Really great if you want to NEVER feel prioritized. I felt prioritized on the day I signed up, and believe me, that was the ONLY time I felt it. Since signing up and getting an abundance of false promises - "we will find you a job," "you are a priority," and other such nonsense, the only, and I mean ONLY time I have heard from them in FOUR months was when I called and reached out to them. I even said I'm looking for something short term and temporary and really desperate. This meant nothing to them apparently. I have received ZERO interviews, ZERO phone calls, ZERO emails, ZERO text messages, ZERO linkedin messages- NOTHING. In four months. NOTHING. I would never sign up with them. Go to literally anyone else if you want a shot of getting an interview. I even had to call the company, get transferred, and ask why they weren't responding to my emails and messages. Shana Alegria, recruiter, conducted a telephone screening with me and after hearing about my background, she scheduled a face-to-face interview to have an in-depth discussion about my experience. I received a confirmation email and calendar invite as soon as I hung up the phone with Shana, which I greatly appreciated. When I arrived for the interview, I was greeted with a huge smile from Amy, the front desk receptionist. Amy's friendliness and courteousness were welcomed because she kept me updated on Shana's whereabouts by periodically checking (and informing me) on her location. I greatly appreciated this feedback. Shana is a skilled professional who focused on all facets of my career. She asked detailed questions to ensure the right placement, offered suggestions on how to summarize certain interview questions (for clarity purposes), asked about my career aspirations and highlighted the agency's current and future administrative vacancies. Straightaway, I received emails regarding onboarding documents & Microsoft employment assessments after the interview. I had an interview with Kimberly Wright on a Thursday. She was very personable and friendly and we talked for a long time about my skills and experience and she said that she thought I would be PERFECT for the position to which I had applied. She said that she was meeting with the client the next day, Friday, and she'd get back to me after getting a little more information on what they were specifically looking for. Friday came and sent and I didn't hear from her. The following week, I didn't hear from her. Going into the second week, I decided to reach out to her to find out if she has any feedback for me. She was pretty dismissive and said that the client wanted someone with a certain type of experience and she wouldn't be submitting me for the job. Hold the phone! The experience she said the client wanted is the exact same stuff that we discussed when I had my interview. So, I called her on her statement and then I asked her if she even remembered me because it seemed pretty unreasonable that we had talked about all these things and she had taken all these notes, only to tell me that I didn't have what she was looking for - although I did. I want to put a pin in that statement for a minute. How many times has this recruiter, or any other, falsely turned away a potential candidate or given the brush-off saying that they didn't have the qualifications although they did? How many people have probably just walked away from the situation and not questioned or challenged the mistake? And where were her notes when she was talking to me. Mind you, I left her a voice mail and she was calling me back, so she had time to pull the notes out before returning the call. Back to the story - after I asked her if she remembered me, I could hear the paper in the background and as I gave her some insights from our conversation to jog her memory, she said "oh yeah, I remember, we talked about x, y, and z" - YES! So, now, what's going on with this job? She said that she didn't meet with the client that Friday as planned and they had been doing email back and forth, but she hadn't actually had a chance to see and/or talk to the client. She said that things aren't communicated very effectively in email, but she said she was going to see them again soon and she would be able to get back with me. On Saturday, she called me and wanted to go over the details of my work history. On Sunday (yes, Sunday), she called me and asked for the contact information for one of my former employers, which I readily provided. She said she would call that person on Monday for a reference. Ok cool...sounds like the ball is rolling. Not so fast. Another week went by and I didn't hear from her. By that time, I was annoyed. If it's not the job for me, fine...but forgetting who I am, brushing me off with false information, then calling me on the weekend as if this was going forward to only disappear again was just too much. So, I decided to contact the manager. I explained the story to her. She said that she liked my confidence and she understood my frustration - if you're in, you're in, if you're not, that's fine, but either way, you want to know what's going on. She said she would speak with Kim and call me back. When she called me back the next day, she said that Kim did remember me and that the client decided to go with a referral from a friend and didn't use their services after all. That happens. It's completely plausible. I just think it was a lot of ball dropping and lack of communication on Kim's behalf and it's a lack of compassion in that regard, in my opinion. When a candidate is unemployed and seeking the assistance of a placement agency to fill the gap, that means something. I think most people would prefer to go out and find jobs on their own, just as clients would probably prefer to hire on their own and not pay agency fees. Keeping the clients happy is important for business and word-of-mouth, but keeping the candidates informed is also important. Happy candidates are an excellent representation of the business and when a person is in need of employment, they don't want or need the games, misunderstandings, lack of communication, or the feeling of being disregarded. Being unemployed is hard enough without the added layers of complication from someone who is supposed to be helping you. read more

What a scam! I've had 2 interviews with Delta, separated by 2 years. It is the same story both times- they post a job that "they" have available (they actually don't, but they don't tell you that they're a staffing agency). Then they have you fill out an online form before your interview. At the interview the Delta person rips apart your resume and tells you what you need to say and what you need to lie about. Then the personnel says they have several opportunities for you and you need to complete assessments. Then Nada. No emails, phone calls, nothing! This place is such a waste of time and no one knows what their job title or position is there. The online forms are confusing and tells you that you have completed everything but the front desk person says you didn't fill them all out- oh but she'll see if the Delta person still wants to interview you... as if you're not already literally standing in their office for an "interview" with them. And keep in mind this is an interview for the staffing agency- NOT a real job. There are several much more professional staffing agency in the DFW area that are worth your time- avoid this place !! read more

Don't use this agency folks. I had an interview with some recruiters back in August (of last year). They seemed very friendly and said that there was a big chance that a job would hire me (after discussing my resume with them). Since the interview, I had not heard back from any of the recruiters. Every time I called the recruiters (which was every week), an automatic answer machine picks up. Absolutely ridiculous! Like I said, please skip this agency. I had an interview with a woman named Grace Russell. She is a Talent Acquisition Consultant. After having our video interview, she informs me that she will be sending over paper work for me to fill out to start looking for jobs. She said she'd send it over in 30 minutes. Waited, nothing happened. I emailed her twice regarding this paperwork. No answer. I wait a few days and message her on Linkedin because I see her active. I inform her I have yet to hear from her. She begins to tell me she's so sorry and I should have received it by now. She tells me they're having problems with their "back end". She then says she'll have her manager manually send it to me. What does that even mean? Lol. Anyway, as you can guess, I never heard from her again. In fact, she blocked me on Linkedin. Lady, if you're reading this, that was so unprofessional. If you're not interested in someone, tell them. Don't drag people along. People like me miss out on job opportunities because of people like you. If any of her managers would like to see our emails and LinkedIn messages, I have them. And yes, I can see she blocked me because I can see her account on my fiances LinkedIn but cannot find her on mine. This is a sad representation of this company. read more

Delta Dallas ROCKS!!! I signed up with their agency a couple of months before relocating to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Every person I encountered was super friendly, personable and professional. The onboarding process was seamless. I met with Jarah virtually and she gathered information about my background and skills, in order to find the best possible fit. She had a client in mind, but they weren't hiring at the time. Jarah told me she'd reach out to them, to see if they plan to open any new positions soon. She kept her word! One week after relocating, I was contacted by Dana about interviewing for a position with the client. I had two interviews and received an offer soon after!! The process was lightning FAST; impeccable communication from start to finish. I moved to the area and one month later, on the very same date, I started my new job with a FANTASTIC company! Also, during the interview process, I was notified about a couple of short-term assignments I could take in the meantime. There was always an opportunity to work, if I needed to. I've struggled with writing this review simply because I don't like to think that certain types of people still exist in the world maybe it's the bubble I place myself in who knows. Needless to say my daughter was so excited to receive a call from this staffing service. Upon arrival she was of course greeted however after meeting with Shana she was left feeling degraded. Her resume was submitted prior to the interview therefore Shana was well aware of her experience, job history etc. so if her not having 10 years of work experience at the age of 28 was going to be a problem then perhaps she should not have reached out to her. The focus of the interview shifted from placement, experience, knowledge and skill set to my daughter having what Shana called "fun hair" however we call them braids. My daughter does have a facial jewelry aka "Monroe" which can be removed however right now she's unemployed. Shana goes on to tell her that blazers, trousers, skirts and office appropriate heels are recommended if one is expecting to be placed by their staffing agency. I've worked in corporate America for 25+ years in a 20 story building and I've seen this dress code she speaks of almost vanish. I've had managers and directors with tattooed sleeves, facial piercings, colorful hair aka fun hair, jeans and even knee length shorts added to the dress code and my resume insist of places that I'm sure she wishes would reach out to her agency for placement. Perhaps if she'd taken the time to review the resume speak with my daughter about her experience at Jordan Healthcare, Cigna, Capital 1 etc she'd know that she does have experience and is only seeking employment due to a reduction in workforce. Someone who displays this type of or lack of professionalism should NOT be allowed in this position. In my opinion part of her job getting to know the applicant, explaining that once hired the dress code is business casual, you will have to remove your piercing etc. Not tell the applicant your client base is more upscale and we won't be able to place you which to me means aka we don't want to work with a black woman with fun hair aka braids. Ever heard of diversity or Racial Sensitivity training it's safe to say Shana definitely needs it. read more

They told me they would have someone get back to me that afternoon with suggestions on my resume. They also had me fill out all of the necessary paperwork for employment as I was leaving, which lead me to believe they would find me a position quickly. And then...I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. My personal experience with Delta Dallas has been very rewarding so far. I've had the pleasure of working and communicating closely with Dana who is an absolute doll. I met a few of the other staff members who were all equally as kind. I can honestly say that out of all of the other staffing agencies I interviewed with, Delta Dallas was the only one that delivered. I am new to a job market and relatively new to Dallas area. I got random call from 4 agencies: Beacon Hill, Aerotek, SuperiorHire and Delta Dallas. First two, don't even waste your time - they don't care, latter 2 - great and especially Delta Dallas! They found me a job within 1.5 and kept me busy temping the whole time. Also, they would call me at least 3-4 times a week with potential jobs and I felt like I was so well taken care of! They read your resume and they really fins great matches - they pay attention to your needs, skills, strengths and weaknesses. Go with them and I can guarantee you that you will not need any other agency. They are working bees and they keep you busy while you and them are searching! Great service, great people! read more
