to communicate with us, reid issued a threatening letter of eviction. 6. This may be a small detail, but it's their job for Pete's sake. Reid required us to hire an "approved" vendor to clean the carpets of the home. Did they provide us with a list of "approved" vendors. No! They made me call them, leave message because no one answers their phone, and wait for a call back. It's this childish level of professionalism you can expect from Reid. 7. We just got our move out letter. They are charging us $550 for cleaning the house on move out. We already paid $450 for the carpets to be professionally cleaned at their demand and spent hours cleaning the house top to bottom. At the end of it all... It is clear Reid property management cares about themselves alone. They are quick to issue warning letters and threats in preparation of eviction, but are surprisingly unsympathetic regarding their own violations of the renters agreement. I wonder how they treat the property owners, because my experience is they treat the tenants like trash. If you are a property owner and care to have a place continually rented, do not work with Reid. If you are a tenant looking for a property management company to treat you with respect, look elsewhere. Ps. We paid our rent early every month for 18 months. Not one late payment, not one missed check. We meticulously cared for the home and we were treated like squatters in a vacant. read more

My opinion: If you own a rental and want Reid to manage your property, I would advise you look elsewhere. The positives... they are good about getting money from your renters. We never have an issue with them collecting payments and forwarding them to us. The negatives... Poor communication, staff turnover and lack of follow through. We are the type of people who want our rentals to be taken care of. When issues arise, we expect them to be resolved quickly. Reid has required our hand holding to make sure things get done every single time. We are tired of having to reach out to their agents to see if things were taken care of, that things are resolved and that the renters are satisfied. Without our persistence, I have no doubt that the ball would have been dropped on numerous occasions by the agents who come and go often. No one answers the phone, no one answers emails, no one is available for showings so you couldn't rent any of their properties no matter how much you wanted to. Their hours are ridiculous. Most of the reviews for Reid Property Management are actually under "Reid Real Estate". I don't know why that is. But don't be fooled. Look up both - tenants and property owners alike will tell you to avoid this company like the PLAGUE. Honestly? The repair men are good. And like two months ago, they got with the 21st century and began allowing online payments so you don't have to drive 40min roundtrip to drop off your payment (because if you mail it, you will almost always get a late fee). And they give you a lot of information when you first rent the place - pamphlets, a manual, the contract, etc.... and that's about all the good things I can think of to say about this company. It's been 5 long years with them. 6 months without a washing machine - and my upstairs neighbor spent almost the same time frame without a working dryer - so we shared, while waiting forever "for the owner to decide whether to repair or replace". Same thing with my broken dishwasher. The countertop trim was loose when I moved in, and has come loose a half dozen times since - and it just gets glued back on, but never really fixed. My building from time to time gets this disgusting yellow water, sometimes lasting more than a day, and Reid has been notified every time and doesn't care at all, says that's city water, and that's just too bad. The after hours emergency line? It's a cell phone that sometimes nobody takes home with them all weekend, so good luck with that. My door lock broke and I was locked out of my house on a Saturday night; got a call back 10:30am Monday. I've had 5 different property managers - worst one first, then an interim, then an awesome one in a different office entirely who sadly was gone within 3 months, then a clueless man who also left within a few months, and then a long-timer who supposedly was the best of the best, because this property needed real service after so much turnover.... and between her and her assistant, I still have to play email tag to communicate with them. They're better than the first, but there is something about the culture of this company that has made it impossible to get timely service, reliable communication, or honest interactions. There's no procedure to document anything between them and the tenant so everytime you call, no one knows what you're talking about or what the status of your situation is; or perhaps the procedure is to document nothing to delay costing the owners money on repairs. But if I were an owner, I'd rather my property be actually MANAGED and maintained. They literally robbed my neighbor of her deposit despite her doing everything on the move-out cleaning checklist when she moved out, and she was too tired of dealing with them to fight it. Needless to say I'm very wary how my termination will go. But I'm done with this company, and am moving out, and I genuinely plead with anyone looking at a REID rental property to LOOK ELSEWHERE. I contacted Reid 2 different times trying to set up viewings of multiple homes. After no response my husband set up viewings by phone. The day of, we called Reid to confirm our appointments (3 different viewings with 3 different Realtor). The first place we stopped at the woman looked kind of shocked and confused on who we were, but showed us around. The second place we showed up and there was no Realtor to be found, but a cleaning crew of 6+ people were there! One of the cleaning ladies showed us around! Third place we stood there waiting for a long time with another person who had a viewing (ALSO CONFIRMED THE VIEWING). After nobody showed we called Reid only to be told nobody was coming because we had not confirmed our appointment and they didn't have keys to the house. Also, they still weren't sure if pets were allowed in the house. (seems like something you could easily call the owner and ask!) I have been a renter through Reid Property Management for the last three years, and have had nothing but great experiances any time i have needed to contact them. When repairs were needed, they were quick to get a trained profesional to my residence to fix the problem properly and in a timely manner. The staff at the office has alwayse been friendly and helpful. My rental was reciently placed on the market for sale and it forced me to have to look for another rental. My husband and I drove an hour from our house, to meet J. at a rental property on Prickett Lake. The time of our appointment had been set to 1pm today. We arrived shortly before 1pm and waited, and waited, and waited. Talked to the tenant who was there, mowing the lawn. He and his partner had not been notified that there would be a showing of the house... Since there is no cell reception at this property, we drove off and stopped in Belfair to see if anyone from Reid had left us a voice mail at home. Nope. Called Reid, but couldn't get a hold of anyone at the office number so we returned to the rental property on the off-chance that the agent had arrived late. The tenant told us that he hadn't seen J. and by now it was 1:45pm. We left. Wow, getting stood up by a property manager is a first for us. By the way.... who cleans the carpets while the old tenant still has the keys to the property and tromps through the house (with shoes)???!!!! We're taking this as a sign! Terrible... terrible, terrible,terrible. This property management sucks... like really bad!! They won't respond to any maintenance requests. I was pregnant and the stovetop exploded and 2 elements stopped working. Finally we got a new property owner and he immediately replaced the stove. We have a trickling tub faucet and haven't been able to get anyone out to fix the problem. There was an issue with being locked out of the unit with a baby in 45 degree weather with no means of warming us. I called to see if there were any keys and if someone could come out and help. The other half was at work and you can't bring phones into the shipyard. I have no family here, so I sat on my car and waited 3 hours until he got my message and let us in. When I called the property management, they went into robot mode and told me if I damaged anything trying to get in, I'd be liable. It angered me because I could hear her very own kids in the background as I'm locked out in the cold with my 7 month old. They don't care. Not one bit. We are only still here because the inflation costs in Kitsap right now! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE, NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. Also... they never send us our water bill on time... then we get charged for a late water bill. It was also not mentioned that there is a $125.00 sewer bill... we always get our neighbor's mail in an envelope addressed to us. Sick of it. read more

Reid property management is a joke. The two people we dealt with there by the name of Karen and Chris were completely rude, unprofessional and gave us the run around. You'd make an appointment and they wouldn't show up. You'd call and no one would even call you back. You'd show up at the office, and no one would even come to talk to you. We had to relay the message through a receptionist all while they hide in the back of the office. After running a credit check, they said that in Washington state each person had to make 3 1/2 times the amount of rent per individual however that isn't the case. After talking to another property management company and looking up the law/rule. In Washington state, it's 3 1/2 combined with all individuals. Also they clearly can't do basic math because they tried to say my partner didn't make 3 1/2 times the amount of rent but once I looked at it, and then the other property management company looked at it. We realized that the incompetent Reid property management didn't add in the tips as my partner is a server. They told us they couldn't add it because tips aren't part of the income however my partner claims his tips and it's on his pay stubs so when we went to the other management company. They laughed and said Reid property doesn't know what they are doing. Needless to say, we got approved by another property management company because we combined by law in wa state is 3 1/2 combined and he alone can use his tips because it's on the pay stub. We got approved in about a day and everyone is laughing at the incompetence of Reid properties. We don't recommend this group at all. It's a joke read more

Too bad I can't give Reid a negative score. I've been a customer, probably 13-14 years. They fell apart a few years ago. Have tenants walk away with my property, destroy my landscaping, and snuck in a rate fee escalation. They have managed 4 properties during our relationship. But DUMPING them. read more

If you are looking for a company to help manage your HOA or really anything. I highly recommend you look somewhere else. Karl Kramer has been the most unprofessional person to work with. He is speaks to home owners is a degrading and offensive manner. He is out of the office regularly if you want to speak to him expect to get the run around. I did look at the reviews before applying for a rental. They are not a good property management place. Of course I am out $45 for a rental screening. They did not add my income properly. I have a great job and great rental history. My credit is being worked on. This disqualified me. They don't take in to fact the other things such as good stable income, great rental reference and no felonies or background issues. I just laugh. I rented from this company about 5 years ago. Reid remains the most corrupt company I have ever dealt with. I left the apartment spotless and they still charged a $750 "general cleaning fee" which they could not account for. Basically they stole $750 from me and could offer no explanation. On top of that they refused to fix the leaking windows while I lived there even though it was causing irreparable damage to the structure as the walls literally rotted. I honestly can't believe this company is still in business; you'd think they would change their name out of shame. And they should be ashamed. Thouroughly horrible people. read more

This is the most unprofessional company. Takes your money on time, but when you do everything right, they find any FALSE excuse to keep your deposit. Very unorganized and high turnover. They lost my notice to vacate, accused me of things I NEVER did, and charged me for the 20 year old items throughout the house. However, we replaced MANY MANY things and never got paid to to do. Had two witnesses watch me clean this house, go through it with me to make sure all was perfect and Reid charged me $950. Un-REAL. Never rent from this company. I am someone with a very good job, owns houses of my own, etc, who rented for two short years. I am not a low life who damaged one single thing. read more

Thank goodness for Jackie B. and Chris M. at Reid Property Management. I was short on time last June and needed a place to move in to at the begginging of July. The unit I rented was on Silverdale way way just down from their main office and it was so easy to get signed in to my lease and move in like I needed. In my first week there I was having issue with hot water in my sink so I contacted Jackie and within 3 days she had Murray (who was also a delight to deal with) the maintenance man come over and uncross the sink hosing. For the next 8 months i never had an issue. I got transferred from my job on the Kitsap Peninsula and had to move out and Jackie helped guide me through the early vacancy policy as it was stated in my lease and we worked together to help minimize the inconvenience for either party. I came from Arkansas where as a renter you basically have no rights and they will just tell you that you are SOL. IT WAS SUCH A DELIGHT TO HAVE DELT WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR AMAZING EMPLOYEES. Its not often, or at least not where I came from to find caring and compassionate landlords like the employees of Reid Property Management. Thank you again Jackie and Chris. read more

Called about a rental listed found on their website, Their receptionist is extremely rude. Once I was finally transferred to the agent assigned to the property i was interested in I left her a message. A day later I received no call back , called again to have Penny answer the phone telling me she had 4 pages of calls to return. how unprofessional! Instead of offering to meet with us or talk over the phone she took down my email and told me she would send me a list of her available properties since the one I had called in regards to was not available. Never received the email, So glad I never gave them a penny! May I recommend Light House Cover Property Management in Kitsap county. They even met us in a Sunday to show us a property! read more
