This company went above and beyond for me…read more I bought a few items at great prices at their auction. The process is simple and expectations are clear, there is a designated pick up time and place - they expect you to come in and pick up your items. On pick up day my baby granddaughter was sick. I sent Girlfriends an email explaining I was on grandma duty and asked if they could bring the items to my car - a service they politely but clearly exclude in their on line contract. They respond to my email right away, they offered to bring the stuff out to my car AND an alternative pick up time to assure we did not have to wait. Baby girl slept thru the whole process. Thank you.

Immediately.** They made what felt like an impossible task so much easier for us. From the start, they were kind, efficient, and incredibly organized. They took a quick inventory, helped us move everything to their warehouse, and handled the entire auction process. And the best part? They have an online portal where you can track everything--kind of like watching your own personal estate sale unfold, but without the stress or the heavy lifting. Every month, they send detailed invoices and, yes, actual **checks** (turns out, your parents' old stuff is worth something!). They follow up, they communicate well, and they genuinely **care** about their clients. If you need estate sale services, **do yourself a favor and work with Girlfriends Estate Sales.** They are wonderful people who do an amazing job, and I can't recommend them highly enough. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

He was careful to look at the details, and the turn around on the work was also quick and accurate. Having worked with Payam I would recommend him and work with him again.

He spent less than five minutes assessing the property. Oh by the way, this was in Seattle where homes have appreciated by upwards of 7% the last three years. I truly can't wait until Redfin and Zillow have enough data and track record to effectively eliminate his job, which serves only as yet another unnecessary cost in the real estate process. Stay away from his services altogether if you can.

Many (15+) people "found" the address of this sale the NIGHT before and signed up before the address was released to the public. At least 15 names were on the list by the time anyone arrived at 6 am (when the address was released). Then when they opened the door for the sale they picked up the unofficial (in my opinion illicit) list and began calling names from it. This being the list that started before the public was even given the address. I'll let you draw your own conclusions about why this would happen but none of the conclusions bode well for Donnelly in my mind.

Since I only had one ring to have inspected I was able to come in, sit with him for a half an hour while he worked and leave with it the same day. The building he is in has a garage on that same street and the parking was only $6 an hour when I went in November 2023. I'm not somebody that likes driving in cities, but he wasn't far from the freeway, the garage made parking easy and he was worth the drive. Great value! It is worth every penny to find somebody you trust to handle such things. I highly recommend him and know where to go with any future needs.
