After the holiday - I have a feeling they weren't properly staffed. I didn't feel it was the best experience but upon return after 3 days with the vehicle, I met with Larance to process my return. He asked if I was satisfied and if there was anything they could have done better and I gave my honest feedback. I let him know I had another return later than month and considered not returning. He immediately took action and took down my information and I got his so we could touch base a few days before the new reservation so he could ensure things were all set. I feel like these days - great customer service and level of importance/caring are long gone. Not with Larance. He truly wanted me to have a good experience. 2nd reservation was 5 stars all the way around. Larance did everything he promised, quick and painless rental. Had a vehicle ready that I had chosen for the reservation. Everything was perfect. Up return, a FABULOUS gentleman named Ty was there to process my return and just the absolute best. These guys made it right and will have a forever customer at this Burleson location. Thank you Enterprise!

After a friend of mine who was stationed in Germany moved back to ft hood in the same weekend his family lost their home and his step father in a fire. In part to this it was causing money to be tight for Chris. Helping his family out, his own moving expenses, and on top of that he absolutely needed a car to go back and forth from ft hood to Mansfield. 21, didn't have bad credit but certainly not an extensive history. So we went to autonation and were out right lied to being told he needed a 20% interest rate on a 10 year old truck with over 100k and no options, which started a big fight between the salesman and I. We left, and EC was the last stop before we gave up for the day. Let me tell you how awesome these guys did. At the other dealer did they care that Chris was active duty? No. Did EC? Absolutely. The other dealer, did they care he just lost his father and didn't have much cash? Nope. Ernesto helped. Did the other dealer care that Chris had a long drive to see his family on the weekends? Nope. That's where Dylan came in and landed him on a fully loaded diesel Passat for $100 less per month than he was expecting to pay. These guys were so wonderful that today I brought Chris's mom in and traded her fiat for a Cadillac TWO YEARS NEWER for only $20 more per month than she was paying. AND her credit had tanked since the fire. And they're even throwing in a new set of tires for the car! If you need a car, this is absolutely the place to get one. In all my years in this business I've never seen a dealership work with you like they do on your down payment and your monthly payment, even to go so far as to pay less than you would at any other dealer. If you have bad credit they don't treat you like some poor person or an idiot, you get respect which is why I will tell everyone to come here. Period.

When we went to pick up the car they gave us a pickup even though the insurance was for a sedan. They didn't have one at the time. Nothing was mentioned about an out of pocket fee. We had a hard time parking the bigger vehicle so we went back later and asked to swap it out if they had a smaller one in stock and they did. Now they charged us for the difference on the bigger vehicle vs the sedan trying to say we knew about the extra cost and that's not true we would not have taken it we would have gone somewhere else. They will not work with us because they put notes in the system that is not true.
