My friend lived in this house for…read morethe better part of a lease period having already told them about a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed. After months of not taking care of these issues, right before it was time to sign a new lease all of a sudden they wanted to come and fix everything. The carbon monoxide detector in the rental unit was three years past its expiration I set it out with a note so that they would fix it. I was told by my roommate that they would not replace it, even though it's illegal for us to not have a working one, and they would only come back if we submitted a separate work order for them to come back and fix it even though it was clear clearly not working clearly massively out of date. And they essentially never came back and fixed it and I had to buy my own. When they did come to fix stuff they expected us to leave our house unlocked for the day so that they could come in and out as they pleased. They repaired several things, they painted and didn't ventilate, I came home not knowing what it was I was smelling. And all of this was done in an effort just so that they could raise the rent. They had not done any of the things that they were obligated to do not only by the law but by whatever contract they had with the owner of that property and only so that they could charge us more money. they did appear to care, they did not respond to any requests to fix anything in any sort of a timely manner. To me it was pretty obvious that they only fixed everything because they wanted to charge us more money. Right before the holidays in 2023 they attempted to fix all of these things inside of a week and this was just a week or two before the lease was due to be re-signed. Of course it's way easier to ignore your tenants try to shove everything in at the last minute then to go back to the homeowner and say I'm sorry but I cannot charge these tenants more money because the property is not up to snuff. It's very clear from the way that they behaved during my entire experience that they are more interested in collecting money and being slumlords than to actually take care of problems. The carbon monoxide detector alone is massively illegal. You can clearly see from the first photo that the carbon monoxide detector was made in 2013 they're supposed to be replaced every 5 to 7 years and it was 10 years old, and faulty. And they were made fully aware but said that they would not do anything until we made a work order for it. The law is the law of work order or not.

They make me want to shout from the rooftops... or better yet, from the top of a mountain!!!…read more I cannot even begin to say enough AMAZING things about Dupuis Team!! I worked with Joey and Stephanie and, let me tell you, these two WORKED so very hard to find our family the perfect home. Their knowledge of the ins, outs and subtle nuances of the market is highly evident in everything they do. It seems that these two eat, sleep, and live for all things real estate. Not only were they able to help us find a home that we absolutely love, but they were able to write such a strong offer that we were able to get the house at asking price even though we were not the highest offer. Their superb service didn't stop there. They were able to schedule and complete all of the necessary inspections within 3 days of the offer being accepted (Despite the fact that they were technically on vacation by the time the offer was accepted). It is highly evident that Steph and Joey have spent significant time building, cultivating, and maintaining a vast network of highly skilled inspectors and tradespeople who are willing to help them out at a moment's notice. Besides all of their overwhelming professionalism and skill in navigating the real estate market, Stephanie and Joey are a pleasure to work with. Very quickly it became obvious that they truly cared about our family and our family's needs and wants. Since we are new to the area, Joey has even gone above and beyond the call of duty by also doubling as a tour guide of sorts, providing suggestions of things my kids and I may enjoy doing in the local area, and making sure we were aware of upcoming special events. Through this entire process Steph and Joey have made us feel like we were more than a means to a paycheck. They made us feel as though we were, and still are, an important and treasured part of the Dupuis family. Dupuis Team is 100% top notch! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone in Kitsap county (we definitely had them traveling all over the county too). They have been a true pleasure to work with every step of the way. If I ever find myself needing real estate expertise again in the future, Steph and Joey will be my first and last call.

First of all from the time we arrived we were comfortable, they have a good, comfortable waiting room. They even had teas, coffees, cocoas and ciders for the kids. Melody came and got us and was so sweet to my daughter. At one point she said she would be right back and she brought a stack of fake closing documents for kids. She told her that she had important paperwork for her to sign as well, and the paperwork proceeded to have places for her to sign, stamp, and it literally even had parts where it said how much she was getting from her sale etc. It was SO sweet. I loved this so much and my daughter loved it too. They took care of our sale, were professional the whole time, and they helped make the process super smooth.

My ex was supposed to pay me after selling the house, and recently Jackie called me on her behalf to ask me to sign this document declaring satisfaction of debt paid in exchange for the $20k, but I would not get the money until AFTER signing the document, which does not legally protect me from deceit. She claimed I needed to sign before the house could sell, thus incentivizing me to sign so I could get my money. She even claimed it would delay the sale if I didn't sign. But I wasn't falling for it and they sold the house anyway, with no delay, after I refused to sign. My ex was just using her to get out of paying me the $20k thinking I'd fall for the lies again like before. Jackie Slater is a crook and a scam artist, or at least an accomplice to one, and should lose her job.

If you are looking for a realtor that is competent and professional, look elsewhere! Betsy Schairer…read moreof Mike & Sandi Nelson RE is one of the most unprofessional real estate agents I have ever come across. Her first unprofessional move began with advertising that her seller would review offers upon receipt. Myself, my family and my realtor rearranged our entire day to see a home she had listed. We made a very solid offer but ONLY upon receipt of this offer, Betsy decided to change the rules of the game. She updated the MLS to state that the buyer would review offers tomorrow at 5pm. Should we have known this, we would have waited to submit our offer and would have viewed the property on Sunday. Withholding the truth is unethical. If this was her seller's intention, she should have stated so on the MLS from the very beginning. Her second miss was when she advertised that the home had wood floors and did not correct herself until after our offer was submitted. I was uncomfortable with these two post-offer developments, so my realtor discussed with Betsy the possibility of making an amendment to my offer, after I had a night to sleep on these late developments. Instead of staying on the phone and discussing this possibility with professionalism and working hard like a true negotiator, she began to scream at my agent and ultimately hung up on him. She then sent nasty emails to my realtor and my mortgage broker, with all sorts of screenshots attached from text conversations. The immaturity of this approach was astounding. When selecting a realtor, you would expect them to uphold a respectable moral character, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to conduct business as a professional. Sadly, Betsy lacks all these qualities and proved so during this transaction.
