His knowledge and infinite patience have been invaluable to me in securing this opportunity for myself and my spouse. I have no doubt that the qualities that have been so helpful and invaluable to me as a candidate, are the same talents that have allowed Chris to make inroads into the client organization, and forge such strong bonds with the hiring manager and the other members of their staff who have spoken so highly of him during my conversations with them. Melissa has also been nothing short of astounding. She has had an answer to every question, and has repeatedly gotten back to me in a timely manner with additional in-depth information when I have asked or when she felt additional clarification might be needed. From the first video call with Melissa, it was obvious to me that she had that rare combination of exceptional intelligence and trustworthy persona that is so difficult to find in someone who is as much of a go getter as she is. She is truly astonishing, and I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her. I have been in training / IT in one form or another for more than two decades. In that time, I have developed the ability to tell the difference between something that is a fit for me (both skills-wise, and on a personality basis), and something that isn't. Both Chris and Melissa took the time to listen to my comments and concerns, and answer my myriad of questions as we went through this process together. As a result, after turning down a handful of opportunities over the last few months, I now have a position about which I am truly excited. So, thanks to RHI and its' stellar associates, I'm all set career-wise for the foreseeable future. And for that, I am eternally grateful. Since signing up and getting an abundance of false promises - "we will find you a job," "you are a priority," and other such nonsense, the only, and I mean ONLY time I have heard from them in FOUR months was when I called and reached out to them. I even said I'm looking for something short term and temporary and really desperate. This meant nothing to them apparently. I have received ZERO interviews, ZERO phone calls, ZERO emails, ZERO text messages, ZERO linkedin messages- NOTHING. In four months. NOTHING. I would never sign up with them. Go to literally anyone else if you want a shot of getting an interview. I even had to call the company, get transferred, and ask why they weren't responding to my emails and messages. Waste of time.

Ok, strap in, because the truth I am about to reveal should make anyone seeking employment weak in the knees! Adecco has been my employment GO-TO for decades...all the way back in 2000ish, they hooked me up with the best position I had ever had (up to that point in my career) at a business called PrimeCo, soon to be re-branded as T-Mobile. As my first experience using Adecco - it was, needless to say, flawless. I kept that job for several years and was introduced to middle management there. Now, I do not have proof of this, but I do believe deep down inside that Adecco, under the motivation of Kelley, has been actively searching and viciously headhunting this 'job' for me and once they discovered it - immediately reached out and HANDED IT TO ME ON A SILVER PLATTER. This position is with a Fortune50, international, multi-billion dollar company, that could not have exceeded my expectations any more than it did if I were to design my ideal position from scratch. Understand - this was beyond perfection. Kelley Howard and Adecco had succeeded in locating, interviewing, introducing, and ushering in my employment to a "T" with a company that which I could not have dreamed of being considered as a candidate. I wasn't just a candidate - I WAS HIRED. Hired directly with insurance, 401k, higher than avg. salary, sign-on bonus, and the list of benefits and perks goes on and on... Kelley Howard and Adecco did this for me.
