The did have coffee in the crowded lobby so that was nice. The restaurant stayed completely full the entire time we were there and the noise level is always high. The staff was running and our server, Jade, took care of us nicely. My daughter had the Chimichurri Steak and Eggs and it was supposed to have spinach in it but there was only one or two tiny pieces. My Bacado Omelet had brown and spotted avocado that had seen better days at least a week ago. Jade did bring me some fresh avocado but it was concerning that the kitchen sent it out like that. The manager did take it off our check which was kind of her. I like how First Watch changes up the menu seasonally so there's always something new to try.

It was hard to hold a conversation with the amount of people as well as being sat next to the kitchen, but that's to be expected at such a busy time. Ordered the Sweet Honey Pecan salad for lunch. The honey dijon dressing was really good and paired well with the roasted pecans and perfectly ripe avocado. Many First Watch reactants have popped up within the last couple of years, so why not give it a shot?!

The portions were very generous and fairly priced. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. The congee with dick confit was incredibly flavorful and the breakfast quesadillas were excellent and even better with the side of pork green chile. I will be back! The inside is small but they make good use of the space with tightly packed tables and bar seating. On a weekday we had no trouble finding a seat. The uptown location had construction going on nearby which made the beautiful outdoor patio less ideal but was very quiet from inside. Free 2 hour parking along 18th Ave and side streets

We snagged a table against the opposite wall and looked over the menu before ordering at the counter. What's great about an early visit to Onefold? Breakfast Burrito and Bacon Fried Rice are both on early am Happy Hour! HH for the win. My burrito was just the right size and tasty. My coworkers made me a bit jealous with their Bacon Fried Rice. I will be trying that next time. I'm convinced cooking the potatoes in duck fat and the chili oil made our stomachs happy. There are so many unique things here to try. This is a place I'll brave the parking again for!

Awesome 50's diner feel with the decor and music. Busy night for dinner on a Saturday. Looks to be very popular place with the older aged folks. Though families with young children were here too. The aesthetic extends to the interior, complete with old school coin-operated jukeboxes. I'm a huge fan of breakfast food and diners, so my expectations were already high; Rosie's delivered. This is the spot for delicious omelettes and milkshakes wrapped in yesteryear nostalgia. If I lived in the Denver metro, I would make this a regular weekend spot. I'm certain many in Colorado are well aware, but I extend the recommendation to my fellow out-of-towners. Have a cup of cofffee, omelette, and maybe a milkshake; you might leave stuffed full, but not upset. I enjoyed a Greek Omelette and a cup of coffee while my wife ordered biscuits and gravy. Prompt service and warm dishes, a great morning prep for the long drive ahead. Stop by if you're in the Denver area. I wouldn't mind another meal the next time we end up in Colorado.

The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and you can tell how good this place is by the diverse mix of customers - young and old, families, couples, solo diners, friend groups, and even church groups. It's always busy, but we've never had much of a wait for a 2-top. The owner is especially friendly, and the food is consistently amazing. We've been trying something different every visit, and no matter what we order, it's delicious. Our favorite so far is the Mimosa Fried Chicken, and the Mimosa Flight is also so good! A custom drink we concocted that we highly recommend: order a chai latte and add strawberry purée - it tastes just like a strawberry horchata! Also, don't skip the ranch potatoes or the delicious gouda grits. And definitely join the Brunch Club - we already earned a credit by our second visit! The only thing that could use some improvement is the bathroom setup. The all-gender restrooms have multiple stalls, but the signage and locked doors can be confusing. When someone locks the main door for privacy, other customers knock or become frustrated, there's no promise of privacy. We noticed several people experiencing confusion during both of our visits. Clearer signage or a different setup could make the experience more comfortable for everyone. That said, we love this place and will absolutely be back for the incredible food, welcoming service, and fun atmosphere!

My Wednesday coffee group has tried so many items, and everyone is always happy. I did have one exception, ordering the Croque Madame, which I did not care for since I was spoiled by a French Cafe in San Francisco. I can say the eggs any style, omelets, pancakes, scrambles, bacon, and especially the grits with smoked Gouda cheese and bacon are delicious. The seating is wonderful and plentiful. Great for singles, couples, and groups. Parking is plentiful in the front lot. The noise level is medium when crowded. Paloma has always been our server, and she is extraordinary. She is kind, informative, accommodating, and efficient. Paloma works so very hard and always has a smile and a warm greeting for you.
