You do have to go to the office and fill out the paperwork there. Anticipate 30-1 hr 30 mins in completing the needed paperwork. The staff here is nice, but can be a little rude to people calling in or walking in looking for work. Perhaps because they are busy trying to match people., but something I did notice when I was there. Had my first assignment provided over to me to start the next day, Michelle Ortiz the coordinator that took my information assigned me and had me start the next day, she provided me with a letter confirmation of my work location, pay, and to who report too. Upon arrival, the supervisor was not there. Unfortunately, the supervisor did not arrive until one hour later, and confirmed that I was not to start, that he had not confirmed me as someone to come in to work. He had previously spoken with Regal about what he was looking for and was looking to set up interviews for the right candidate. I was very disappointed that, having already being confirmed a job, I went there to waste my time. I was not paid for that time I was there, and I did not want to claim for it as I did not want to deal with that agency anymore. I left Michelle a message advising her of what had happened, never received a call back. Had to call her back again and she really did not see sympathetic to her error. I have worked for a couple staffing agencies and this one is by far the worst. Not a good first impression. I usually like to give places several tries before making a judgment, but this place really did leave a bad taste in my mouth. My recruiter did not even bother to call me this week to offer me something else or check in with me. I would assume she would as most recruiters do try their best to communicate with their employee's. One positive thing I will add, is that they did let me borrow some steel toe shoes since I did not have any for the position registered for. Which I have returned successfully. When I did go return the shoes, Michelle did not acknowledge my presence or made intent to speak to me about any open positions or upcoming employment opportunities.
