This review is just for the theater itself, not the concessions as I rarely ever get anything from concession stands. After reading some "after Irma" reviews, I was skeptical because I had already bought tickets, but am generally not too picky. The decor and atmosphere of the theater is a big step up from what it once was. There are kiosks inside to purchase tickets, or you can buy them online and go straight to the stand in the center of the lobby. The employee scanning my tickets was extremely friendly and pointed us in the right direction. Once in the theater, it was nicely lit so there wasn't any stumbling around trying to find seats. The seats are a bit firmer compared to other local theaters, but they're not uncomfortable - I wouldn't have any issue sitting in them again. The "recline" mechanism is by force and not a button, but 5'3" me didn't have much of a problem keeping the seat reclined. The sound and picture quality was great and the theater was kept cool enough so even in a crowded room I was still comfortable. The bathrooms were clean as well. They also have an unlimited movie deal for under $25 a month which I will be taking advantage of. read more

Even after the recent update it is still awful. Employees and Managment are extremely unfriendly and non accommodating. The absolute worst popcorn and no reclining seats. Not much of an upgrade they don't have alcohol like all the others. So many better choices is Naples at the same or better price. read more

Very stinky place and takes forever to get to the actually movie. Seems like they could use a maintenance person or maybe more than one to fix all the problems they have going on. Have you ever smelt popcorn and sodapop that sat overnight? Take out the trash! Not to mention when you have to give them your first born just for a small popcorn. I walked in and was greeted by a nice gentleman in a wheelchair. But as soon as I walked past him, and got in line to get some popcorn. I was instantly faced with the most rude employees I've ever met. I always look for that wherever I go but the popcorn wasn't even good and I asked for a small coke and looking at my receipt I realized I paid for a large. This has to be the worst theater in all of south west Florida. On a recent visit, in the theater I saw the film on, there wasn't a single thing about the projection that was correct. It wasn't framed right, it wasn't masked right, the bulb wasn't bright enough, the bulb wasn't aligned right, it wasn't in focus, the screen was scratched, and the film was loose in the gate which causes the film to bounce around everywhere. I doubt one thing has been done to maintain the projector since the theater was built. The theater isn't maintained properly. There's trash everywhere, popcorn all over the floors (and in not just the theaters... there was popcorn in the main hallways). It doesn't seem like one bit of maintenance has been performed to this theater since it's been built and they seem to employee nothing but idiots. I'll never see another movie here. It's a disgrace to films and the people who make them (me, a filmmaker). And lets add that there are no machines inside to buy tickets. (ok well there's one that's also an ATM but it didn't work to buy tickets) So you're forced to stand in line behind 10 people as there's one guy there selling tickets as he starts to explain every film to the person in front of you as you start to reach for their neck... Theater is going downhill. Came to see captain American in 3d on the second night out. They put us in a tiny theater with a tiny screen to see 3d. Also it was dirty, garbage all over the floor and spills. Management did come and clean it up once we complained but this shouldn't happen. It's gulf coast or Mercado for us going forward. read more

Hands down the worst theater in all of Naples/Ft Myers. I've seen over 15 films in theaters this year and I find myself traveling upwards of 15 miles out of my way just to enjoy a clean comfortable theater. It gets 2 stars for location and nostalgic factor for me personally cause I've been going for over a decade. Im almost sure not a thing has changed in that decade. After recently discovering this theatre newly renovated my husband and I planned to see the Avengers 1030 showing on Saturday morning. I'll start by saying we were impressed with the theatre itself, the seats were comfortable and everything had that "new clean" smell still. I am profoundly deaf and require caption device to watch in theaters; something all theaters are required to have for equal accessibility and compliance under the Americans with Disabilities Act. After sitting through previews for 45 min we discovered the device was not operating with the start of the movie. My husband ran out to try to resolve the issue with another device with no avail so after sitting around through previews for 45 min and the beginning of the movie now ruined for us both - we left and were merely given a refund of our ticket price. We understand with new openings technical glitches might occur but these devices should be tested and monitored on a daily basis to ensure they are compliant to regulations and accessible to those who need them. As much as we would like to give them a try again, we do not wish to waste our time (and money) again until we are assured the issues are truly resolved. read more

We tried out the newly remodeled Regal Naples theater this past weekend and were truly disappointed. A couple of things stood out: - For the amount of money they must have spent on the remodel, the seats were horrible. You were stuck in an uncomfortable position of not being able to recline enough. Our friends warned us about the seats before we got there, and they were absolutely right. It almost made me wish for the old style seats with no adjustment at all. - The volume of the movie trailers were painfully loud. There were a number of people that walked out because of the volume level. - Other than a couple of high school kids manning the snack bar, there were absolutely no employees visible. We walked in with no one scanning our tickets and when a fire alarm went off about 10 minutes before the end of the movie no one had a clue what to do. People were just milling about with not a single manager was present. The kids at the snack bar seemed equally as confused. If this wasn't a false alarm, there could have been a real problem. Whoever owns this facility needs to take a serious look at how it is managed... read more

Do not like this Regal location at all. This theatre was just renovated. All seats should be reclining. Once a movie is viewed with reclining seats it ruins you forever. You do not want to sit in "luxury rocker" seats. They are not luxury and they are not comfortable. All first release movies are assigned to theaters that do not have recliners If you want reclining seats you have to wait until the movie is assigned to a theatre with reclining seats which from checking the website takes 1 to 2 weeks. I am assuming this is because they put recliners in smaller theaters. I would rather go to read more

I hadn't been to this theater in years. I was expecting it to be empty and a little on the dirty side but it was neither. Glad this theater didn't decrease its maintenance with the new surrounding theaters. They could stand to improve the ticket booth. If you are in a wheelchair you will need someone to open the door because there is no automatic doors and no employees will help you even when they see you struggling. Also, make sure you enter the right way because you may end up trapped on a floor you don't want to be on. read more

It was a phenomenal experience I went with my friends to watch endgame and it's a nice place very clean. I watched it in 4D and alright it wasn't as exiting as I thought it was still an amazing experience. At the end when I was leaving the movies I saw this cute girl in there and I tried getting her number but I lost her and I'm kinda disappointed about that but it's fine because it was a good movie and a great place. It was very sad though my friend couldn't take it and had to walk out midway through the movie. But even though I couldn't get the girls snap I still had a lot of fun read more

Been around for a long time it's in need of an upgrade for the seating and no where near as nice as silver spot but it is by far the best movie theater in naples to find a show time for they always have all the movies and the most show times available. read more

The only issue I have with this theatre is that it could use some updating. It's an old building and not much decoration or a theme to it. The staff is very friendly, they always make sure the customer leaves happy if they have any issues. Not only have I witnessed this treatment myself, I've seen others treated just as good. They truly value their customers and even though the staff may be bored when I go in on the week days they are still just as friendly as ever. I've always seen great presentation in the movies I watch. But another down side is due to the building being so old, they have power outages, even on bright and sunny days. read more

Management is very disorganized. I went to the movies Thursday 02/05/15 at this location. I arrived 11:15 AM. The movie started at 12:00. The sign in all three box offices stated that the box office opens at 12:00. How can you have movies starting at noon when the box office opens at noon? Long lines were forming at all the box offices in the front. I asked an employee what time they opened and they said 11:30. Knowing that they only open one of the three box offices, I asked which window would they be opening. I was told that it was random. I have been there before when it was a toss up of which window they opened. With large lines forming at all three. They open the center window. I had been standing 15 minutes in front of the wrong window. I went from first in line to last in line. Very disorganized of management. For all fairness to the customers...They should post the Real time in the windows on what time they open, and post what window will be opening. This way, you do not have forty to fifty people standing in the wrong line. Instead of getting back in the other line, I left. I don't think anyone wants to see a movie that bad. Management needs to be changed here. read more

Possibly the worst service I have ever had at a movie theater. The entrance showed potential and the ladys outside were nice and got straight to the point. But the inside over at the concession stand was probally the biggest group of ree-ree's I have ever seen! We order items and when we get to the part where we have to pay, she says the card is declined. Give me a break. She tried four times and my wife said can we try another machine? She called over the manager and she said it was declined. Once again my wife asked can we try another machine. Me and my eleven year old son walked right out the door, got our refund, and agreed that we are never setting foot in that place again. Of course he got over crying. He really wanted to have that extra butter popcorn and actually enjoy the movie. We then stopped at a nearby store and made a purchase and even got twenty dollors cash back and the card worked. So obviously it was'nt the card, it was there incompitance. If we could, we would rate this as zero stars. But I think Eek! Methinks not sums up Hollywood 20 pretty dang well. read more
