I'm not a normal renter but in July 2025 I had the need to rent 2x and this was my nearest location. 1st visit on July 5, wasn't the best. After the holiday - I have a feeling they weren't properly staffed. I didn't feel it was the best experience but upon return after 3 days with the vehicle, I met with Larance to process my return. He asked if I was satisfied and if there was anything they could have done better and I gave my honest feedback. I let him know I had another return later than month and considered not returning. He immediately took action and took down my information and I got his so we could touch base a few days before the new reservation so he could ensure things were all set. I feel like these days - great customer service and level of importance/caring are long gone. Not with Larance. He truly wanted me to have a good experience. 2nd reservation was 5 stars all the way around. Larance did everything he promised, quick and painless rental. Had a vehicle ready that I had chosen for the reservation. Everything was perfect. Up return, a FABULOUS gentleman named Ty was there to process my return and just the absolute best. Excellent customer service at this location! I had to have a rental for 2 weeks since my truck got hit and they did a great job! Timely pickup from the collision repair place and drop off back after the repairs were done. Got there later in the afternoon on Monday and they were able to get me taken care of and dropped off before the repairs shop closed. Would highly recommend working with these guys read more

Truck broke down and went to dealership. Called to reserve a pick-up truck self-pay from Enterprise in Burleson TX \. When I came in when scheduled and all they had was a tiny car. Kept car for a couple weeks, dealership said I got bad fuel somewhere, so it became a claim on insurance. Called to book a truck again and followed up every day for a week to make sure they would have one there so I could return the car and get into a truck billed through insurance. Came in on the scheduled day because they said they would have one for me and they did not once again. No help whatsoever. Called corporate, they located a truck at another location, called that location and they said the did not have a truck. Did this about 5 times before I decided to give up. read more

Living in Burleson, I have used Enterprise a number of times in the last year. I had an auto claim and my insuranced sent me to Enterprise. Never again. In late December my rental car right after I picked it up, on my way to Dallas early the next morning, the tire pressure sensor came on as the rear drivers side tire was losing psi quickly and I had to pull over at 5:45 AM in the express lanes. It ook 2.5 hours to get help and a replacement tire. I put out $ 275.00 which they ultimatly refunded but that is not my issue. The most recent problem exposes a lack of concern for safety and the best interests of their customers. I picked up a 24 hour rental car as my other vehicle had a scheduled maintenace at the local dealer. No sooner than 10 minutes after I left the tire pressure sensor lit up on this rental. Fortunatly, I was able to get off the highway in time to get the tire back to 35 PSI and get to work. At lunch time I check pressure and the the tire pressure and it was losing psi and I filled it up and drove the car back to the Burleson location. cars out. He assured me they would and I left. Twenty minutes later I realized I left my garage door opener attached to the visor and called the Burleson store to get it back. I found out they already rented the car to another customer. I asked how they were able to do that with the tire pressure issue I told him about. He said, " we didn't find a problem withe the tire" My response was " there is no way you could have check the tires in 20 minutes and known anything ". He also told me that he talked to the lady they rented the car to and she was bringing my garage door opener back to the Burleson location. He never called me back, obviously never checked the tires, never spoke to the lady they rented the car to either. My point is they put me , that lady and how many others because they don't check the tires or follow up on information given to them like the tire pressure. For this reason, I will not ever use Enterprise car rental. I just don't trust their customer service. read more

I rented a car for a work conference that was 3 hours away. I made a reservation to have them pick me up from my home because I was without a car and although they were 30 minutes late to come get me based on my appointment, the driver was very nice and he got me to enterprise safely. When I walked into the building. I was greeted, and they checked me in and told me that they would have a car for me shortly. Almost an hour went by before I finally got walked out to my rental car. They were short staffed, and they did give me an upgrade for the inconvenience. I was supposed to get a Toyota Corolla and instead, they had me in a Chevy Malibu. My experience once I got the car was fine. It drove smooth and I did not have any issues with it on the way to my conference or on the way back. When I dropped off the vehicle, I was greeted when I walked in and they immediately came out and walked the vehicle. They asked me how my service was, I advised the employee that I had to wait quite a bit of time to get a car even though I had an appointment which caused me to miss a meeting for work. In order to compensate me for that, they sent me a coupon that will allow me to upgrade my next rental vehicle. I have rented many vehicles from enterprise in the past and I will continue rent vehicles through enterprise. I will just leave myself a little bit more wiggle room next time I need to get back to work on time. read more

I recently rented a car from the Enterprise location on Wilshire Blvd in Burleson while my car was being repaired. After my car was repaired I was told by a Caliber representative that I could leave my car and the key at their location. Before dropping the loan car off at Caliber Collision, I confirmed if I could do so with Enterprise. They approved the drop off and said just leave the key with the representative at Caliber's. There was no verbal warning from the Enterprise representative that if damage was done to the car, I would be responsible. At that point, I thought I had relinquished all affiliation with that loan car. Therefore, I followed their advice and left the key in with Caliber. Since there was hail damage done on the car after I dropped it off at Caliber Collision, Enterprise is holding me responsible for the hail damage because Caliber left the car outside. Enterprise failed to inform me that I could be liable for any damage after dropping off the car at Caliber. Weren't they going to leave the car outside as well? I learned that I am one of five customers facing charges for damages because the cars were left outdoors at Caliber's. A representative from Caliber confirmed that I am not liable to pay them anything. This experience has left me disappointed with Enterprise. Despite an hour-long wait when I picked up the car, I chose not to give them a bad rating. My question now is: What about all the cars Enterprise leaves outside during storms, uncovered? It seems unfair to hold customers accountable for such damages. read more

They acknowledge your presents when you walk in. They explain and go over everything with you , that you need to know. They spend time and listen to any concerns you might have. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. I showed up to get the full size car that I had reserved. They took all my information and uploaded it, this process took 30 minutes. After it was uploaded a women walked over and said she had a Truck, Mini Van, or a Compact Car. I told here that is not what I reserved, a gentlemen piped in saying that the person taking the reservations doesn't know what they have in stock (you could tell he was ready for an argument by his tone). WHAT? Why is that person taking reservations then? Also, why did you not tell me in the beginning once you put my name in the system. Had a reservation only to show up and was told they had only a few cars left that somehow was priority for people with cars that were in collision repair body shops. Meaning more money for them with longer rentals. I understand that part but what is really frustrating that I had a confirmed rental. Also mentioned that they weren't reserved cars but that they get 30-40 people daily with people who have their cars in those body shops needing cars. They also claimed to call me but I never got a call or voicemail. Plan to get out of place with car rental 2 hours after coming in and have to pay for the most expensive vehicle, and even a child seat even though you don't have a kid. Let them use your 100x magnifier to go around the car, and if they see a spect on the car after bringing it back, it is your fault and you will immediately have to have the insurance take out 5000 dollars, but no worries they got you to pay for the most expensive package anyway! read more

I love enterprise, this is the only rental car company I use. I've never had issues with this company. However, the Burleson location has been the worst experience I've rented so far. To pick up the car, I waited over 45 minutes because they were still cleaning/getting the car ready. I had scheduled this rental pickup two weeks in advance and the car was not ready. I finally get the car and it makes a horrible clicking noise and acceleration on the car is awful. Getting a hold of this company is absolute impossible, it takes over 45 minutes to get someone on the phone.... I will never rent from this location again. read more

Rented a car while my truck was in for repairs at Ford. (warranty work) Got a Hundai Elantra. Was told it was a Nissan before going out to the car. The car we got was almost 3 years old. Seats were stained, floor boards were dirty and a large tear in the drivers side carpet ( could at least have put a floor mat over it. The front and rear windows were smeary. My parents rented out a vehicle from the Enterprise connected with Service King (about 10 mi from here). During the winter storm and the power outages, we had to turn in our vehicle back to avoid extra charges. Unfortunately, the Enterprise we usually go to did not have power and was closed, so we came here, the only location that was open close to us. We were told by Ashley that there are two different Enterprise branches and that they could not accept the vehicle we were trying to return without charging us extra. (Yelp review team, this is my recent first-hand experience. Please don't remove) This Enterprise location gave my wife's confirmed reserved car to a vacationer, stranding her. My wife's car received hail damage and had a rental car reservation by this Enterprise location administered by insurance that they have a car for her, and received transportation via Toyota from the repair facility a few blocks away to this location. Agent "Paige" was extremely rude to my wife at the very start when she looked up the Insurance claim reservation made 3 weeks ago with confirmation given the day prior to picking up the car and realized that they made a big mistake in overbooking -- Paige flatly denied the insurance reservation that was confirmed the previous day to pick up a car on the next day. Agent "Taylor" said that the insurance cancelled the confirmed reservation immediately after my wife received confirmation of picking up the car by Enterprise themselves. BOTH PAIGE & TAYLOR OUTRIGHT LIED because insurance has full documentation... eventually Paige confessed they gave the reserved confirmed rental car to someone else and decided to dismiss my wife's contracted confirmed reservation instead of those booking at a much higher rate after her. She explicitly chose to let my wife be stranded there for 5 hours until I could drive 2 hours each way (100+ miles) to pick up my wife because they overbooked and my wife's confirmed insurance reservation was at a lesser rate than the vacationers booking after my insurance reservation. Both Paige and Taylor didn't have any empathy about stranding my wife for 5 hours without food, drink, or transportation. Taylor explicitly stated he cares less if Enterprise loses all insurance claim business for their hateful actions. After denying her a car that was guaranteed confirmed to be picked up the next day, they tossed her out into the street. Now that a car is available, they refuse a courtesy pick-up. read more

The rental car was making terrible sounds so we brought it to the nearest Enterprise (Burleson), Four men greated us when we walked in to tell them we rented the vehicle from another Enterprise, in another city but it sounds terrible. They told us to take it to one of THEIR contracted shops and see if it could be fixed. We took it to the shop (while on my husband's Birthday and on vacation) and the shop said it could not be fixed by them since it is an internal engine issue...we took the vehicle back to this Enterprise... they hung up on our Enterprise...and told us they were far too busy with 10 reservations going out by 10:30am... we have been here since 8:15am hoping to be on our way back home. Awful business!!! The manager feels threatened by loud voices and will call the police if your voice is too loud! I had complete the rental forms and had put my things in a rental when the new employee stated she had to cancel every and start over so we went i side leaving my things in the vehicle. Turns out my credit card declined because I had used to it secure the room out of state and I was frustrated but moved money to my account from my savings and paid the bill! The manager then decided she didn't like my tone and canceled the rental knowing I had no way to leave then called the police saying she and the other 4-5 employees including at least 3 men felt threatened! Someone got my things out of the rent car and set them outside and when I saw that I pushed the door open hard but never did or said anything threatening but I did get out! If I could leave no stars then I would. We needed a rental car while my car was in the shop getting repairs. It took longer than usual and while it was in the shop hail had hit PARTS of Burleson. I put parts in all caps because not all of Burleson got hit with hail. After we returned the car, they tried to tell us we had hail damage on the car and we would be responsible, (There was two small dents on the hood). Now they are filing and claim with our insurance and most likely will cause it to go up. They were just looking for a quick buck and they got it. Unprofessional bafoons. But every time I call the local office to get the damages on my driveway repaired they refuse to do it. The cooperate office say they will run it to upper management and then never respond. Finally got an automated service. Waited on hold 20 mins. Finally talked to a guy. Told them I def wanted the vehicle would it be ready. Was told absolutely. He said he would update the pick up time. Went to store exactly at the time I told the person on the phone. Guess what? Please have a seat. Then a rep says all they have is a mini van. No freakin thank you. Won't work. Came back and said they found a truck. 30 mins later I left. Without a vehicle. There were five other people in the store with the same issue. A lot full of cars, but none to rent. Worst customer service. I have tried calling them 5 different times where i'm on hold for at least 15-30 minutes each time, then they pick up the phone and hang up on me, or transfer me to reservations. I'm just trying to call and ask for a pick-up service which Enterprise CLAIMS they offer for "convenience" and is apparently free, but how can i find that out when they won't answer their phone? On top of that, i called and made a reservation a WEEK ago, and they said they wouldn't have a car available for me until wednesday, which is today. I was told a note was put on our reservation to have priority, as i also got an email saying i had a "priority pass". Well i called today to verify my reservation before having to pay for an uber up there (because they will not answer their phone and just hang up on customers who are just trying to inquire about a supposed free service they offer) and when i did finally get someone to answer earlier, he told me that they didn't have a car available! I have called every day this week to verify that a car WILL be available by wednesday (today) and apparently there's not a car? The only good thing i have to say is a guy named Lenny i believe was the only helpful person there. Since i expressed my frustration he was able to secure a car for me by the end of the day before they close. Which i greatly appreciate his efforts, but now i've tried calling 5 times being on hold each time for way too long before being hung up on or being transferred to the call center, which is even less of a help. This place has caused me so much stress after already getting tboned by another car, my car is in the shop and i can't get to work without spending a fortune on an uber. I should've been able to verify my reservation with ease, but it took over an hour to even get ahold of someone the first time, and then when i tried calling later i get nothing. And this is all because these employees here can't seem to communicate within each other or follow through on things they tell their customers. While their cars are nice, the other commenter is correct. No matter how many times you rent from them, (for me it has been at least 10 times at a few locations over the last few months) they need a utility bill. That is inconvenient. They should have a customer database, so that when I come back in they know who I am and have my information on file like other companies. Also, even though every car is equipped with Sirius, not all cars are set up with it. If I'm paying to rent your car, the least you can do is pay for Sirius. (Petty, I know, but I like Sirius) But with all that said, I keep coming back because they are the closest and I still need to rent a car. Supply and demand at its finest read more

They even let me take a nap in their rock garden beneath a shade tree while I waited on a ride for 5 hours. Luckily for me it was a relaxing 108 degrees outside. I've rented here quite a few times over the years for work and always had a good experience. This time was even more exceptional. I had to rent a car due to my vehicle being vandalized. After having a terrible experience throughout this process with my insurance company, Megan at Enterprise was sympathetic and helped me throughout the process. When I dropped my vehicle back off because my insurance company wouldn't allow me an extension, I realized I was actually a day overdue and would have to pay for it out of pocket. The employee that checked me out waived that fee for me. After all the hassle stemming from the insurance claim, it was nice to catch a break. I really appreciated it. read more

Came in from out of town, I called the Cleburne location and because I needed to return the car on a Sunday they made a reservation for me at the Burleson location. Picking up all went smooth, however dropping off my car on Sunday was a different story! I did not know and it was not told to me that this location was not open all day, they closed at 3:00! I called and just kept ringing, I looked online and they said they closed at 3:00. I also was not told that they had a drop box where I could have left the keys at anytime after they closed. I was very disappointed not knowing this and had to have my mother return the car on Monday (my flight left on Sunday). I was charged for another day $50.00 for the inconvenience of not knowing I could return the car on Sunday. They picked my friend and I up at my house and Kevin was so helpful through the whole process explaining options with insurance and payments very thoroughly. There was a miscommunication with needing a credit card because of out of state license, but the situation was resolved really quickly and easily.
