No matter what one reads or hears from talking people about the Seattle real estate market, establishing a relationship with the right agent to help sort out its many factors became a hugely important part of the equation. A cross country move is daunting, a mind-boggling process, especially in such a competitive market. My confidence to work with John developed first from the East coast by phone, email, and text. John was forthcoming with information on the pros and cons of properties and neighbourhoods I was considering. One of the most important things he did was to keep in touch with me, almost daily. Before I could travel to Seattle, in order to "see" several properties, he walked through and sent me the best narrated videos. Clearly, he valued me as a client. I flew in to Seattle prepared to spend a month. Within three days of on-the-ground house hunting, we found the property I now call home where I envisioned myself living. Robert had a zoom call with my girlfriend and I to discuss the entire process. He put my concerns at ease and went to work scoping out homes with my criteria in mind.
