I used to go to this theater when I was in middle school and high school. I went back for the first time in 15 years. The auditoriums are big and the seats are comfy. I took one star away because the seats don't recline, they do move back some. I took another star because of the price. If you're going to charge $17 a ticket the seats could recline and a larger popcorn stand with a wider option. read more

This place, and I cannot stress this enough, sucks. I come to this movie theater when I'm visiting my parents because the AMC is too far away. Both times I've been here, they've just fully forgotten to start the movie. I'm sitting in the theater now, previews were supposed to start at 12:35. It's now ten minutes late. This used to be a good theater to view new films before 2017 and Hurricane Irma forced it to close for so many years. Yeah, they had to remodel and retool after that, but with so many theaters really upping their game lately, Regal just doesn't cut it. Firstly, ordering tickets through their website wasn't too bad, but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. I was given a gift card, fortunately, so that covered most of the cost of an IMAX matinee. Check-in was easy, and it was nice to see the kind lady who has been working there so long is still manning the foyer and doing a great job with the new tech. Yeah, there's the typical concessions and long lines, and a separate counter to grab a beer with several selections on tap. But, again, ridiculous prices. Now, here's where this place really stinks. The IMAX theater is TINY, if you're looking for a true IMAX experience. They have crammed so many seats into this tiny space, it's insulting to the production of the film going through the years of effort to have it played on this screen and sound system. Horrible layout of the seating area, too. It's so clunky watching customers trying to get to their seats, and I have to agree with other reviewers that it is quite uncomfortable to sit in those seats. Most of the patrons on this visit were so obnoxious, loud and inconsiderate, too. I just don't get it nowadays. So, between the terrible IMAX experience, uncomfortable seating and the people "watching" the film, I couldn't take it and left halfway through. Never again! read more

1) I have never been motivated to review a theater before but our experience here was so poor I wanted to warn others. 2) they could use a janitor. Very dirty. 3) the wait to get popcorn before the show was 20 minutes. Poor delivery system and understaffed. Expensive. 1 small popcorn and 2 drinks $26. 4) the actual movie experience was ok. Sound not the best I've ever experienced. 5) here's the kicker: We tried to buy tickets online the day before the show. We inadvertently picked the today option and we were trying to schedule for the next day. Their program did not allow cancelation refund because it didn't fit the window of cancelation options. We tried to call them and the phone number to the local theater was inoperable! We finally worked that out in person and emails later but had to invest an hour of our time. Nice they renovated but not as nice as their competitors and just as expensive Only come here because when we donate blood they give us free movie tickets to here When not busy you have to line up with popcorn customers to buy tickets. So the line can be long since it's the same line for snacks Saves them money I know not hiring more but how about a separate line for ticketing ? The theatre rooms are the same size and although the seats are better than the old ones, they don't go all the way back and yr feet are not up in most of the rooms. Some rooms have tables attached to individual chairs but some do not What I can't stand is my head is forced forward like some car seats. Can't get a whip lash here so why? Saw Ant-man in 4dx and wasn't expecting the experience I just witnessed. It was a whole new way to view movies. It's like a rollercoaster ride that last a couple hours. If you've never went to a 4DX movie , it's a must try, might not be for everyone but the kids would enjoy it for sure. read more

While probably not unique to this theater, they have completely ruined movie going. On top of outrages prices for tickets and refreshments, they had roughly 25 minutes of commercials/ previews starting at published start time for movie. The movie I went to see ( Oppenheimer) was 3 hours long and this delay in start time made for a terrible experience. I will not return as this was a compilation of abuses. read more

Wow. Saw Starwars - Rise of Skywalker in 4DX. Expect alot of movement. It snowed, was windy, felt mist, lots of air etc. In the beginning I couldnt drink my beerr bc I was moving so much. The movie was awesome and the experience for 4DX is something everyone should experience once. This movie was 2:30min so would go back just not for that long of movie. This theatre was remodeled and looks nice inside. I will be back to try the recliners. Update: 2/26 - Jalapeno Poppers are the most amazing thing Ive ever tasted (at a movie theatre). So hot! This was my first time visiting this theater since its renovation due to Hurricane Irma. The inside is sleek, modern with lots of neon lighting lining the hallways. They have added a little bar area serving draft beers, wine and liquor. The ticket prices for the afternoon were in line with the other local theaters and the food prices as well. They do have reclining seats now, but didn't find them as comfortable as Paragon or Prado Movie Theater. They were thinner in size and didn't fully recline making it a bit awkward and found sitting upright to be the most comfortable position. The movie display borders were very pronounced and it didn't blend well making it very noticeable which was another negative for me. I ordered the nachos and found the cheese dipping sauce to be flavorless and the pickled jalapeños the same. Regal has done a great job with the new look and renovation, but I didn't see any added value by coming here. The service was excellent and employees friendly, but In my opinion, Paragon and Prado definitely take the top spots for comfortability, picture and quality of food. read more

Last night I made the mistake to come back here. The leather seats had stuff smeared all over them in Isle E. We moved over. Then we got early there since the last time we waited and waited and is time no wait. The comercials and Noovie were playing you could hear everything but couldn't see anything. I went and told someone and of course nothing changed until right before the first preview. Whomever is the manager here needs to be let go or restrained. This is not a normal Regal theater. First Review: So this place is completely remodeled now which is a plus. I would of hoped to have recliner seats but none in the IMAX theater. I was watching Endgame in 3D and I was like this don't seem like 3D and about 20 mins into it they shut it down and restarted it again with the 3D. You would think with the biggest Hollywood opening ever they would of had more people working the front counter. Huge line and made me late for the previews. I will stick with Gulf Coast. I made a terrible mistake... I ignored the negative reviews and thought I'd give the Regal a shot after the complete remodel that took so long. We watched Endgame in the standard theater (not IMAX or 4DX). Keep in mind that in Naples, you have two (2) excellent choices between the Paragon Pavillion and Silverspot, for standard viewing. The Regal is obviously trying to compete against those upscale/luxury choices with their remodel. Arriving ten (10) minutes before the film, and having pre-purchased tickets (thus skipping the outside madhouse line), I find myself for the first time in my life in Naples, skipping any form of refreshment for myself or my child, given the nightmare that awaited. The lines were insane, and after watching them for a minute, you could tell, they weren't moving, whatsoever. I'd have rather waited in a line at the DMV. Skipping any refreshments, and not one person inside checking for tickets or directing anyone... anywhere..., we proceeded to look for the theater. We found it, and discovered that to sit in the back row (as I prefer and had reserved our seats), in this particular theater, you can only get to that row from one side. Meaning that in 2019, in a luxury, stadium theater, they have blocked off the exit/entrance to one side, of one row. In contemporary luxury theaters, you are not only paying for the screening experience, you are paying for the entire experience. From buying online or in person, and choosing seats.. from the front door to the seat, and everything in between. Save your money and go to the Paragon or Silverspot. I cannot think of one single thing this theater did better than either of the competing theaters, even marginally.. and I really tried to like it. read more

Saw Avatar in the IMAX theater. Kinda strange that there was nobody around to check my ticket; I just walked in, looked for the right screen room and sat down. A patron reminded me that I needed 3D glasses (still nobody around) so I asked at the concession stand and was directed to the right bin. That all being said, the theater and restrooms were clean and the movie started on time without any hitches. The seats were comfortable and nobody acted out. Newly remodeled theatre! Very courteous staff and great popcorn. They have these new seats that shake and vibrate depending on the action scene of a movie. I did not care much for this as the seats do not seam to recline as much as regular recliners in other theatre . Sound and picture duality is awesome.Concession area has a few tables to seat and eat they expanding offerings. Bathroom nice and clean, parking plentiful. All in all a great movie going experience! If I could zero stars I would. They over sold the Eras tour tickets. We bought tickets online then they changed the theater when we checked in. Several people had messed up seats. The manager then tried to kick us out for us being in the "wrong" seat even though we had proof it was the correct seat. To put it kindly he was a male Karen. Very very poor customer service... One time I went and pre purchased a drink in the app. I went to the designated area to pick it up. The workers, including the manager, just ignored me. They saw me but refused to acknowledge me waiting. Eventually I got someone, who ended up being on lunch, to get a manager to bring me a drink...which wasn't even made. What's the point of ordering it on the app?! Plus you can't buy it till you're pretty much inside the movie theater. Why?! Defeats the point of buying it through the app. Next time, I was going to use my Unlimited pass for a movie plus buy (5) more tickets. I tried calling to ask a question. I literally called all day and they refused to answer it. So, none of us went to a movie that day. The customer service at this location is horrible from the top down. The workers reflect managements expectations and if management doesn't care, the workers won't either. Looks like I'll be looking for another theater company to pay monthly for a movie pass and to take my friends to. Plus, all of the seats are rather uncomfortable. With the theater being closed for so long for it's renovation, we were expecting a massive upgrade. Yet unfortunately, it was barely an improvement. They added more food items like pretzel sticks, steak tacos, & a bar, but as many yelpers have mentioned already, the concession stands are absurd. Two people behind the counter who don't make the slightest bit of effort to expedite orders resulted in a 25+ minute wait on a Saturday. We purchased tickets for Avengers in IMAX 3D. We were given 2 glasses covered with water spots. The chairs are very narrow & recline maybe 10 degrees via pressure (so if you aren't pushing sufficient weight on them they slide back into upright position which is very annoying) & no raised foot rest. None of our movie previews were in 3D & the movie started playing for about 10 minutes in 2D until someone complained & they cut it off to put on the correct 3D version. With it being 2019, their upgrades still seem so behind to me in terms of movie theater amenities & I can't say I'm the slightest bit impressed. I remember 7 years ago attending 3d imax theaters, fully reclinable chairs that would bring us full entrees (including lobster & filet) & premium alcoholic drinks via waitresses in the middle of watching a movie. The only thing sort of new is the 3D 4k, but it doesn't make it worthwhile for me. read more

I was a little hesitant about coming down here after reading the reviews but I had already bought my tickets online and it's the only 4DX theatre close to me. I'm glad I gave it a chance! I absolutely loved the theatre. It's clean, staff was very nice, sears were comfortable. Yes it's expensive but first of all Regal is kinda pricey and I paid extra to have the Imax experience and the 4DX experience. I would definitely recommend this place.
