When I reported to the home warranty that I think he left these wires exposed with a couple of wire nuts he told the company that our air conditioner was not salvageable and that it could was not part of the warranty claim that it had not been upkept. This is the same claim that he has made about several different clients of warranty companies if he can't get you to add another $1000 on to the claim then he claims your unit is no good if you look at his reviews you will find out that he says the same thing about everyone. Now the warranty company is denying my claim and I have to get an outside AC contractor to come and dispute what he is saying. This company is no good avoid them at all cost.

Will aka Billiam was the one who gave us our bid and also came out to do the work and I cannot stress enough how nice and professional he was. He explained the work thoroughly and in a way that was easy for us to get, he made sure to get a hold of me and explain if something had arisen and was able to walk my wife and I through what needed to change from our initial estimate and and he cleaned up after himself as well. He felt like a guy I'd want to hang out with outside of an instance like this and was very personable. He was quick and prompt at handling the work we initially called him out for. We have a lot going on in our lives and no one wants an unexpected cost like this to hinder their plans like this one almost did, not only was Andy's Pipe Dream and their technician Will well priced and willing to back up their work, the were also excellent to interact with and it helped make the process of spending this much money on a necessary expense like this with them a no brainer and eased our concerns. In the future we will be using them again for any issues we might need fixed.

I have never had any issues or repairs, but they come out and do my maintenance twice a year. Today I had a scheduled maintenance visit with Tara, and I can't say enough good things about her. She was not only professional and thorough, but she really took the time to go above and beyond in explaining things to me in a way that actually made sense. One thing that really stood out was how she walked me through how, why, and when to flush my water heater. She also let me know that they do plumbing too if I'd like help. Honestly, I had no idea this was even something I was supposed to be doing, and she didn't just mention it in passing she made sure to answer all my questions and explain why it mattered. I didn't appreciate the $2,000 in "stuff" that I was offered to buy, but, I haven't seen an HVAC company that doesn't do that. This was on a Friday morning. The problem didn't arise until my wife and I tried to take showers on Saturday. There was no hot water. Went down to check the hot water heather, which is next to the furnace. Instead of the dial being on "hot", it was on "pilot". How it got turned to pilot, I have no proof, but, I would imagine that the tech from Summit, either accidently, or for some reason on purpose, turned it to pilot. I sent a message thru the Summit HVAC website about what had happened. I got a call from the service manager on Monday. He said that there was no way, no possibility whatsoever, that his tech, in any way, shape, or form, could have moved that dial on the water heater. When I said "I guess it's a mystery", he said "sure is". But, he reassured me that Summit was still there to take care of me. I told him "that wasn't going to happen". I said I wanted out of the annual agreement and half my money back (I had paid the full $199). I got less back than I asked for, but, that is another story for perhaps another time. Needless to say, I do not need these people in my home. But, for everyone else, if you want techs that are infallible, and a company that will stand behind the infallibility of those techs, perhaps Summit HVAC is for you.

We recently had a problem with our main line backing up. I found a plumbing company that offered…read moremain line cleaning and free camera inspection. They determined that my main line could not be cleaned and had to be replaced due to the tree roots that had overtaken the line. I was told that to replace my line they would have to dig up my yard and it would cost just over $15,000. I contacted a couple of other companies to get second opinions on the work that was needed and compare pricing. The other companies did confirm that my main line needed to be replaced and also said they would have to dig up the yard to replace the old line and they gave bids of 16 and 20 thousand. Before I pulled the trigger, I wanted one more bid. I reached out to Inception Plumbing and was glad I did. When they came out, they tried to clear the line but determined that my line needed to be replaced, but unlike the previous companies they explained to me that they offered pipe replacement using a process called pipe bursting. It not only saved me thousands of dollars, but they were able to complete the job in 1 day.

Woke up to water in our basement yesterday after a lot of rain…read more Didn't know where to start, so I called Inception Plumbing, who I have used for years because they are trust worthy. They sent out Chris, who is a laid back, smart guy who always does the job right. He walked me through my options, assessed the damage and gave me ideas, helped me discover where my outside drains are, and then we set up an appointment with Andrew, who came out and cleared a couple of drains that were clogged in my front yard. The price was much less than I had feared. The Inception employees are always pro-- the front end is friendly and helpful, the workers on time, they know what to do and do it right, and they are respectful of people's homes-- they wear booties inside and clean up any mess they make. You can maybe find cheaper service, but you can't find better service. In the long run, they have saved me a lot of money by being honest and thorough, having modern equipment and hiring the best of the best and paying them fairly. And I love that they are local.
