Although this isn't the Regal I visit most often, in the area, it's probably the nicest one overall. The theater is consistently clean and well maintained. The overall vibe feels comfortable and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, even if things tend to move at a slightly more relaxed pace than at some of the other locations. Out of all the Regal theaters in the area, this is the one where I've had the best luck with food. If I ask for a specific item, they usually have it available, which hasn't always been the case elsewhere. They also do a great job with their movie selection, showing a wide range of flicks from the blockbusters to foreign movies, and the occasional smaller release. I do wish they had the small tables like the Elmwood Regal and that the location was a bit closer to me, but that's really just nitpicking. Overall, I've had consistently positive experiences here. Sean is a Greek God. I left my keys in the theatre on a random Thursday, I was FREAKING out when I got home with my cousin and realized I did not have them. I called up Regal Quaker Crossing, and THANK GOD we got Sean to answer our call. We could audibly hear Sean drop what he was doing to help me immediately. He said "Don't worry, I got you." He ran to theatre 17 where my lulu lemon key/chain was and he came back and said, "I have great news". I screamed, "WHAT IS IT" and he said "I've got em..." in the calmest, most proud voice. I could tell that this was not his first rodeo as he stated "they were wedged in the seat, it happens all the time." And we thought the incredible service ended here - WRONG! Always a great time at the movies! The staff is always friendly here and the bathrooms are usually kept clean as well (at least on weekdays). The theater seats are red, leather electric recliners. We haven't been to the movies in years. We've been twice in the last 2 weeks. The same experience both times. On a positive note, purchasing the tickets and selecting seats on the app was a breeze. Negative, seats are degrading and not nearly as comfortable as they used to be. More importantly, commercials! From the time the movie was supposed to begin, 30 full minutes of TV style commercials. Everything from diabetes treatments to car dealerships. Before the previews even start. If I wanted to watch TV commercials, I'd stay home. Very disappointing money grab. read more

My friends and I went for the FNAF movie recently. (I don't go out to theaters much). It seems they were understaffed for such a big release. While most of my group were in line for their snacks, my friend, bf, and I were waiting for one of the managers to make an appearance to unlock the closet that contains the closed captioning glasses. And we were waiting and waiting and the poor staff member is sitting there like, "yeah sorry, this happens all the time". Of course, we understood and kept waiting for the manager. The start time for our movie tickets came and went which triggered a small anxiety attack because I love watching the previews too and hate the feeling of being late. Finally, 15 minutes after our showing had started, the manager shows up and slowly gets the closed captioning glasses out. We shouldn't be late to our showtime because the manager cannot be found for the 30minutes leading up to the movie and the 15 minutes after it started. Seats were great, movie was amazing, the other staff members were great. But I think they need to let an associate rent out the cc equipment or be more available near a showtime so that those with disabilities have an equal chance of getting in their seats by their specified showtime. Didn't realize a movie we'd been wanting to see had already been out awhile so the only theater still showing it was here. Honestly, it didn't take that much longer than going to our usual Regal at the Galleria. The theater is conveniently located in a strip mall that includes Target and Kohls. It's also a lot easier to get in and out of relative to the Galleria Mall parking lot. The theater is clean and has stadium seating with recliners. Good service. Me and my husband have the regal unlimited pass so we come here frequently. We always have a great time. The employees are all friendly in our experience. They have a good selection of movies with plenty of show times. The concessions are overpriced but not as crazy as some other theatres. You get 10% off as an unlimited member as well. Don't buy late showing tickets. To avoid previews, we thought less than 10 minutes late to a 10:25pm movie would be okay. Upon arrival to theater, the manager looked us in the eyes and continued locking the doors like we didn't exist. Hope it was worth it, I don't think letting two people into your theater would've gotten you home any sooner especially when other customers are there still during your later showings. I've been coming here off and one since they opened (around 21 years ago.) I love this theater. They have a great selection of movies. The staff are always kind and helpful. And although the snack bar prices are really high, they weren't on Tuesday!!! (I came here Tuesday night with a friend to see Sonic 2.) When the concession employee mentioned that, I ended up ordering a large popcorn. It was HUGE and was only $4.75!!! (The tickets are discounted on Tuesdays too!!!) Sonic 2 was great. I loved some of the 2-D video game aspects. It made me feel old but it was great. The theater is sometimes way too loud but it wasn't on Tuesday. My friend and I were two seats from the back. It was way too cold where we were. (I didn't realize when I bought the tickets, they we would be under a vent.) We go to the movies frequently but hadn't been to this location for a long time but it had a movie not showing nearer to us. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire theater including the restroom. Another thing that stood out is the friendliness of everyone there from the young lady selling tickets to Matthew and Cam in concessions. They were so efficient, funny and helpful, wonderful young people. We saw our movie and as we walked out of the theater a young man was walking in to clean the theater. As we passed him he said he hoped we enjoyed our movie and to have a great day! Kudos to whoever hires and trains these young people. The remodeling this theater has gone through is really nice. The reclining seats really do make a world of difference in terms of comfort for watching a movie. My husband and I ended up here after no other theaters nearby were playing the movie we wanted to see. I was happy about this as soon as set foot in the doors, because it's one of the few theaters left that gives me the feels of my childhood. The lobby is gigantic with movie posters and neon lights EVERYWHERE. It felt like what it is supposed to feel like when you walk in to see a movie. It wasn't polished, it wasn't shiny. It was big and carpeted and neon and it made me so happy! We bought our tickets through fandango and had the ticket taker scan the code from my phone, so that part has changed a bit but it's okay. Times change. The theaters were clean and well kept, and they do have reclining seats, which has now become a necessity for theaters to keep up. Best place in WNY to see a movie. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Food tastes good, and the waits are never too insane.

This theater is nice. Large comfortable seating. Plenty of space to enjoy a movie on a leather reclining chair. The overall cleanliness of theater seemed very good. Bathrooms were freshly cleaned and pleasant. I have been coming to this theater since it was first built. The most recent movie I saw at this theater was Avenger's Endgame so I spent a little over 3 straight hours sitting in the same seat. It is very hard for me to sit still for 3 hours and I don't think I would have been able too if it hadn't been so comfy. My wife and I shared a large popcorn with butter and a large fountain drink for a little under $18. If you are looking for a good standard movie theater experience then check out Quaker Crossings 18. I'm impressed with the changes that this theater has made. The leather reclining seats make a world of a difference in comfort. You can sit back, put your feet up and fall asleep... I mean...enjoy a movie! The prices to see a movie and eat at a movie have always been ridiculous. I don't expect that to change anytime soon, but the quality of food has dramatically increased. This was a really nice theater and I enjoyed the experience here! The sound and picture were great and the theater and chairs were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and efficient and moved through quick lines of customers at the box office very quickly which was nice. The theater itself is in quite a busy plaza so getting in and out of there sometimes can be a bit hairy but not too bad. This is a pretty good size Regal as well so they have a lot of theaters and times and they tend to show most movies here longer than some other local theaters do which is nice. read more

I love movies. I mean, I really LOVE movies. And although it's nice to curl up on the couch in front of the big screen TV in comfy clothes with a glass of wine, some flicks just need to be seen on the big screen. Since this particular theater is the one most convenient for my movie-going companions, it's the one I frequent most often. There's a lot I like here, but some things, well, not so much. Granted, the big sumptuously upholstered recliners are cozy, but sometimes I just want to sit up straight with my feet on the floor. I'm not short, but even when fully upright, my feet don't reach the floor in these seats! Reserved seating? Yeah, I get it, but it really does slow down the process. And we once got into the theater only to find the seats we'd chosen already occupied. And they refused to move. Geez, folks, that's just rude. Big parking lot, big concession stand, big, clean restrooms, Regal Crown Club - all pluses. So in the grand scheme of things, it looks like my complaints are pretty minor. read more

I come here often, but with McKinley Dipson nearby fully renovated with huge comfy leather seating, there is stiff competition in the area. Prices are now $10.60 a ticket and steadily seem to be rising. A simple bottle of water is almost $6. Shame on you Regal Cinema. SHAME ON YOU!!!
