Verity recruiting found my first gig in Dallas for me and I moved from Los Angeles to Dallas for the opportunity they got me. All through my 11months working relationship with Verity, we were able to build a very good rapport and they addressed all my needs/concerns to ensure I was happy. I have moved on from Verity's client over a year ago and I still have a very close relationship with individuals at the firm and the firm as a whole. They got my wife her job in Dallas, they attended my wedding and have always been there. I came for the on site sessions as a refresher and it was AMAZING! I had the chance to work with some of the other students and the other coaches. I would however recommend that anyone attending would complete the face-to-face sessions because the experience is much richer that way. So, honestly it would just depend on what type of learning style you are but the face to face gave me hands on opportunities that helped me better understand my coaching style and things I could do to expand my practice. Being able to actually build relationships with other coaching students and practicing was a great experience as well. I felt that I was able to begin building that peer support system. It was also interesting to learn directly from coaches Cherese, Lakendra, and Andrea and to get feedback from them all during our one on one feedback sessions, role plays, and hearing their real stories about some of the challenges that they have had as coaches. Thanks Life Coach Training Institute!
