After 17 minutes of waiting, and logging in 15 minutes early, she never showed up. It seens as though I was not important enough to her and instead of contacting me to cancel or reschedule she just blew me off. I am very disappointed in this experience with their company and how extremely disrespectful their company is toward people who are looking for work but are disregarded for reasons undisclosed. I also sent you an email at 11:05AM, while waiting, requesting clarity and called the number they reached out to me from to reach them...only to be forwarded to voice-mail and no email reply, thus being unable to get clarity as to why they chose to ignore their own set meeting scheduled with me, but to no avail.

When you're actively looking for work and depending on an agency to assist, it's frustrating and disheartening to be left in the dark with no support or direction. They care more about the Business looking for people versus the person coming looking for the job. They do a good job of determining your strengths and abilities. They seem to get inside the heads of their clients and they understand what they want and need. Creative professionals are different. We're diverse, we're energetic, we're intelligent but we're also creative. "Creatives" are often the brunt of jokes. Because we do things differently. As the Apple ad once said we "Think Different". My experience with them - to the exclusion of 99% of their competition has been excellent. They meet with you. But they take a hard look at that all important creative portfolio. They learn about you, the individual, they learn about the client and they match the two. Their online matching technology could be better. They need to develop web and phone apps that do a better job of notifying people of opportunities that match specific, data-driven attributes. In other words they need a specialized database that has a web and mobile front end. But right now their people make up the difference - and it works - well. With a solid database engine it could work better. Also they need to create a whole suite of apps for the creative professional so all have a slick, professional portfolio online regardless of their creative strength. Make no mistake though. Whether you're a "creative" or you're a client these people are just outstanding. They get inside your head in a way that no other staffing agency or recruiter will and they fight like seasoned heavyweights until they find you something that works for you. I can recommend them without any reservation whatsoever. These people are just incredible. Kudos to the Dallas office for finding me an outstanding job opportunity. And double kudos to my recruiter, my pal Jessica Rizzieri. Their people are just so darned good you won't believe it.
