Heads up everyone : They'll schedule you for an interview…read morefor a job you think you'll get. But it turns out that it's an interview for them so they can put you in the system. The correct process was not explained to me. By the time I had decided to reach back out to them because I got an email stating there are job openings and they'd like to get in touch, the second person Nikki Howard insinuated that I intentionally skipped the process and gave me "a second chance". But a second chance for what? I was not given any information on how the process goes. A staffing company is supposed to help people land jobs. And honestly, they get a cut if someone gets hired. Communication goes a long way, but this company doesn't handle it well.

Katie Richard decided not to respond to my email asking if we could reschedule due to an emergency…read moremedical situation. I followed up yesterday, and she indicated she didn't want to reschedule due to it being my second time rescheduling. Having to come in to do an interview already can already lead someone to be cautious as it is if you've experienced a recruiter never contacting you again like I have, which I even told her. This, and other reviews, is proving my point. When I told her I recalled the first time speaking with her on the phone there would be a link for the video interview, she said they changed to having to coming in. Post-pandemic, that's strange in my opinion to require. I think, like another reviewer said, there's compensation for it, or it's a part of their KPIs. She seemed irritated that I wasn't able to come in before. I would definitely not recommend this firm, especially if so many people have taken issue with her (reviews on Google and Yelp), and the same behaviors are being executed, coming from a recruiter myself.

The following Tuesday, late afternoon, I called her office again and was advised she was on another call, I left my number once more. No return call. I cannot imagine why it would take 3 days or more for an employment agency to return a phone call regarding a job posting, perhaps they need to hire someone for their office......
