I love bringing friends from out of state to this place. I think the food and service are exceptional.

Authentic and delicious Uzbek food with attention to detail. Service is fast and friendly. Even tea has a special aroma. Pilaf is the best.

Ash'Kara - Hummus and gluten free pita bread.

Ash'Kara is always at the top of my list when I'm craving incredible Mediterranean food. The food…read moreand service is truly top notch, and every dish is packed with amazing flavor. To start, the hummus, pita, and htipiti are a must, obviously! And the za'atar-spiced fries are seriously addicting -- I could eat an entire order myself. Both salads are fantastic and are the perfect addition to the meal. But for the main course... DO NOT leave without ordering the za'atar roasted chicken, bavette steak, and wood-fired carrots. You will be missing out if you do! Every single time we've gone, everything has been cooked to absolute perfection, and the flavors are immaculate. Honestly, I'd lick my plate clean.

Pleasantly surprised that our experience turned out better than we thought it would. We got a few drinks and placed an order for apps and mains together since it would be easier. And normally you would expect drinks would come first followed by apps and then mains. We got the apps, drinks and mains all together which was a bit odd because our table had no more place. Our server did not ask us and we thought it was understood. The lamb kofte, hummus and mandu dumplings were great! Their pita is fresh and piping hot, unlike other pitas I've had which was a big positive! The main dish my mom got was the carrot dish because she is a vegetarian, it was such a lazy dish! Just extra charred carrots on a bed of chickpeas and sauce - I expected more! Everything lamb was grilled to perfection and tasted really good. The falafel was very tasty as well. Stick to meat options if you decide to dine here. I wish they had a few more vegetarian options in the mains. We decided to skip desserts here because they did not sound appetizing at all. Service was alright. FYI - they will add a 20% service charge irrespective of your party size.

A big shout out to him and his whole team there for fun vibes and great food. It is Indian Fusion - we had lamb burger which was cooked perfectly, gluten free tenders .., which I love instead of bready it's real good chicken meat and was so so good ...with mango habenero sauce... which had just the right kick to it and we had samosa's dessert style... Kit Kat and s'mores... these almost give a warm cookie dough vibe to them and it was heavenly.... A little goes a long way lol! We can't wait to come back soon! It was such a nice chance for Ryan and I to get to try a new place out ! Can't wait to come back soon!

They're located in a super fun bar. 3. They're right below an awesome tiki bar 4. Did I mention they're delicious? I've been several times now (and visited them during their farmer's market season), and I've yet to try a bad dish. You can't go wrong here! What I ordered (over more than one visit): OG Samosa: potato, pea, dried fruit Chicken Tenders: original Vindaloo Chicken Birria Tacos: crispy roti, melted cheese, onion, cilantro, consommé Lamb Kebab Smashburger: zamosa sauce, fresh dill, American cheese Bombay Fries: disco style! Best bite: EVERYTHING here is amazing, but the Lamb Kebab Smashburger is on a whole other level. The zamosa sauce adds so much flavor, and the lamb kebab patty is an absolute smash. This burger deserves a spot on the list of best burgers in Denver hands down. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

Safta - Whipped feta with oven fresh pita that stayed hot for a long time!

I had an amazing dining experience at Safta!…read more The wine list is well curated, both the BTG and bottle list was impressive. We chose an Areni wine, the Yacobian Hobbs. I was excited to try after watching a documentary on the Somm channel about that specific winemaker. The wine was delicious. Additionally, I was so happy to see small boutique wine from the Santa Barbara area like Amevive and A Tribute to Grace. Our server Yvonne guided our menu choices thoughtfully and enhanced our experience with excellent service. We started with watermelon feta salad with baby cilantro, walnuts, and harissa oil. The watermelon was cool, sweet, and crisp and the flavors balanced perfectly. If you are a pickle lover you must get the pickles. I think I will be dreaming of them. The pickled cabbage, okra, califlower and snap peas were just the best! The pitas were puffy, but not hollow, and warm. There was also an olive oil dipping sauce that complemented everything. Star of the show for me was the forgaged mushrooms and hummus. These were the most delicious mushrooms and snoothest hummus I have ever experienced, and I think there might be magicians in the kitchen. Our other dishes were cabbage and eggplant. Both taste explosions, done masterfully with a sauce, color and texture. This food is truly incredible, highly recommend. I am in Denver for work, anytime I travel back to Denver I will for sure return to Safta.

Coffee was fine but they gave such a large cup and it got cold right away and we felt bad for asking for refills when we still had a good amount left but cold. Lines weren't bad at all on a Sat morning. Basic American fruit/yogurt, bread, pastries. Deviled eggs. Prime rib was good The different types of sauces like baba ghounash, hummus, etc-- those were all really good mixed together with pita bread. Mediterranean salad was good. Cabbage was meh this time. No honeycomb this time :( :( :( I did not like ANY of the desserts. Neither did my partner. So I just had normal fruit/yogurt for dessert which seemed wasteful. Everything else was kind of just meh to me. Not worth the $65/person (with tip and tax). They also include a 5% surcharge on the bill.
