OK, finally returned after over 8 years I guess. Same cool, little unassuming place. You wouldn't know a casino was even there unless you saw the sign telling you as much. Relaxing laid-back environment. But then they started playing kind of loud rock music. And that made it all the better! I was talking to this cool attentive young lady bartender about the music. She was great and clearly loved classic rock but with a harder edge which is cool with me. She made the experience enjoyable like it was before, perhaps even more so. The only bummer was shots of Patron were much more expensive than they were 8 years ago. Oh well. Inflation. I returned with my friends the next evening and tried the rib-eye steak. It was reasonably tender and flavorful with decent mashed potatoes and overall a solid meal for a good price for what you got imho. Next time I go to Laughlin I'll be back. read more

Have been visiting this place every time we're in Laughlin for almost 20 years (1-2 times a year). Miss the old party bar down stairs where you could people/river watch from the bar (bring it back, looks like gift shop which replaced it is always dead anyway). However the bar upstairs is still my favorite in town. On this visit the bartenders Brock and Rosie are what made me finally give a Yelp review. Over the top customer service and personalities which had us coming back 3 evenings in a row. And my wife hit a royal flush for a grand which didn't hurt either. We even had dinner there this time (1st time in a dozen years). Although dining area left much to be desired as far as ambiance, the Prime Rib and New York were top notch. This is how ANY business should be run. The owner of this establishment is blessed with their ENTIRE staff. You walk in, you're enthusiasticly greeted as if you were great friends or family. The food is incredible, very reasonable and your servers are absolutely exceptional. This is NOT a fancy 5 star. It is a very comfortable, old school 5 star JOINT! As mentioned, the food is great and the menu has a wonderful variety. The bar staff is off-the-charts awesome (Scott, Tiffany, Shannon and all-'ya-'all)! Plenty of TV screens for sporting events, special bonus payouts for gaming machines and they seem to draw the best crowd. This is one of my very few "golden tickets" overall. My mom and decided to give it a try. I've been living in the area for 5 yrs and never knew about the restaurant. My friends at the treasure mall in fort mohave were raving about it. From the minute we walked in the door the customer service was outstanding.an off duty employee overed water to my service dog then we played the slots for nearly an hour on $20 and came home ahead. We then went in for the prime rib dinner and that was amazing every part of the meal was fresh and the flavor was out of this world. What a great find, which would be missed if you don't look up while walking the Boardwalk or peek between the monolith casinos that straddle it. I am sure they have been offered a small fortune for this riverfront property and am glad they have not sold it (and glad we finally found it after the dozen trips we have made here over the years)! The interior, albeit small compared to the larger casinos here in town, is well kept, roomy and comfortable for the person(s) who want to get away from the larger crowds and smells nearby. If you just want to relax / unwind, shoot a game of pool, watch a sports game on one of their many TV sets, or pull the levers on a few machines - this would be the place to hang out and relax (and we plan to do so on future trips)! The booze prices were comparable, if not cheaper, and the beer COLD & cocktails with liquor you can taste! I highly recommend you give this place a look-see if any of the aforementioned attributes apply, or are desirous, to you while roaming around Laughlin. Best hamburger in Laughlin. Went there today with a buddy and just saw the sign over the Aquarius pool, I said let's give it a try. A little hard to fine but well worth it. On Wednesday the burgers were half price and there were about 15 of them. I'll be coming back for sure. And I hear the taco Tuesday is also quite a deal. This place is a joke! Bugs everywhere on the windows when your trying to eat! They have old yelp stars from the previous business for their food! Years go from 2015,2016, and 2017 when the new owners just took over this year. False advertising! Under staffed and rude! We sat there for 30 mins before we ordered and after we ate,we had to get up for a refill and our to go box for my dog to eat what we didn't touch! Tried to use the BOGO coupon through yelp for a drink they advertised and the bartender was a RUDE jerk and rolled his eyes because he had to honor it. 2 beers for $8 doesn't seem like a buy one get on free. Never again! Owners should start little and be humble before they take in a huge venture. Having my previous comment removed is petty! My opinion and that's what yelp is for! read more

Such a great place to eat and the price very affordable. We took the water taxi from harrahs to regency and the taxi driver suggested we go here. Him being a local, we took his advice and OMG it was great! Most of the food is breakfast. The casino is very small so I suggest not playing here when there are bigger ones near by. My husband and I stayed in laughlin over St Patricks day and went to the regency for breakfast. The wait staff could not have been any more friendly and the food was good but what they did next was unbelievable. I returned from the bathroom and one of the staff (female) stopped me and gave my husband a tee shirt and bottle opener and beads since it was his birthday and she also gave me a tee as well. We were in Laughlin for a senior softball tournament and stayed at the Aquarius for 3 nights. Two of those three nights we ate at the Regency. It was excellent! The server we had on the first night was fantastic (didn't get his name), as was our server on the second night (Chris). The bartender (also didn't get her name) was fantastic. Still a great cheap place to get drinks and absorb the local flavors. They are in the midst of upgrading though, new gaming machines, new paint facade outside, a small garden/seating area out by the river walk. Curious to see the finished product next time we're in town. As long as they keep the divey type feel, a little fresh paint and some upgrades, in my opinion, can be a good thing! read more

I can't believe I missed this place after so many years visiting Laughlin. It's literally right next to the Edgewater where I stay... located above a small gift shop on the riverwalk, between Edgewater and the Aquarius, is Regency Casino/Sports Bar/Pool Hall/Daniels restaurant. They do pack a lot of stuff to do in this tiny place! Hint, if you access the casino from the road side, it's quite a hike and easy to miss. If you go through the riverwalk entrance, you'll have to go through the gift shop and up a level to find the casino. It's a pretty chill place. Ticket in/out machines, and you cash in at the bartender lol. I didn't eat here but it looks good and Daniel's is right along the river with a good view. There are a few pool tables and a sports bar with televisions where you can catch a game. It has a feel that it is far removed from the hustle and bustle of the other Laughlin casinos, even though it's right in the middle of it all. The only thing missing is coin slots. If they were to bring those back, it would be my go-to place to gamble. read more

We've been here to eat many times. This time around its lost its yum, now its very disappointing, from walking in to a hostess that had no pep, sat us at a table that had toast etc under it. (We were there for dinner at 4'Oclock pm). We order there prim rib, this we were asked if we wanted soup or salad(usually it was just salad) . being told the fresh mushroom soup was excellent, we.tried it, I like pepper, but there was.so much pepper it made it to hot to eat. Went here for breakfast in June and was impressed then. But tonight we came for dinner, specifically a burger, based on my sister's recommendation. Best burger I've had in a while!!! It did not disappoint. Mine was a tad over done but the goodies (melted cheese, roasted chile, etc.) made up for that. Fries were good, well seasoned, and our waitresses offered me ranch!! Will definitely come back next time we're in town. Only regret was that it was Tuesday and they had special on Burgers Wednesday. read more

Some friends and I went there for lunch the food is good and they have pool tables in the casino area which I liked, but the bull shit thing I didn't like was that you can't order alcoholic drinks from the restuarant we had to walk over the bar to get a beer everytime we wanted a beer it's not a far walk but is inconvenient and just doesn't make sense why they cant do it since your paying them to serve you. I loved this place up until last weekend , me and my family were in town because I was getting married we were about 40 people in this lil whole in the wall bar. I know 40 people is a lot to attend but don't screw yourself and be rude to the people actually tipping you and buying actual drinks not just coors light lol. It's a bar for locals we had a "white guy" in our party he stayed back for some reason and they didn't know he was with us as the bartender said "dirty Mexicans".. These reviews are so off it's sad. A lesson kids, never drink and Yelp. Regency is a dark, lonely, seedy dump of a bar with slot machines, pool tables and bad food served in the back. It's decor isn't fun or kitschy, it's ghastly. And most of the staff is as rundown as this casino. During my one visit here, a couple of old drunks were loudly hitting on the woman behind the bar, while the rest of the place was a ghost town. The only entertainment was watching two of the staff argue about where to put up the dusty old Halloween decorations. Does everyone here have a gravely smoker's voice? Not one person was gambling, no one shooting pool. We were the lone diners after another couple left just before us, complaining about improperly cooked food & a bill discrepancy. I was extremely disappointed with the Chuckwagon restaurant. Mind you, I have been eating there since 1988 and loved its prime rib through the years. On Oct 17, 2020, I had an absolute terrible prime rib. Dry and awful. The salad was old. The kind of lettuce you would toss. The service was not that great either.
