So I had read this review on google that, Regal Warren theatre would be a luxurious experience. My significant other and I decided to watch "You, Me and Tuscany" for my birthday weekend. The movie played in theater #17. When I got inside there was a rank sour smell that filled the theatre. Then we sit in our seats only to find they are made of suede fabric. Yucckkk!!! Fabric? How can they sanitize this fabric material? I did my best to enjoy this venue. Our popcorn was salty and full of kernels. I expected more since it's in Broken Arrow. The lounge area had leather seats but theatre #17 did Not!. I'm not sure if all the theatres are made up of fabric. To top it off at the end of the movie my significant other dropped his phone in the crevice of the seat. He reclined the seat back to recover his phone and there was all kinds of gross garbage under the seat including a syringe! Let's just say I don't have any plans to return. Luxurious? The Regal Warren Theater is still the best movie theater experienced in the Broken Arrow/Tulsa area. They recently did a bit of a refresh to recover their seats, which was a much needed update. While I still miss the old days of the more diverse food menu, everything they have on their menu is delicious and they execute it very well. You can't go wrong with the burger and fries, and I recommend a side of queso on the side for your fries. The popcorn is also superior here compared to other theaters. It's always fresh popped and buttered well. The service in the 21+ balcony is always excellent. It is worth it to get the unlimited plan if you go to the movies at least twice a month. read more

This place was the pinnacle of movie theater experiences when it opened. It was so unique compared to other theaters in the area! Sadly it's time for this old gal to experience a refresh on the chairs, bathrooms.....mainly the chairs. Every level of chair in this theater needs a refurb. The arms of the chairs in the Directors Suites alone make people question why they are paying extra to see movies up there. It used to be fancy but now it's kind of sad. Don't get me wrong, we are still going to see movies here because we have Regal Unlimited Passes, but I feel sorry for anyone paying the regular prices. My wife and daughter wanted to watch the new Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim and the Warren Theater was the only place with a decent showtime. This place is a nice theater and has some really nice rooms. We had stadium seating which seemed kind of odd since most theaters have reclining seats now. We love going to the Warren, which is what we call it. It reminds me of the old theaters that were grand and beautiful. It's a little gaudy or overdone in differing patterns, but it has a lot of that old atmosphere and grandeur of the historic movie theaters from the 20s 30s and 40s. As you enter, it leads you into a magical world of a wonder that can encompass animation, drama, horror, love, or whatever you are seeking that day's entertainment. And then when you get into the seating areas, the chair, chairs are quite accommodating, comfortable, and relaxing. Loud as hell commercials before the movie. Movie time was 11:00. Movie didn't begin until 11:30. 1/2 hour of trailers and commercials. Popcorn has way too much salt. They want you to buy the $30 drink to quench your thirst due to the saltiness of the popcorn. Popcorn should only be salted by consumer. read more

They do not enforce their no cellphone policy. We complained about a man to the server and they did nothing. He was on his phone at least 4 more times until we complained again. Just like most movie theaters business was has slowed down. However, great spot for a date night movie we watched "One Life" with Sir Anthony Hopkins and wow it's based on a true story about getting children out before the Nazi's invaded. I am so happy with the service here. Everyone was clean and professional and super attentive. The bathrooms were amazing. Again everything worked. It was clean. We were in the upstairs suites. And everything just felt really flesh and luxurious and well-maintained. My friend said the concession stands had the best selection of candy she'd ever encountered at a movie theater. I have a Regal membership plan which allows me to see a couple of movies per week. I can honestly say I am amazed at this theater. I recently moved to Broken Arrow from across country, and I have never seen a theater like this one! It has that atmosphere of big Hollywood and simply a great place to see a film! Now this is what I call a Movie Theatre. This was my first time visiting the Warren theater. Talk about a movie going experience. Just walking into the lobby is impressive. Can't say as I've ever been to a movie theater that had two floors of screens. We saw Killers of the Flower Moon on the second floor and the screen we were viewing it on was a smaller capacity room, but with luxury reclining seats and they wasvery comfortable. I love the fact that we could order beverages and food and have it delivered right to our seat while the movie was in progress. Although the ticket prices were significantly higher than some of the other screens in Tulsa, the whole experience was worth every penny. Highly recommend this theater. Theater screens are dirty, the seats are dirty, half the stuff in arcade is broken. They automatically round up a donation at the concession and when you ask who the donation is going to they guilt you into leaving it so they don't have to do a refund. Seems to be in a rough decline. Sad read more

Back when this was 100% a Warren owned theater it was an easy 5 star and a wonderful experience. You didn't mind paying more for your tickets. After Regal bought it, it stayed with the same mindset for a while but that time has passed. The food selection has is half of what it used to be and lower quality, less local beers, and smaller drinks for the same price. They used to come out on real plates, in glass cups, and metal utensils. Now it's all paper and plastic. What really made the Warren shine was the service your recorded. It felt personal and real, as if you were invited into their home. That's all gone. Even in the balcony and director suites it feels frantic as if the staff has to scramble to just simply help out. Nobody guides you to your seat anymore. Was that necessary? Not at all but it was a nice touch. You still get the great sound and technical aspects of the theater but it's just not the experience it once was. read more

This is just a solid place to go watch a movie! I have yet to dine here other than popcorn so I can't speak to that. Watching movies though and taking in 10,000 calories with popcorn and buckets of soda, on point! I buy my tickets in advance so getting in is a breeze. I've not had to wait more than a few minutes to order said popcorn and drinks so I'm happy with that. There are smaller places on each wing to these during peak times so that helps too. The theaters and seating though are great! They do have an array of options depending on your budget. I like that they have regular seats and better ones if I want to drop a few extra bucks. I recently moved within a mile of the Warren and this is now my go to spot when I want to take my family to take in a movie! read more

I love seeing movies here in the Director's Suites since they are 21+ and you have a server; I give it 4 stars since no other theater in the area has this setup. I really want this theater to succeed, but they need to make a few improvements soon and before another theater with the same concept (food/bar/servers) comes to Tulsa and takes their business. I just moved back from Texas, and I went to Alamo Drafthouse, Studio Movie Grill, or Moviehouse and Eatery almost weekly. It's only a matter of time before something like that comes to Tulsa! Pros - Nachos - Pretzels and cheese (the menu says beer cheese, which I do not like, but I did not taste the beer flavor...I loved it!) - Grilled chicken salad with jalepeno ranch dressing - Burger and fries - FULL BAR! They use Joel Gott Cabernet which I like (way better than Barefoot or something super cheap) - Clean restrooms - Extremely kind staff! Improvements Needed - Seat heaters do not work (based on our experience in auditoriums 16 and 17) - Reclining seat buttons get stuck and sometimes don't work; the reclining seats are part of the high price of a Director's Suite ticket and should work well! - The sliced avocado on my salad tasted nothing like avocado. I'm not even sure how to explain it, but it was disgusting and I leave it off from now on. - Add a couple of healthier options to the full menu. I know the menu is currently limited, but I would like to see something like a hummus bowl with pita and veggies (what I miss most about the Texas theaters). - Adjust bar pricing. One of the staff told me prices were raised in general, including on the tall pour wine (you can do regular or tall) but the tall pour looked like a small glass. I like to order a few glasses throughout a movie and the prices are higher than what I've seen at other theaters. It's fun to go see a movie with a server option. Don't forget to tip! read more

After I paid $25 per ticket to be in the 21+ over theater, they charged me someone else's $60 tab. Told me they refunded it. I never received my money back. I called up there, no one EVER ANSWERED the phone. When I went to speak to the general manager he told me I needed to report a fraudulent charge to my bank. He refused to give me my money back and DO THE RIGHT THING. He said they are too busy to answer their phones but not able to refund me my money that THEY STOLE FROM ME. Seems high side of average nowadays. 2 small popcorns (decent size), 2 small drinks (about 30oz, fine for me but too big for a kid) and a med drink (about 44oz): $39.40. Seems a bit steep. Movie was good, theater was clean, nobody at the tickets desks, teenagers at concession stand made it obvious they didn't want to be there, ticket taker was really nice. We go to the movies about once every 5 years. We always choose the 21+ theatre and order food and drinks. Everything was great including the service. It was clean and enjoyable. The bathrooms while clean could use some maintenance. Cabinets falling apart etc. it's always funny because it looks like they built the parking lot for a football stadium! read more

The movie NOPE was great. Awesome, creative movie with great twists. The movie theatre itself is more of a 2 Star theater at this point. The upstairs bar is always out of ingredients & can never make drinks properly, also service is unforgiving for asking for drinks listed on the menu.. i ordered a double cheeseburger bc I love burgers. I took 1 bite & was tempted to spit it out. The amount of char & salt was disgusting. The salt literally burned my mouth & tongue. I told the server & they took the burger off my tab & said I would pay for the fries & then took the fries right away half eaten. My gf ordered a hot dog they advertise with Cheeto crumbles. She asked for hot Cheetos crumbles & the server said okay & then brings out a hot dog with a bag of Cheetos dumped on it. Not Cheeto crumbles, not hot Cheetos & the server says. "Well what do you want me to do about it?" I shouldn't have tipped but did. The tab was +$120-$150 with 2 movie tickets, drinks & terrible food. I recommend Netflix & DoorDash! Tulsa needs another Adult Theatre! I hate leaving bad reviews but this was a waste of money for servers to mean mug & talk trash about their services they provide. Same bartender upstairs every time, not fun personality or enjoyable to talk to at all, even after 2-3 visits. You will get ID'd at the front door, at the top of the stairs & at the bar. No one thinks the others are doing their jobs... employees falling apart. Unacceptable don't waste your time or money. All movies are online & popcorns & beer is at Walmart. read more

Great experience wonderful seating. The staff it's so gracious and accommodating just what you hope to find in a throwback theater. I especially love their Warren Diner. They recreated a 1940's era soda fountain is just off the main check-in area. They make soups, sandwiches, malts and shakes, and special ice cream desserts. They are even served with a staff in retro uniform consistent with the rest of the theater. Oh and you can even take your food into the auditorium with you to watch your movie! If you haven't visited yet and have kids take advantage of their free summer kids movies and concessions. I love this place...and it's real butter. read more

This used to be our weekly date night and sometimes we would go more than once a week. Since it has changed to Regal Cinemas, the wonder and just grandness of The Warren is gone. We have been going to the movies there since the change and have watched it get worse. 1. The new dinner menu (for the directors suite and balcony) is garbage. They changed the menu of old that actually had delicious our options to something that is more sports bar fare. It's a terrible decline. 2. The service. What is going on?? Our server comes out to get our order and a cloud of cIgarette smoke and stink follow her. Great. Carrying that classy sports bar atmosphere through the meal. The service was slow, and by slow 40 minutes until we received our food.m from the time of ordering Which was wrong and both had to go back because she entered the order wrong. 20 minutes before we got our drinks. Management is clearly an issue. 3. This place used to be spotless. There are food crumbs all over the floors and mats. This is definitely the experience that's needed in this area. What's better than the combo of having food, drinks & movie?! There are multiple seatings to choose from, from not having to order food & drinks, to having a VIP feel. I went to watch "Avengers: Age of Ultron" & the movie was very good! They have alcoholic beverages that went along with the super hero theme. I had the Super Soldier, which was equivalent to Captain America. It's one of those drinks to where you can taste the alcohol & it'll creep up on you! It's a 32 oz drink too so they only allow 2 per guest & I can see why. For food, I ordered the Loaded Chicken. Good as well. Chicken breast topped with bacon, bbq sauce & cheese. The portion didn't look much but that changed my mind when it took me forever to eat it. The sauce & bacon went hand in hand. Their mashed potatoes are good as well. Might have been blended with either garlic or sour cream. Highly recommended for dates. Anyone can go to a regular movie theatre, but this is an experience that's well worth it. read more

Today I went to see the hustlers movie. While it was not the best, I can't hold that against them. I can hold the awful food selection and quality of taste against them. They have changed their entire menu around and taken their dinners off the menu. They have fewer selection and while I can see the point, I was hoping the quality wouldn't have changed. While most may not see it, I find that going to the director suite or balcony a bit tasteless to serve me a regular movie cup as if I purchased it from the concession. There used to be a certain excitement about going to the warren but at this stage I will not be going very often I believe. read more

We have been weekly patrons of the Warren Theatrenfor years, that was until they stopped serving good food at their diner. They used to have quesadillas, the most amazing baked potato soup, chicken tenders, a club, it was so good! Not anymore. . When Warren changed to Regal, the food didn't change and we were very happy, but six months or so ago they changed their food drastically. . I'm telling you, we have had everything on that new menu and NONE of it was food. The flat bread was bland, the chicken and waffles tasted like convenient store waffles or something. They were nasty. They have no quesadillas anymore which really broke my heart in two. No chicken tenders. Their burgers are bland, the salads are a joke. . There is nothing good on that menu now and it's utterly heartbreaking. . I'm giving Warren the (movie theater) a good review because they deserve it. It's always clean, always respectful staff who help their patrons. They care about their guests. The seating is always comfortable. Patrons respect other patrons there. . Honestly if it weren't for the food, this theatre would get but because they changed their menu so drastically, we don't support them as much anymore. Instead of weekly visits for our date nights, we go maybe twice in two months or three months. We spend our time at Cinergy now. Just the way it is. . Warren's theatre has great popcorn and sodas. Our family has always enjoyed going to this theater ever since they opened. We would get food and eat while watching the movie. It was a experience! My husband and I love watching in the balcony and having waiters serve food and drinks. NOT ANYMORE. They have changed all the food. It is very poor quality. I got a very tasteless burger and 4 onion rings (which you pay extra for). My husband got nachos. The cheese was so gross. He ate it because it was so expensive then got sick from it. The Warren in BA used to be a gem. Sure it was on the expensive side, but it had good food, great drinks, and REAL BUTTER on the popcorn. When Regal bought them out, they claimed they were going to keep it the same... but the didn't. First to go was the real butter popcorn. This was the ONLY theatre to do this anymore. The popcorn was unique and FAR better than anywhere else. But now it's just generic movie theater popcorn. Nothing special. The drinks upstairs used to be movie inspired and rotated. And large drinks were available so you could drink one they whole movie. Now they are typical weak bar drinks. Nothing Special. Next change... the food. So many good food options. Burgers, wraps, flatbreads, fish and chips... now it's just mediocre burgers, frozen pizzas, hotdogs and fried foods. NOTHING SPECIAL. Ah.... Regal Cinemas... making the Warren Broken Arrow less special, one experience at a time... Same prices, but lesser quality food, lesser quality popcorn, and lesser quality drinks. This theater when it was truly The Warren was great. Now that Regal (which isn't so regal) took over, the place sucks. Customer service is terrible. The kiosks don't work with the QR code, so they tell you to go to the ticket counter. Once you get there, they send you away because you don't actually need a ticket - why they couldn't just say that at the kiosk "For QR codes, go directly to your theater"... The drinks are weak, the menu which used to be so great now has "snack food" on it. The nachos use canned chicken, and canned cheese. It used to be all natural and unprocessed. When you go upstairs you must show ID, (21 and older only allowed upstairs) then, when you order a drink, you have to show it again. This once very nice theater sold out and is now too corporate. We most likely will not be back. read more

Coming to see a movie at the Broken Arrow Warren Theater is always a treat, and it better be a treat because it is $$$! That is not a complaint in any way, just be prepared to treat this as a special occasion type of outing. Starting at the point when you drive up (especially if it's already dark outside) to the Broken Arrow Warren Theater there is just something magnificent about it; it has a presence. You walk up past the traditional old-fashioned style marquee out front, which is not in use but does list the movie times, and into the lobby with two-story ceilings ornately decorated with extravagant lighting and wall to wall murals. You can buy tickets from an automated machine or wait in line and walk up to the desk to purchase from a human being if you prefer. The staff is always pretty friendly. If you want to eat a full meal before, during, or after your movie you can stop by the Warren Diner just off the lobby and grab a bite to eat from a full menu of traditional American diner foods. It's decorated like a 1940's era soda fountain and honestly I would come here just to eat even if I wasn't seeing a movie. Worth noting while on the subject of eating at the Broken Arrow Warren Theater, they have the most decadent burger I've ever seen or had here called the "Grand" burger which is a burger sandwiched between two grilled cheese sandwiches. This burger is not for the faint of heart but it is indulgent. If you just want regular movie snacks, they have a concession stand in the lobby just for you. If you want to have an adult beverage with or without a full meal, you can head to the bar upstairs. They have fun drinks with movie themes and regular bar drinks too. If the kiddos want to play before or after the movie, there is a game room downstairs also with arcade games and such. Also if they get a little whiny or you have a little, little one there is a cry room off of some of the theaters where you can take them to calm down for a minute and not have to miss the movie or disrupt the other guests. On to the theaters here: I have experienced each one at least once and I have to say nothing compares to the visual and audio quality of the Grand Infinity screen which can be experienced via the auditorium seating or with a full menu service in the balcony. The only downside to this experience is the seats don't recline like they do in all the other theaters. If you want to eat while you watch the movie in a more intimate setting with a reclining seat then the Director's Suite is the way to go. Sometimes though which theater you see your movie in is luck of the draw depending on which ones are showing the movie you want to see. read more
