Truth be told, we rarely go out to a movie theatre any more, but we Saw a 3:30 screening of the Odyssey in Auditorium 4 on a rainy Sunday and it was perfect. We did not purchase any of the overpriced concessions. Please consider offering affordable bottled water. The popcorn smelled great but at nearly $8 for a small (granted a big small) it's just not worth it. Very, very loud audio - but everyone could hear it - for sure! We continue to be selective about which movies we see in a theatre and which we wait and see it (cheaper) at home. read more

This theater is huge and very modernized. They have a lot of food options and even a coffee bar at the front. Staff is kind and the screens are very big. In some theaters the seats are not recliners so they only recline slightly when you sit back all the way, but they are comfier than typical stadium seats. There are also some theaters at this location that have power recliners. The bathrooms & theaters are clean and the sound/picture quality is good. This is a very nice theater and has lots of movie options not available at other theaters! read more

Went to the IMAX for an opening of a long awaited Spielberg film. The theater had a noticeable stale smell, and the air temperature was much too warm. Film image was good and the sound fine. I have seen other IMAX locations and I think this screen is undersized. Generally disappointed. read more

I saw Spider-Man Brand Mew Day tonight and came away very disappointed by the theater going experience here. About 1/2 way through the movie it was as if the air conditioning had been switched off. I spent the rest of the movie uncomfortably hot and by the end was visibly drenched in sweat. It's gross to think about sitting in a chair that you're sweating all over that was likely sweated all over by many others previous to you. This was in fact not a unique occurrence to this location either. The same thing happened when I saw the Mandalorian and Grogu late this past spring. It makes for a miserable movie going experience especially since these two films clocked in at nearly 2-1/2 hours each and this after 30 minutes of previews. Like a form of cruel and unusual torture. We've seen a few movies at this location with no issue. They do seem a little short staffed but not so much to impact the movie experience.

Do not I repeat do not order the cheeseburger. It's as If your chewing bubble gum but it's a tasteless burger. Regal Warrington is very clean and the entrance is really cool with all the light beams. Went to watch the last Jurassic World in 4DX which was pretty cool with the seats shaking, water spraying and scents being sprayed. I purchased a bucket of Hot Cheetos Popcorn and was told to wait for 15 minutes. I left the movie to come and get the Hot Cheeto popcorn only for there to not be any Hot Cheeto popcorn. There was this boy around 5 foot 4 inches that was waiting for someone to pick up their nachos and he kept ignoring me. I asked him if the Hot Cheeto popcorn was ready and he just rolled his eyes. I waited another ten minutes and this nice young lady (who may have been the shift supervisor) provided me some attention. She said they never had Hot Cheeto popcorn and handed me a small popcorn which isn't what I even paid for. Sneak in your own snacks! read more

I come here all the time and always have a pleasant experience, however, on Friday night I was in Theater 1 and as soon as I walked in I saw a mouse walking through the staircase area and going under the chairs. The team members were really helpful once I told them, and they tried looking for it but they didn't find it. I think it's concerning because I can't concentrate on a movie if I'm worried about a mouse walking under our feet. I hope more measures are taken to resolve this issue, because I really like this movie theater. The floors of that theater had a a lot of popcorn on the floor as well read more

I went on Sunday to see The Brutalist in IMAX, a theatre they advertise as having superior sound and audio. The ticket was 25.00 and for the length of the movie there was a high pitched hum that was very noticeable during quieter scenes but distracting even in scenes with music and sound effects (see attached video). I complained via email after the screening and their response was that I should have left during but since I sat there I must've liked it. I have tried before when there was a focus issue and trying to find a manager there and not missing 20 minutes of the movie is near impossible. My kids and I watched Top Gun: Maverick in the ScreenX theater during National Cinema Day. I had heard of the pros and cons of Screen X and didn't know what to expect. For the low price of $3 per ticket, it was a good way to experience it. Okay, so one really terrible thing about the seats is they feel like they should recline, but they don't. They spent all this money on getting comfy padded seats... I just wish they spent a little more to get them to have foot rests! The movie itself was a treat to watch on a big screen, but... the ScreenX portions were too few and far between to justify paying for a full-price ticket. Allow me to explain... the opening sequence is very cool and you can certainly feel the effects of the jet flying off with the triple screen. Is that one scene worth the price of admission? No. The problem with the ScreenX concept is I wish the entire movie were edited for the three screens. The movie was shown mainly on the middle screen and then when a flight scene happens, the side projectors turned on to project images onto the side screens. The side screens were a little blurry, tapered towards the back, and had the green EXIT signs on them. I could pretend they weren't there, but they were. I feel as if my money could've been spent more wisely... perhaps viewing on a larger screen (maybe the 4D theater?). After a couple of ScreenX scenes, I figured out what they really did. They simply chopped off the top and bottom portions of the movie and stretched the remaining portion to the three screens. They also edited any text on the screen to conform with the new format. I can't really recommend watching anything in ScreenX if it's going to be like the experience I had with Top Gun. Edit the entire movie! I loved the movie, by the way. It's the second time we saw it. Tom Cruise and Jennifer Connelley look SO GOOD on the big screen and it was good to see some of the characters from the original movie. read more

Regal warrington has been renovated since the last time I came. Pretty cool lobby. No more ticket booth. It's now kiosks with a guy helping incoming patrons choose their assigned seats in a the theatre. The bathrooms could use some service. It was apparent no one serviced them since morning. The theatre chairs were unique. They were electricity powered recliner chairs. Made the experience comfortable. My chair had liquids and food remnants from the previous show, but that didn't ruin my Top Gun Maverick experience! read more

Terrible.No one has been at the entrance to "scan" tickets for atleast two consecutive weeks on Fridays at 9:30pm-9:50pm. When I inquired about this,I was told "there was no need",which sounded weird and false.The cost of concession items is outrageous as well,in that they need to come up with a lay-a-way plan in order to purchase items,even with the Crown Club Rewards program. Takes 7,000 points to get a small popcorn,and I had 6,000 plus points,and couldn't negotiate a half of a small popcorn.. Water is $6.50,and this is a regular size bottle.As a diabetic,it would seem that there would be some compassion of sorts,just for a bottle of water,but nope. I'm done with the movie theaters.I'll stick to Netflix,Cable,DVD,Streaming services,etc. I can see why the movie industry and it's theaters are losing so much money.Stevie Wonder can too. read more

I was blown away when I walked in this movie theater. I wish they had more staff to support the long lines as Deadpool definitely brought out the crowds. Highly recommend the theater, even though the seats do not actually recline with your feet up. The Soundsystem was great. I'm a little shocked by the price without seats that recline. read more

This is one of the very few 4dx theaters in my area. I often get confused between the many movie formats but 4d is my favorite! Went here to see Too Gun Maverick. It's like a 2 hour Disney ride where the seats move, air is blown at you during flight, smells pumped into the air. It's about $22 a ticket but for an amazing experience. read more

This is a really nice theatre. We seen maverick in 4dx and really enjoyed the moving chairs. It was also clean. We didn't have a chance to see what food they served but did notice a coffee vendor selling flavored coffees. We were running somewhat behind so we didn't get a chance to visit. The bathrooms could of used a little attention but overall not bad. All in all, I would travel here to see a movie if the 4dx is not playing in my area. 4dx can seem rather gimmicky for lots of types of movies and longer movies would really hurt my legs. Ill go for the reclining chairs 98% of the time. read more

Ticket prices are on par with other theatres (ridiculously expensive). Even matinee tickets are high. I will spare you all my rant about the cost of going to the movies. The gentleman who greeted us (Steven) was really pleasant. We opted to bring our own snack and skipped the overpriced snack bar. Inside the theatre, the floors are really sticky and the material on the chairs are cracking. The seats are like rocking chairs, they don't really recline and leg room is great if you're a child but not great if you're over 5 feet tall. Sound quality was fine. I love the Regal Warrington theater!! I've been going here for years, as far back as 2003 when I remember seeing Return of the King as a kid! Although I live a half hour away (slightly more with traffic) I still make the journey out here to see movies. Whether it's a quiet weekday matinee, the jampacked opening night on the weekend, or for any movie i see in IMAX, I enjoy coming here all times of the day. I never personally had issues with the food, restrooms, theaters, seating or employees at all. Being a Regal Crown member is great too with the discounts and free tickets/food! I do recognize some of the issues that other people bring up, such as select seating, parking and lines at consessions. For me personally I always order my tickets on Fandango to reserve seats and skip the lines, and I have seen the large parking lot full and the consessions backed up even with many lanes open. What can I say, it's a popular theater in a great area. I usually park on the side and give myself plenty of time before the show to get situated. It is a shame they don't offer more IMAX 3D shows, but not much I can do about that regular IMAX is cool too! All in all, I really enjoy coming here to see movies and it is a pleasant experience each time, and I look forward to many more times seeing movies here in the future! read more

Sarah the concession stand employee attitude was horrible but everything else about the movie theater was phenomenal.

I love this movie theatre, especially since they had updated the new recliners which makes it cozier. Every time I go the staff is friendly and available if needed. The parking lot is a major issue though, it's not big enough in the immediate area adjacent to the theatre, so sometimes patrons have to park further away in the plaza. The roads are also chopped up and botched, the streets department needs to fix them, almost lost a tire in one of the potholes leaving the Incredibles 2 movie. Prices are okay for being a movie theatre compared to other movie theatres and a plus is they have a military discount, which I like to use. The theatres are always clean and the new reclining seats are very comfortable. I like this theatre the most because of the fact that it is the neighborhood theatre. I also like going very early before the crowds come, since its the best time to go. read more

After a long day at work, I came with a few friends hoping to see the IMAX screening of The Matrix. This was a mistake as the movie playing was "Dune", I was heavily disappointed. No updates, waiting around for a theater worker telling us it's going to be ok which it clearly isn't. Completely incompetent all the way around. Sad. read more

I've come to this theater for years, but a few years ago started driving further in effort to frequent cleaner more updated theaters. Well, recently we returned and found that they have significantly upgraded the theater seats here, and love them. This cinema is very comfortable and all of the upgrades are perfect. It's also much cleaner than other theaters in the area too. Now it's time to upgrade the food!!!! I also prefer the Soda Kiosks at other theaters. At 7 bucks your soda should be refillable and you shouldn't have to wait in line to do it. read more

This theater doesnt give a flying crap about about their clientele. We went to see John Wick 3 on opening night, and the side lights flickers constantly through the move made it feel like ghetto disco. When we reached out to the customer service at this location, about their apparent lack of care for the experience at their theater, they were less then helpful. Apparently because we, and everyone else in the theater, sat through the movie, they wouldnt refund our tickets, or even apologize. They were downright rude. If you want to see a movie, just drive an extra 15 minutes and go to the AMC theater on 309. Much better experience, and more comfortable seating. read more

This is the worst theater around, so outdated and filthy. Here's an idea for management, do something when it's busy, stop walking around like a king and jump in and help. The concession line should never be an hour wait, if the line is so long you can stop trying to sell overpriced crappy candy and just get what people order. BTW, have product ready if you are advertising it, we waited in the line for one hour just to hear "it will be 10 minutes if you want that", totally unacceptable! Saw Rogue 1 in 3D IMAX today. The movie was great but obviously I am not reviewing that. It has been a long time since I have been to a movie theatre because I usually wait and get the blu-ray because I have a decent TV and surround sound set up at home. I have to say the theatre experience has gotten a lot better. Purchasing the tickets on Fandango was easy and although there was a pretty big line, there was a separate entrance for people who pre paid. The chairs are stadium seating and well cushioned. The sound was absolutely awesome. The 3D effect was probably the best you can get. However, I think the whole IMAX thing would be better with no 3D. We skipped refreshments because the line was too long so I cannot comment too much except that they are way too expensive but that is normal for a theatre. All in all the movies are still a great experience but $40 for my 14 year old son and I to see a movie seems pretty steep. I will go back but only when I have to see the movie in IMAX. I would not go to a regular movie in a theatre. It is just not special enough to see a regular movie for the price. read more

Love the 4DX theater but everything else was not great. Ordered 2 hotdogs that were ok but the buns felt a bit hard/stale. Also got pretzels with cheese and the pretzels were a bit harder than I preferred. They didn't have any icee's at the time so got drinks at b fresh. The real reason for this review is because of the B FRESH stand. I ordered a standard bubble milk tea which consists of tea, milk, and tapioca balls. The barista referred to the ingredient list numerous times and still proceeded to make the drink wrong. I pretty much got served what tasted like a pina colada luckily I don't mind the taste of pina coladas but that definitely wasn't what I was looking for. read more

This place is awful!!! I rec'd Gofobo movie ticket to see BOOK SMART! When my daughter and I arrived which was 1 1/2 hr before the movie. I asked where the line was to see the above movie. The employee said, we are not even sure if we will be showing the movie. The theatre where the movie was going to be shown is under renovations. So they are not sure of what is going on. They said they are working things out. The funny thing is. I even received an email reminding me, that the movie is for today! My feet hurt and my back hurts! This is poor customer service. They have had to have known this was gonna be a big problem. The employees/ managers we rude and didn't keep us informed. They did not want to make eye contact. Poof!!!! At 7pm the Gofobo ambassador stated that we would be going to theatre 3. My daughter and I both have seats. It is 7:24pm. The movie is suppose to start at 7:30pm. They kicked my daughter her friend out after they basically bought their tickets already. I don't understand why they are nice and good girls the food is okay but I still don't understand why they kicked them out for a PG 13 movie. They went to the theater last time and weren't kicked out, I'm not sure if it's the staff but something fishy is up. read more

I often avoid this theater after an incident that happened many years ago and because this theater is always so crowded, but I recently went there for a late week night showing and it wasn't bad! They have made significant changes including now you pick your tickets from a screen for a specific seat. All theaters seem to be doing specific seat locations which has its pros and cons I assume. The guy gave us the wrong tickets though to the wrong movie so my brother went right to the manager who rectified the situation. The place was clean and it wasn't busy. The staff was nice. There were most snacks available and my mom and brother really enjoyed the pretzel nuggets they got. It seems to be making good changes but I still will not go here when it's crowded. Also the inside of this place hasn't changed since I was a kid, I don't think. Very dated but in a cool way - neon lights and such remind you of movie theaters prime. read more

I always bring my laptop with me when I go to the movies because I often get calls for tech help and I'm on call over the weekend. If someone calls, I don't want to have to go home and miss the movie. Today, they refused to let me in with the laptop because, get this, they said that I could record the movie with it. A 1MP web cam that's a selfie cam. One with very bad low light.... That one. Manager came over and said that they're a private business and said that they were asking me because it wasn't in a laptop bag. Like I couldn't take it out of the bag. He said "I better keep it on my lap"... Like I could put a laptop anywhere else. Meanwhile, I asked him "but yet, I can bring in my cell phone with absolutely no issue, right?" Why would anyone pirate a movie with a laptop or a cell phone? The movie comes out about 3 months after theater release and someone sitting in a theater would result in crappy video and that's from a cell phone which they're not complaining about. They're complaining about a web camera that barely even works as a selfie camera at close range in a brightly lit room. Then as I'm leaving the theater, a worker starts following me out of the theater and radios to the manager that there's an issue when I wasn't doing anything. Seriously? I would go to this place weekly and they constantly try to look in my bag and just give me dirty looks because I have Movie Pass and go weekly. They're still getting their money.don't get what the real problem is. Oh well.. If you don't want my business, I'll just go to another theater. read more

Regal Warrington is always our choice when we are watching an anticipated film. It is clean, big, modern, and doesn't seem to attracts an overly juvenile crowd like theaters closer to the city. There's nothing wrong with enjoying a movie, but respecting everyone's experience is a must! Not much more to add to this. It's a great theater and is newer than Philadelphia theaters. read more
