Love this place super hidden but it's a gem! Stumbled apon it on accident and I'm so glad we did! We drank as many 3$ beers as we could and gambled for at least an hour on 5$ and got all the way up to 40$ which convinced us to stay another night! First off its more of a Sports Bar with machines than a casino. They always have the game of the day on the TV's over the Bar. The drink prices are the cheapest in town hands down. They don't short you on the pour. They are always real quick for a comp drink or a welcome to the casino drink. I have always gotten great service. Remember only one Bartender and they working the whole room. My glass never went dry. Daniels is attached for food and it's very reasonable and great tasting. Can be very packed on Friday and Saturdays, so be ready to wait for a table. They have Pool tables, great place to spend the night read more

We went there for three meals. Two breakfasts and Taco Tuesday. All the meals were great and filling and at a surprisingly good price. Service was excellent and friendly. Our group visit was horrifying. The bartender was having a major meltdown and started telling one patron to stop being rude to her.... she then proceeded to throw f bombs while storming around behind the bar. Would serve my friend a drink because her husband appeared intoxicated. Her husband was offered water and happily accepted it. The bar then refused me a drink for why.. I do not know. All the while arguing with everyone about who was f'g this or that. Yes we all had at least two drinks already.. Yes we were walking. All we wanted to do was play video poker, have a drink and mosey on down the river walk. She was absolutely out of control, rude and a down right psycho. Should NOT be working in the service industry. If the recency does not fire her they might as well close their doors now. Super busy. I ordered taco without cheese, but they arrived after 20 minutes WITH cheese. After another 10 minutes they finally arrived (the server did make things happy with a small discount for the trouble). Apparently, 50 minutes is not long enough to eat on a Friday evening - be warned. Despite the wait, (and missing the first part of a show next door), the food was pretty good. read more

Ordered the all you can eat Fish Fry. The fish was far superior than the other restaurants within 25 miles that offer all you can eat Friday Fish Fry meals. This was our very first visit here, and I found out they also have Tuesday Taco specials and Wednesday Burger specials, too. Love the Regency. Just spent 3 nights in Laughlin with my wife. We visited The Regency multiple times a day. Tuesday is taco Tuesday at the Chuckwagon Restaurant. We stuffed ourselves with fish and carnitas tacos for lunch. Later in the day we came back for games and drinks. Rosie served us each night and was fantastic. She's super friendly and fun. We played some pool and won some money in the slot machines. They don't skimp on the free drinks if you play the slots. I'd be a regular if I lived in the area. read more

So saw a sign say 50% Burger Wed...hell lets give it a try, it cannot be any worse than what I had a large casino! Setting is nice and quiet not smokey! Staff was very polite and pleseant...I love spicy food they had a big selection of burgers but nothing with the heat I like.. The waitress suggested a fresh jalapeno grilled...deal!! Burger came out the way I like and ordered, cooked to perfection...Taste was great! Fries were hot fresh and crisp! Now I know why they were voted the best burger 2016! I am sold and if I ever make a trip back here this will be one of my stops. Better than the $13 supposedly gourmet burger I paid for few days ago... I would gladly pay full price as it is very fair..worth the deal they have cheaper and better than fast food... Visited Daniel's for Taco Tuesday, there was good assortment of tacos and the prices were very reasonable. The waiter we had was awesome, although the kitchen was slow, but the food was worth the wait. We went back for their breakfast special, everything was delicious and the prices were great, service not as good as the day before, she was alright, just not as attentive as the previous waiter, it was pretty warm in the restaurant for 8AM, and a friend ordered salsa for her eggs and was charged $1.50 for Pico de Gallo, which is not what she got. It's located above the riverwalk in the Regency Casino. Not fancy, but clean, good prices and great food. Overall a great place to eat, best prices in Laughlin. read more

My lifelong friend and I went to Regency Casino for the first time on July 4th, 2019. I live in Bullhead and she lives in Michigan. Whoever the day bartender was, needs to learn customer service and be friendly in order for a business to survive. The way the bartender spoke to myself and my friend is completely unacceptable. If I would have walked in and overheard him talking with attitude to paying customers, I would have turned around and walked out. Perhaps the folks gambling there are regulars and are use to his condescending tone. Also, I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and I normally would not post a bad review, but tourists and "first time locals" should be aware of this horrible experience we had. Finally, do not spend your money there. Clearly, the bartender does not care about negative word of mouth and first impressions. read more

Taco Tuesday was not as good as we thought. Having said that we only ate the hamburger meat tacos. They had some kind of sauce them that just didn't sit well. I assume the Carna Asada or fish tacos would've been much better. Your staff was very friendly and nice. read more

I was surprised to see the "rude service" comments posted, as all 3 of the women servers were exceptionally nice to me and my wife. They have comp drinks, and even if you do need to buy one, the prices are very reasonable. The slot machines paid off just as well as any other place we've gambled at. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our birthdays together in Laughlin for my first time. Long story short, Brock at the regency casino is the man. It's a tiny casino, but he made us feel like VIP guests for the 15 minutes we were there. A very dear and trusted friend told me months ago that the Regency Casino restaurant has GREAT prime rib. On a recent trip to Needles, we did a swing by Laughlin for prime rib and since it was Thursday and most buffets do not offer it, we opted for the Regency. We were the first customers seated, the place was empty. The sign out front reassured me that we were at the right place for great prime rib. What a dismal let down. The beast that was served was not right in so many ways. Texture was very stringy and raw. Not what medium rare should be. The flavor would have been okay but there seemed to be some sort of 5 spice rub on the outside that just didnt compliment the flavor of the roast. Best part of the meal was the baked potato. Out the door with a $55 tab and the 2nd worst prime rib of my life. Cried a few tears when we passed the Avi sign with $9.99 Prime Rib dinner. Never again. My husband and I were complaining to another couple about our HORRIBLE "Breakfast" at the Colorado Belle (Nasty!). Our water taxi captain over heard the conversation and told us about a true Gem we should try. After hearing about the Captain's reviews we decided to have dinner there. VERY good, clean and Josh the owner (and our server) was amazing! He and his wife were very friendly a true family run business. When asking for something specific. Been coming here since 2010. Once they started hosting the Drag Queen show every few months I've been here more in the past 2 years than ever! The most horrible customer service, EVER. It was our first time in and got carded for water, and after waiting for him to stare at my ID for several minutes, I said can we please just have our waters, and instead of getting water, they kicked us out. They pretty much denied us the human right of water. We don't even drink alcohol and I had even already spent money on a machine and had plenty more to gamble with.
