Times like this I wish I ordered a 12" but instead I only got the 7". The prime rib was shaved so thin it was fantastic!! So this make 2 Snarfs I've gone to & both were excellent!!!

My husband really likes the Vladdy Sr. (French dip, with the best au jus I've ever tasted!) and The Koufax (hot pastrami on rye). The sandwiches are HUGE! A few times I've ordered a half sandwich and been completely satisfied. I have also really liked the soups I've had. We are a baseball family, so I love that all the names are baseball references. The k my one I think they missed was the Pick Two (half sandwich and cup of soup or salad), I think they should call it The Double Play! Service has been outstanding every time we've been in. They all have been incredibly kind and have gone out of their way to make sure we were pleased with our food. We have always had our food as takeout, but they do have tables you can eat at in the restaurant. All this to say, Home Team Deli is a home run in our book!

While there were a handful of people sitting at tables, the majority of the tables were empty. People are accustomed to a certain pace at places like this. If your brand is not designed around moving fast maybe consider taking a page from Whataburger where they have signs everywhere telling the customer they don't move fast; you will have to wait. Again, food is good. I just don't think it's reasonable to wait 30 minutes for a 5" hot sandwich.

They used to be my favorite sandwich shop hands-down, but it's obviously changed since they've expanded. The turkey didn't seem like it was roast turkey that was shredded anymore. It tasted and felt like something out of a can. There was a smell to the stuffing that I couldn't swallow. I literally had it throw it in the trash. It felt like there's no heart in it. It's just really disappointing because they were my all-time favorite shop when I lived in Vegas. I mean they're far away from my house so I think I had to pay an extra $10 an Uber eats delivery fees, and I didn't need a single bite. It was beyond bad. It was gross like it felt like there was something spoiled in it. This is not an issue of a bad order, but an issue of something that tasted like it was going to make me sick. Sadly, I will never be visiting in Capriotti's again. I wish I could get a refund. It was truly vile, whatever was in there. And I'm not a normal reviewer. I just wanted to share this so that other people are aware. I

First visit to this location. And I hadn't had Capriotti's in a looooong time. They have FRIES now! Woohoo! They're FLAT. Which is interesting. Capriotti's doesn't have gluten-free bread. The nice lady said that they're working on it. She offered me a choice of a cup or lettuce. I decided on the cup. And ordered fries because no carbs from bread. Win-win! She also gave me a small discount, because I wasn't getting bread. That was so nice! I decided to try the Impossible cheesesteak. Oooh. It needed more cheese, but I got mushrooms, onions, and sweet peppers. It was served in a cup. I have to admit, that was pretty funny. I doused everything with Cholula. Yum!!! I ordered a medium, and couldn't finish it. I have gluten-free baguettes and wraps at home, so that's why I got a medium instead of a small. Did finish all the fries. While they aren't my favorite, they were good. I really prefer greasy, crispy crinkle fries. But these weren't dry. Just lacked real flavor. It's a nice, clean space, much like Highlands Ranch. It's right next to Carrera's, near Pinterest. I hope that they do add a gluten-free option soon! Eating a cheesesteak from a cup just wasn't the same, lol.

The fact that you not only pay for the expensive sandwich, the overpriced side of fries, you pay for each topping past 3 free toppings (and the classic Philly doesn't come with bell peppers which is what makes a Philly) is completely absurd. My garlic parm fries that I paid $7 for were completely bland. They just put herbs and Parmesan on the fries but no salt. I was a bit unhappy they didn't have a wrap option. The only no bread options were to put it on a bed of lettuce or just toss it in a container, just meat and veggies. The meat was super bland and it didn't have any cheese on it. We figure they would be given most the cheese selections are from Wisconsin. As an original Wisconsinite, I beyond approve! The staff behind the deli is on top of their game. When busy, they have a ticket system and you're barely waiting long. Everyone behind the meat counter is ready to help. Space is a little tight to maneuver but very manageable. The best part is coming to the seafood section and not smelling the coast. They keep the space very tidy and clean. This is officially my new meat market for sure!
