Although this review is long overdue, the dedication and hard work from the staff cannot go unnoticed. PrideStaff was the first agency I applied with when I moved back to Dallas in 2016. And to date, between then and 2020, I have worked outside of PrideStaff. However, when I am not, I still trust them the most in knowing that they are always doing their best to match me/their temps with a company. They do not just try to satisfy their clients but adhere to the same efforts in satisfying their temps in making them feel comfortable at the job site they are sent to. And when I worked through PrideStaff, I was checked with weekly to see how things were going and if I needed anything. When I first applied with PrideStaff, I interviewed with Jody Northcutt. She is one of the most friendliest and easiest going person to deal and communicate with (believe me, I have been to other agencies in the Dallas area that were very cold and not even crack a smile). She is attentive to your needs, always there for you if you need to talk to her, and truly knows her job. Although Jody is the only one I have met in person, there is also Victoria Dover (Burke), Stephanie, even Carole Arakelian from payroll just to name a few, and others. At one time I had issues with logging into my account but both Jody and Carole made sure I still got paid on time. This is one agency I would "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" to anyone looking to work from temp to perm or just as a temp. At times it might get slow but no matter who you speak with, someone from the staff is always working on trying to get you placed. Sometimes I gave up but they 'never' give up on me. PrideStaff's staff has such "wonderful" people and I am proud to be a part of their team of temps. Honestly the best staffing agency I've ever worked for. It didn't feel like it took any time for PrideStaff to contact me about job opportunities. As a recent college graduate from Living in Louisiana it was extremely difficult to even get someone to call you for a job, but moving to Texas and taking a chance with PrideStaff has been the best and most rewarding decision I've made this year! They were actually looking to place college graduates with some of the top companies in Dallas. Victoria at PrideStaff gave me an awesome variety of options with very detailed information about the job as well as the company. She did an amazing job at all questions and concerns I had. Once I made a decision, everything was immediately lined out for me. And once I got the job it was very heartwarming to have a group of people just as excited as I was. In 2015 I moved back to Texas from Florida and met with Mrs. Judy. She was pleasant to work with and always on top of our communication. I ultimately ended up finding a job on my own that year and spent a year and a half with the company before I made the decision to leave. When I did, I immediately thought to reach back out to Pridestaff to help me in my job search. It was a long shot that Mrs. Judy would remember me but within a day or so I received a phone call from her. She remembered me! dude these guys are suuuuper fast! i graduated from college in May, but still hadn't found a job I liked in late August. I actually applied for PrideStaff, but there were more qualified applicants than me, so I didn't get the position. However, they still found me a job! I went in about a month ago and I was so nervous! I met with a woman named Bree and she was very nice and made me feel very welcomed. She asked me a little about myself and what I was looking for. We looked at different jobs together and she introduced me to one of her coworkers that would also be helping me. A couple of weeks i took a 10key test and an excel test. That same week I was offered an interview with a company through a woman named Jody. I was very excited, she gave me a few tips and was also able to answer questions I had days later. I went to the interview and was offered a job as long as my background check goes through! Very excited and very thankful for PrideStaff! The best employment agency ever. I am a recent college graduate and I have struggled to find a good job every since I graduated in May. Luckily, one of my Linkedln connects referred me to Jody. This organization worked very diligently to help my husband and I transition into the our desired job fields during our transition of out the military. The folks at PrideStaff are about as professional as you can find! Stephanie found a placement for me in March of 2015. I turned it down because I thought I had found something better. Pride Staff was the first staffing agency of many I've worked with that right away got down to business. They didn't make me sign a hundred forms or take any competency tests. Jody interviewed me like a professional and right away started sending me interviews.
