Always a great time at the movies! The staff is always friendly here and the bathrooms are usually kept clean as well (at least on weekdays). The theater seats are red, leather electric recliners. Always love to put my feet up while snacking on some popcorn. I love the whole movie experience I get when coming here for a show. I can't wait for the next time!

Here for an Amazon Prime Event. The movie we saw was The Burial. We received free tickets, free popcorn and a drink!!! Wow!! Life is GOOD! The theater they chose was a Regal Theater located in a large plaza in Orchard Park. The pop and popcorn were extra good, probably because they were free! The movie was also good. The theater was very clean and nice. The service at the concession stand was great.

Great night out and awesome movie. Location is good with places to eat before or after. Place is clean and seats are roomy.

My friends and I went for the FNAF movie recently. (I don't go out to theaters much). It seems they were understaffed for such a big release. While most of my group were in line for their snacks, my friend, bf, and I were waiting for one of the managers to make an appearance to unlock the closet that contains the closed captioning glasses. And we were waiting and waiting and the poor staff member is sitting there like, "yeah sorry, this happens all the time". Of course, we understood and kept waiting for the manager. The start time for our movie tickets came and went which triggered a small anxiety attack because I love watching the previews too and hate the feeling of being late. Finally, 15 minutes after our showing had started, the manager shows up and slowly gets the closed captioning glasses out. We shouldn't be late to our showtime because the manager cannot be found for the 30minutes leading up to the movie and the 15 minutes after it started. Seats were great, movie was amazing, the other staff members were great. But I think they need to let an associate rent out the cc equipment or be more available near a showtime so that those with disabilities have an equal chance of getting in their seats by their specified showtime. Pic of my bf and I after the movie because my Marionette costume was cute.

Me and my husband have the regal unlimited pass so we come here frequently. We always have a great time. The employees are all friendly in our experience. They have a good selection of movies with plenty of show times. The concessions are overpriced but not as crazy as some other theatres. You get 10% off as an unlimited member as well. The theatres are always clean which I appreciate.

I've been coming here off and one since they opened (around 21 years ago.) I love this theater. They have a great selection of movies. The staff are always kind and helpful. And although the snack bar prices are really high, they weren't on Tuesday!!! (I came here Tuesday night with a friend to see Sonic 2.) When the concession employee mentioned that, I ended up ordering a large popcorn. It was HUGE and was only $4.75!!! (The tickets are discounted on Tuesdays too!!!) Sonic 2 was great. I loved some of the 2-D video game aspects. It made me feel old but it was great. The theater is sometimes way too loud but it wasn't on Tuesday. My friend and I were two seats from the back. It was way too cold where we were. (I didn't realize when I bought the tickets, they we would be under a vent.) I will continue to come here but will try to do so on Tuesday nights, when I can.

My husband and I ended up here after no other theaters nearby were playing the movie we wanted to see. I was happy about this as soon as set foot in the doors, because it's one of the few theaters left that gives me the feels of my childhood. The lobby is gigantic with movie posters and neon lights EVERYWHERE. It felt like what it is supposed to feel like when you walk in to see a movie. It wasn't polished, it wasn't shiny. It was big and carpeted and neon and it made me so happy! We bought our tickets through fandango and had the ticket taker scan the code from my phone, so that part has changed a bit but it's okay. Times change. The theaters were clean and well kept, and they do have reclining seats, which has now become a necessity for theaters to keep up. Overall we had a really nice experience here and I won't be upset if we come back!

Best place in WNY to see a movie. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Food tastes good, and the waits are never too insane.

I tried 15 minutes of the movie but couldn't take the shit quality of a potentially awesome film and the fact that my skin felt like it was crawling. Regal ftw I guess?

I have a movie pass so prices don't actually matter to me, but if you don't have one then this theater is the absolutely amazing. Why you ask? Because you can see a movie for $2.50 Monday-Thursday and only $3.00 Friday-Sunday. Don't get me wrong, it's nothing special when you walk through the front door but it has everything you could possibly need here to enjoy a movie, including overpriced popcorn and pop! (Which is 50% on Tuesdays). The actual theater itself was extremely comfortable thanks to the big recliners and the fact that no matter where you sit, you will have an an awesome seat. Overall, this is an incredible bargain compared to other theaters. You may not be seeing the movies that just came out a week ago, but you'll get some that have been out a few weeks or might just about to get a blu-ray release. I highly recommend checking this place out!

With declining viewership & attendance numbers the location closed it's second concession stand, the former spic & span theaters tend to be a bit messy, and the parking lot is a mess. Sketchy at night, and at times the theaters can get a bit out of control with loud & rude customers. Which tends to ruin the experience. On one occasion, while watching the latest John Wick film, my wife had the misfortune of sitting on a wet seat (yeah, it was urine & the trousers were ruined) Other than that, with a little caution, it's fine. Though I think a little more attention to detail & customer experience would go a very, very long way. It has so much potential.

Out of all the Regal locations in the area, this one has slipped into being the weakest overall. The staff experience is very hit or miss. Some employees are attentive and present, while others seem more interested in chatting with friends or sneaking phone time in over helping customers. The cleanliness has also dropped too. It's not dirty to the level of being gross, but it no longer feels well cared for or consistently maintained. The seating hasn't been updated, so it's still the old style, which honestly sums up what feels off about this location. It feels stuck in the past. Everything comes across as a little worn and tired compared to other Regal theaters nearby. There doesn't seem to be much pride or urgency in keeping the space polished. Concessions are another weak spot. The standard snack options are usually fine, but anything beyond the basics are regularly unavailable. I've also had very little luck with promotional snack, which are frequently out of stock here compared to other locations. This used to be one of the better Regal theaters years ago. I find myself choosing any of the other Regal locations instead, including driving all the way out to Orchard Park, when this would be the most convenient location for me coming from Lockport. I hope this theater eventually gets some updates... refreshed seating, improvements to the IMAX, or just a renewed focus on upkeep and staff engagement. It's possible things have changed since my last visit three to six months ago, but as of now, it's unfortunately a no for me.
