Many (15+) people "found" the address of this sale the NIGHT before and signed up before the address was released to the public. At least 15 names were on the list by the time anyone arrived at 6 am (when the address was released). Then when they opened the door for the sale they picked up the unofficial (in my opinion illicit) list and began calling names from it. This being the list that started before the public was even given the address. I'll let you draw your own conclusions about why this would happen but none of the conclusions bode well for Donnelly in my mind.

For someone in a client-facing role, it's surprising how little effort is made to foster a welcoming or respectful environment. As a long-time, high-volume customer, I expected better. Businesses thrive because of loyal patrons -- and alienating those customers is not only shortsighted, it's unsustainable. I would strongly recommend others proceed with serious caution before supporting this organization.
