Bobby, the man at the desk who hands out the applications and sets people up for testing, was very rude and arrogant. He speaks to people in a very condescending way. Mr. Bobby needs to realize that the people he is helping are just as qualified as he is, if not more, and the only reason he has a job is because he is lucky. It isn't because he possesses any special skills or education that everyone else does not. I m sure everyone who steps foot in that office can pass out paperwork, run a copy machine and give basic instructions.
